After visiting two other eye clinics in the last few years and being pretty unsatisfied with their service, I was thrilled to finally find this clinic. I had a great experience. Dr. Wu was sharp, kind and responsive to my concerns. The optical team helped square me away with contacts and have been awesome every time Ive come back to check out frames. I plan to come back and see Dr. Wu for years and I cant recommend this Vision Plus location enough.

THey were very informative and answered all my questions. They also eased my anxiety over not affording glasses by letting me know my eyesight isnt as weird as Id been previously told and they went through every charge and process to make sure my insurance covered as much as possible for my glasses. Staff is great and the selection of glasses is amazing. I sadly have no pictures to share. Thanks guys

Was really nice and welcoming considering I was a little bit late as I walked there in the heat they offered water. and was very polite. The service was excellent and got my glasses in a timely manner and wow what a difference now I can see again. Thankyou so much

Dr. Wu is amazing as always! We’ve been going to her for years. She is very thorough during the exam and asks if we have any questions or concerns. She cares about her patients and makes us feel like family. The staff were helpful and friendly as well.

Staff and service were wonderful. Dr. Wu was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and friendly. Highly competent. The establishment was cleaned and their Covid procedures made me feel safe and protected.

Amazing service! The eye doctor who administered my eye exam was the best Id ever had. She explained the procedures as she did them, and helped me to understand my own eyeballs. The front desk people were amazing too, super helpful and nice. Thank you vision plus staff! Highly recommend

I cant express how much I like this place! When I was in a difficult situation and without glasses they did everything they could to help me out - when no one else would. Now, I go every year and am greeted by the most friendly staff. They make sure I pick glasses that suit my face, and are extremely professional. They took excellent Covid precautions and were very thorough. Of course, they have a great selection of frame, are located conveniently with easy parking.

My Son is Special Needs so once in awhile I need to assist. Dr. Wu was so good with both but for me it was how she spoke to us. No detection of any bias because I need to help. Ive had some Drs get cocky which I dont tolerate.Marrah made several phone calls trying to get his exam fee waived as hes 3 months shy of when allowed but his sight has drastically changed amongst other circumstances.You have gained me as a new client in addition to my Son.God Bless You

They were helpful, and I found a nice pair of glasses my price range.

These folks must be super busy and I can see why after they were able to get me in yesterday after theyd had a few cancelations. Originally, theyd not been able to schedule me until 3/11 when I had called them on 2/16 but I asked to be put on a waiting list in case of a cancelation.They called me yesterday and I got in immediately for which I was very grateful! It was also my birthday yesterday and everyone there at their Sunset location remembered to wish me a happy birthday which really felt nice!That aside, they are total pros! Everybody knew their job and they helped each other out with, for example,, making sure billing was handled correctly. Then, there was Dr. Wu! She really knew her stuff and was very thorough in answering all my questions while she examined my eyes and measured them for a precise prescription. (We also realized we were both from New Jersey and we shared fond memories of pizza from NJ and NYC!)I cannot recommend Vision Plus more highly! They are consummate professionals! You will be in very capable hands!

Took our daughters there. Takes weeks to get the glasses originally. Very, very cheap plastic frames. Not built for childrens use. Had no bands or anything to keep the frames on their faces. Staff is dismissive and unhelpful. As expected one of the frames broke less than a year later. We have now been waiting for 3 weeks. I had to use industrial glue to keep the lenses in because when she doesnt wear them she has disabilitating headaches. They could have cared less. All round not impressed in the least.

First glasses ever, very friendly and informative staff helped me to better understand what I was purchasing. Also put up with my dry humor. Nice folks really.

They gave me the wrong prescription for my contacts even after I said multiple times that they didnt feel right. They said theyd adjust. So now I paid 150 dollars for contacts that I cant wear because every time I do I get a massive headache. Really sucks that this happened because I loved the one on James street but this new doctor they have wasted hundreds of dollars for me.

I am not pleased with this Business at all. I Received Glasses that were not right and was unable to return them due to medical problems . So they Basically rudely told me too bad unless I wanted to pay$ 79. For a new appt. Ahh no I want the Glasses fixed I already paid . So not only will I not go back neither my significant other wont go there either.

I’ve been waiting well over a week for my glasses to come from the lab. I called and was told rudely to wait another week. Since when does it take two weeks for glasses? I could of bought them online and had them already. But I trusted in your service only to be let down.
