I purchased a car from this company not even exactly a complete two months. Within two days the car was having problems engine idled light came on, car was saying it was over heating, speed reduce do to over heated engine. I took the car back to first class the mechanic stated they had to order a part and that because the car is controlled by sensors that is why the car was saying it was over heated. Reminder this car supposedly past a inspection. The car was smoking I called and advised the company they stated oh because you just got a new part it probably just some old oil burning it’s fine. Last month the car ran hot again I called the company and was told someone would call me back no call was ever made I put coolant in it and it seemed ok. The car ran hot again so I called first class again they stated they had no messages or they didn’t see where I called(the woman was the same person I left a message with a month ago) because I was getting a oil change at pep boys I asked if they could tell me why my car was running hot they did a diagnostic test and first class stated pep boys is not covered under the warranty no problem I just needed to take it to a place that was covered under the warranty I did firestone. Firestone then talk to the warranty company and advised them if their diagnosis and made it urgent that the car be towed to a mechanic shop and requested that company be Chevrolet. The warranty company then had the car towed to Chevrolet. Chevrolet calls and say the warranty company is only covering a certain portion and the out of pocket remaining balance is 400 and some odd dollars reminder this is the same problems that were occurring when I first got the car. The first class is giving me the run around and are very unprofessional. I asked to speak with owner and was told he may be in today he may not but a email will be sent to him and once he responds I will get a call back. I am a single mother of two kids I have not been able to get to work. I gave this company every dollar I had and they are telling me to use use my insurance for a rental or my own money for a rental and get reimbursed. This has been the WORST experience EVER! I would never recommend or purchase from first class auto.I forgot to mention within the two days I purchased the car and it ran hot I was given a check for a rental($200) which in order for me to the rental $400 had to be held on the card I explained to first class I had given them every dime I had.

Ms. D was excellent, with paperwork on down to keeping contact with me on the vehicle I wanted. I came back 2 days later to purchase ( remember we spoke within those 2, I spoke with another guy) & the car was sold!! No one called to inform me. I believe if Ms.Dee was there she would have. I run into this all the for some reason with these private dealers. I just decided to take my money elsewhere. Ms. D energy & honesty seems to keep the business going.

Buyers beware! This place is selling wrecked cars to people. They claim that the cars have been inspected, but I noticed some vehicles with some pretty bad damage. Make sure you get a Carfax before you spend your money. If you are ok with that then feel free to visit this dealer. This is not meant to discredit them but they should make sure to tell people upfront.

Great staff nice newer model cars affordable car notes but the car i received started off great now its been two months its falling apart two blow outs engine light on car already had a mildew smell from it not being cleaned properly took it to AutoZone received a list of two pages of codes received run around from carlot when calling about issues having major issues where I have to pull over and cut the car off its not reliable but I know it can be fixed but the cars are so called inspected I think not no different than buy here pay hereUpdate: My car lasted a total of 9 months took it to a mechanic he says my car has been overheating for sometime now but my gauges dont show it I have cracked water pump and head gasket back with no car and lots of debt im 100% certain this car was sold like this

If I could give this place a zero I would. My husband and I purchased a vehicle in May. It has now been 2.5 months and I still cannot get a tag. The sales person told us the finance company was responsible for giving us the title app in order to get our tag. They arent. We have yet to be able to get our tag. I cannot get the sales rep to contact us... They lie and deceive you into believing that they will take care of you. I cannot afford another fine for not having a tag. Horrible, horrible experience. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!Edit: I am now being told that I have to pay $100 to have a title app reprinted when I never received one in the first place. This is absolutely ridiculous. Con artists
