Dr. Kelly Larson always tries to help me fix my dry eye issues. She offers up great suggestions, new treatments or contact lenses to try, and is thorough. She’s also very personable. The rest of the staff are very friendly, helpful, and encouraging. I would not go anywhere else for my eye care.

This my first visit with Dr. Kelley Larsen; I had previously seen Dr. Musselman who has not retired. Dr. Larsen is fantastic!!! She listens well, communicates well and is committed to providing excellent eye health care. I have been dealing with watery eyes for several years and she did some additional testing to find the cause. I left with a prescription for some new eye drops and a two-week regimen to try and get things to improve. And, she scheduled a follow-up two weeks after my first visit to evaluate how the new treatment is working and make any needed adjustments. I can’t say enough about how I was treated by Dr. Larsen; she is an absolute treasure!

I appreciate the professional skills, detail, technology, and kind service from all staff and doctors. The doctor is very skilled, explains medical issues in detail, and very kind. The sales people are extremely helpful in helping me select frames that fit my needs and budget. The clinic has technology to track changes using photos of the inside of the eye. The office staff always gets me scheduled promptly and greets me when I enter.

The staff is always: professional, through, thoughtful, highly skilled and just friendly! Dr. Larsen is a master at explaining things so that I understand everything about exams and treatments. I highly recommend Mt.Baker Vision Clinic!

My visit was great except I wasn’t given my new prescription when I left. They usually do and I didn’t realize it until I got home. Will need to call for it.

I have been Dr. Konings patient for many, many years.Everyone in his office is unfailingly welcoming, professional and thoughtful.Dr. Koning gives careful attention to my extremely dry eyes, answers all my questions and will call after-hours when I need medical advice.An example of the technicians attention to detail -they make a point to turn off overhead lights in the exam room when possible because they know the lights hurt my eyes ( I have photophobia ).As you can tell I am spoiled by this level of care.You should try it out!Marta G

Staff is so pleasant, helpful and friendly. They consistently stay on schedule which is something I appreciate. The safety protocols they have put in place during COVID-19 definitely shows they put their patience health as a priority.

The nicest upbeat and kind people and I love Dr. Larson. Why I did not give a 5 star was that I definitely felt rushed through my eye exam yesterday. Most likely that was due to this Covid issue.

Ive been with Mt. Baker Vision Clinic, in its different permutations since 1969! Ive literally never had a complaint. I broke a pair of glasses on the 365th day of my guarantee, called to order a new pair and got a replacement pair with a smile and no charge. They are all fabulous in this this office.In for my yearly checkup and once again I can only brag about how great this office is! Dr. Kelly Larsen was wonderful, explained ll the changes to my eyes over the past year and has a plan in order. Marie how took me through all the testing was a delight.

The helpful staff were warm & efficient, the waiting area is large & positive w/beautiful local art & windows. It has been a while since I have been there, but they are unique (!!) in sending (via text message) birthday wishes every year.Very thorough in their procedures, they even went a way further in attempting to find and/or repair the frames on my old glasses (sadly they couldnt, but the glasses were old had a good long life )Would highly recommend!!!!

I have been going here for 10+ years and have never been disappointed. Progressives didn’t work for me and they switched the lenses out w/o any hesitation. They care about you and making sure you are completely satisfied with your glasses, Doctors and Staff are wonderful.

Also if you work outdoors in an industrial field like I do, I got really good prescription safety glasses, at a reasonable cost. In the midst of Covid I was extremely pleased with the detailed sanitation, checking temps and asking specific questions before I was even 3 feet in the door!! Masks were worn by everyone!

Tastefully decorated office, friendly staff at front desk,. The Dr. assistant conducted her intake and testing in a professional and friendly manner. (Even made it fun with the puff of the eye machine!). My lst visit with this doctor and he put me right at ease. His exam was very comprehensive and invited questions & concerns. All in all it was a very positive experience.

Scheduling was easy and convenient. The staff was very helpful and the choices for frames was very good.

I was promptly met at the counter, then made to wait 20 minutes while the woman helping me pick up my daughters glasses took 3 lengthy phone calls. Then she refused to give them to me without my daughter - who is a minor. At least they were rude and slow.
