We recently purchased a new tempur pedic bed from here. Our two helpers, Bryson, and Becky did an amazing job helping my boyfriend and I find and determine which bed was best suited for us and our needs. 4 out of 5 stars because we expected our delivery to in the hours of 8 - 10 am as the receipt we got stated but that didnt happen. Although BedMart came back helpful and understanding and ended up getting my bed delivered, installed, and done all in the time i need it to be done so i could go on about my day. Thank you BedMart.

We had a great experience at BedMart with Adam. We first went to the BedMart on Robal Rd. and talked to Artie. He was also extremely helpful, and let us know the platform beds were on display at the Hwy 20 store. This way we could see it before ordering it. We ended up buying the platform bed plus queen size mattress. Adam was very informative and helped us make our decision. I was also very pleased that they carry Oregon mattress manufacturers, because we love to support local.

At Bedmart, they took the time to discover what mattered most to me, and introduced me to technologies which helped me find a really good nights sleep.I love how much better I feel in the morning with this mattress. This is the place to go if you are looking for a new mattress with knowledgeable no pressure staff. I had hip issues and really struggled to find a new replacement that wasnt too firm or too soft. Matt and another salesman spent a lot of time with us and even kept the kiddo busy while we tried different options. We brought one home but it ended up being too firm and was advised to walk on it to break it in. Even after doing it so it just wasnt the right fit for us...they took at back no problem and exchanged for another. The regional manager Jesse and everyone really focus on a great customer experience...I cant say enough good things about this store!
