We went here for a check up on my husband’s car after he hit a curb. They looked over the front end and found a broken belt in a tire. They ordered us a matching tire and had it put on the next day. The cost for the full check and service was below my expectations. The staff were friendly and answered my questions easily without hesitation. As a deisel mechanic’s daughter who’s done her own share of car work here and there I would trust them to work on our cars again. I’m glad to have found someone like that on our first try being new in town. Where we hail from it can be very difficult to find someone you can trust.

Unfortunately I could not afford the estimate I got to fix my AC, however the past two years I had been dealing with an anti theft light on my car causing my ignition key to be faulty and when I picked up my vehicle they had fixed it. These guys are good men, and care about more than making a quick buck. I pulled into their location one morning before they were even open, after sustaining some damage to my car, to have them inspect.Not only did they (Wes, in particular) immediately drop everything to perform a diagnostic, but they fixed up the damaged portion so it was road-safe, and then referred me to a great body-shop owner who also exhibited great character and honesty. All without charge.I would trust them to shoot me straight, as well as perform any maintenance. God bless these fellas.

I took my Nissan here for the first time today. My compressor for my AC went out and Nissan was going to charge me $1200-$1400. After calling about 10 local shops, I talked to Wes and he gave me a quote that was HUNDREDS under anyone else I had called. My compressor is also covered by a 3yr/36k mile warranty. They drove me to and from my house so I didnt have to wait in the lobby. The staff I dealt with were super friendly. The prices are awesome and my car was ready much sooner than I anticipated. 12/10 Highly recommend!! My family will be going back for my tune-ups and our auto needs!

They told me on the phone the charge would be $89.95 with a $10.00 discount making it $79.95,when i paid it was 89.95 so i didnt get a discount. They had up it $100.95.I guess thats the American way now days.

Ive been taking my vehicles to Christian Brothers in Bentonville for the past several years. Ive never had a bad experience or any issue that wasnt quickly rectified. They perform excellent work at a reasonable price and above all I am confident I can trust what they tell me. I highly recommend their services.

I can say that using them was one of the best experiances i have ever had. They were very pulite. They kept me in the loop on what was going on with my truck. Wes was awsome. I recomend anyone who needs repairs done to give them a call!!!

I went back in today for a problem they said was fixed two weeks ago, when they ran the diagnostic they said nothing was wrong even though I had the same problem two weeks ago and that they had supposedly fixed and had a diagnostic for. When asked if I could at least get some type of refund since I still had the same problem, Wes proceed to yell at me to get out, because my car needed the parts anyway even though it didn’t fix the problem and I could of gotten the parts for less at O’Reilly and installed myself. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone highly overpriced, rude customer service, and overall a poor experience.

Great guys, they did a full synthetic high mileage oil change for under $60, and did a free courtesy inspection for me! Not to mention, they have a courtesy shuttle to take you back home while your car is being worked on! Will be coming back to see them again, and would recommend if you dont know what mechanic you should visit.

Our family’s cars are always fixed within a day or less. Have always offered rides when we’ve had to leave our car there. It’s just good people that run the business and fix the cars. They know what they’re doing and are really great people. I will never go to another shop. They’re my car place. They’re honest people. We’ve tried to go to other shops In the past and they were over $500 more expensive and not near as nice.

Dropped my vehicle off for a coolant issue and some other minor things. When I picked it up and drove home my rear differential snapped a king pin. Since they were the last ones to touch it, they covered the cost of tow and the repairs. Excellent service, communication, and trust. I will NOT go anywhere else for future repair work. To make a long story short, at the end of the day (days), my oil leak was fixed at a fair price and the knock sensor/sensors that threw a code after valley pan gasket install was fixed at no charge. These guys stand behind their work. Will use them again.

The staff was very kind and efficient. Its hard for shops to overcome the stigma of dishonesty, but they continue to prove themselves as reliable and trustworthy. My last repair was quoted by someone else at 2k, but Christian Bros was able to resolve the issue for $800, through a different approach to the problem. Brought my car in for oil change and a parking light that was out. Scheduled this a week prior. When I checked in they did not have the bulb replacement in the order. I was waiting lobby for this. After 1 hr I was told that they were getting the bulb from a local supplier and it would be an additional 15 min. 35 min later I inquired what was going on. They still hadn’t received it. 2 min later it was there. Was told 5 min. 20 min later I drove way. 2 hrs after an appointment that I was told initially would be 35/40 min! I was not happy and the desk employee just said initial that he didn’t make the appointment and there was nothing he could do about it. When I pressed on about letting someone know he final said ok he would. What was disturbing also to me is that at 10:37 ( the exact time the bulbs came in) I got a text that my car was ready! This was 20 min before I got the keys.

Highly recommend Christian Brothers in Bentonville! We bought a used Jeep that needed a rear main seal repair due to leaking oil. Took it in on a Thursday and had an overview done to make sure everything else was good and to get a quote, determined we needed the timing gasket repaired as well. They were incredible at getting my car in the following day to get the rear main seal fixed and getting the car back to me for the weekend. They then were able to get us in again on Monday to complete the gasket repair. The provided drop off and pickup services in line with my work schedule making our life easier overall! Everyone I spoke to was awesome, kind, and courteous. The stood by the original quote they provided and also brought to my attention the warranty service they provide on the repairs they completed. I have recommended them to a number of people already and will continue to do!

Very friendly staff, clean waiting room, quick service. However, was never given the price for an air filter that needed to be changed during an oil change. They brought the air filter in to show me it needed to be changed. I said absolutely. I expected $10 or $15. Go to check out $40! I told the owner that he needed to inform people of how much things would be before installing them, because I could have gotten it much cheaper somewhere else. Called 3 different places, said air filter was between $10.99-$15.99. And this at Christmas time.Edit:The cost of the oil change is of no consequence here. Thank you for acknowledging that I should have been informed. That would have allowed me to decline the offer and change it myself for $30 less. I will be more diligent in the future just not at your place of business. Again, thank you for your acknowledgement.

Pretty good. The best part is that it was quick, with prompt communication and shuttle service.When I asked for tire rotation, they put me down for tire alignment. I hope this wasnt them trying to up-sell me, as all other service was friendly.They charged $100 to diagnose some issues and ultimately tell me to go to Chevrolet dealership for a software update. Painful, but the advice was correct. I understand time and work goes into diagnosing issues though. Id had the car at a Chevrolet dealership prior and for some reason they didnt think to check for software updates...

Highest priced place in town. Dont take my word for it..... get the quote and call around. Youll be shocked! When all others are consistently half the quote....you pretty much know whats going on.Also, something else potential customers should be made aware of regarding Christian Brothers Automotive. When you go to retrieve your vehicle, and take it to a reasonably priced mechanic, theyll try to charge you $190 for diagnostics. To be fair they did knock $20 off of this.....due to the fact they used my diagnostic tool which was under my back seat. Thanks a bunch guys!I now have my truck with another mechanic that is fixing items supposedly replaced by Christian Brothers less than 7 months ago.

I want to give a personal testament to how honest Christian Brothers shop is - we got a quote from a dealership for over $1100 worth of work so we took the car into Christian Brothers hoping the labor would at least be cheaper. They spent time looking at each item on the dealer quote for almost all day and then came back and said it was fine and there was nothing needing done!! I will definitely be taking my business there when I do have maintenance or any work to do!

Brought my wifes car in for an oil change before she goes on a long trip. They did the trip inspection for free. Excellent customer service. Its hard to put a price on peace of mind.

Eric the son of the owner, presented himself as a very knowledgeable person and GUARANTEED that he could pix our car/key issue. He assured us it would take two days. Here we are one week later and nothing has been done. All the initial interaction were through Eric, After asking for updates he would reassure us it would be done the next day (in more than one occasion), since we didn’t receive a call to pick the car up my husband called Eric and he refused to talk to him by having another employee call back to tell us the problem was not resolved. After being unsuccessful on trying to reach Eric via a phone and waiting an entire day for a call back, my husband went in and Eric was beyond unprofessional and rude and was even threatening to put a mechanical lean on the car for a part he bought and couldn’t fix/use. We had a different business come and fix the problem within an hour. If you are looking for a good, honest and trustworthy mechanicyou will NOT find them at CHRISTIAN brothers.

They gave us a free review and what looked like good advice. However the $6600 in repairs for 3 major issues were 100% wrong. Make sure they know what is wrong with your care before they touch it. The pricing looked good for what they were to do though.

Dont get fooled by the Christian name, its a marketing ploy! My very worst nightmare experience came from here and they LOCKED UP MOTOR ON MY JEEP AND WOULDNT FESS UP TO IT Im a mechanic and they 100% fact locked up the motor and wouldnt fix it! They are not honest like youd think and their School taught mechanics dont know how to diagnose past what their scan tool says.

2 jobs were to replace rear drum shoes and check A/C for leaks and refrigerant levels. They only replaced the shoes (No Springs) and they were set so loose that my e-brake wouldnt even set and the vehicle was nearly unsafe to drive due to lack of braking force. So I had to take off the drums and reset them myself. Then the A/C refrigerant leaked out partly due to the fact that they simply added refrigerant and never followed up for leaks when the vehicle was left overnight. Ordered a $50 kit for A/C leaks and have had a month of success so far. So I wasted money on lazy work. I would advise taking business elsewhere.

Fuming . I called ahead to get my brake light fixed. They said they could do it and it would be 30 mins. They had my car for almost 2 hours and they figured out within 30 minutes that they didn’t have the right part but they wouldn’t give me my car back. At the end of it I left with my brake light not fixed and two hours of my day wasted . I tried to communicate what was going on and how long it would take and they just kept telling me longer, longer. So unprofessional. I felt like I wasn’t taken seriously because I’m young . Never going back

They didnt take long on replacing a part I needed replaced and it was very fairly priced considering other places wanted to charge me double what I paid here. Was told by Fayetteville Auto Park my blinker on the passenger side needed a new circuit board and it would cost $700. Got a second opinion with this place and they found a loose wire. They fixed it for $50 dollars. (Makes me wonder about the loose wire and how it was missed at Fayetteville Auto Park) These guys seemed more knowledgeable in regards to my car needs and answered all my questions with ease. They made me feel alot better about everything. They are my new go-to car shop!

No. No no no. Went in VERY specifically announcing the issue I had, and they not only neglected it completely but fixed a part that wasnt broken, then gave me an estimate to fix ANOTHER issue for 4 thousand dollars that WAS COMPLETELY FINE. Went to another mechanic, where I was informed that the issue that needed resolved in the first place that they neglected was a stones throw from killing me because of how dangerous it was. I was also informed that the 4k issue was completely made up.Went to this place multiple times in the past but there is about 2 people there that actually care. And with a name like Christian brothers, you are doing a great deservice to the morals and ethos of a Christian.

Charged me 505.00 for putting a starter on.I had to overdraw on my account just to pay the idiots. Over charging is ridiculous!! The staff embarrassed me by telling me that they put a new starter on. Lol I have only used that starter for 7 months and it went out on me. I pray they have my information in the computer from February because you all should fix it without charge. Good Grief!I will never again be using your services again!I need a more reliable source to repair my car.

Took my car in today for an alignment and compression/leakdown test. They had my car from 7am to 2 pm. They did not do an alignment because they claim a lot of the suspension bolts were loose. so my $85 alignment is now $226.00 so they can tighten a few bolts that are not loose. The kicker is, in all the time they had my car, there was never a compression/leak down test done. I was given a list of other things that were wrong with the car. which i already knew about. I was told my passenger side catalytic converter was clogged. This is a flat out lie, because i do not even have catalytic converters!!!I specifically asked for an alignment and compression/leak down test. nothing else.$120 later and nothing done... I left and i will never be back.

Charged me 250. Just to check to see if my car was ok for travel. Said I could not use curtesy care cause I live to far away, 4.1 miles, after saying I shouldn’t stay and wait on car. I feel like they took advantage of me cause I’m a women and elderly. I would not recommend this place at all.

I called over the phone to get a quote and was given a preliminary price but was told to come in to get the correct price. So that is what I did and the price remained the same. Later that day I was called back and they raised the price on me over double what I was quoted. Needless to say I will not be having my car serviced here. I guess there is not any honor in their word. Total waste of time going there.

Bad experience. Went in to have a wheel bearing sound fixed. Was recommended to go there by Autozone. They called me with an estimate of $2,800. They pointed a couple of other problems too. When I went there to pick up my vehicle, the fellow I talked to said everything he could to scare me--you will have an accident in the middle of the road, I have a pretty risky situation. On the one hand they were being so worried about my safety and on the other they were making it impossible for me to have the vehicle repaired.

Called to get a screw out of my tire and they got me in, instantly. They were friendly and quick!

The most trustworthy auto shop I have ever used. They have cared for 3 of my cars and that says a lot.

Update: as of August 2017, never contacted as per the reply by the company to my original review.Visiting Bentonville from out-of-state and was in need of an alignment. Called at 9 AM and made an appointment for 11 AM. Got there at 10:55 AM and turned over the keys. At 12:00 PM the truck hadnt been touched. Waited at an empty counter while the front desk guy talked on the phone without acknowledging my presence. After the phone call he left for some minutes, came back, sat in his chair and sipped his pop, I asked about how much longer until the truck would be taken back. After receiving an additional quote of 1.5 to 2 hours, we took our business elsewhere. Just to be clear, we had no problems waiting, but it would have been nice to have been kept informed, or even greeted. Dont let the name of the company fool you.

I highly recommend against going to this place. I have an 1100 mile driving coming up and figured Id pay a bit more for an oil change because it came with an inspection. I purposely brought my car here to see if they would catch an issue that I was aware of. My way to be sure they inspected my car. My rear caliper was leaking really bad and Im fixing it on my own before I leave but figured they would easily catch this during the inspection. There is a large spring sticking out of it. Extremely hard to miss and it went unchecked but was marked that it was looked at. Lazy employees and very unfriendly counter staff. No welcome. No hello nothing. Just a blank gaze wondering why I stopped by. I paid $39 for an oil change. Over priced for not getting an inspection. If you like overcharged prices and unfriendly staff this is the place for you.
