So glad that a Jeep service center finally opened in the area. The front desk and waiting areas are clean/modern and staff was real friendly. Erika was very professional and communicative while my Jeep was in service. Would definitely recommend.
A shout-out to my service advisor, Huey. Not only does the quality of work exceed expectations, but Huey has consistently provided top tier treatment since I purchased my Grand Cherokee Summit from Ourisman. Ive dealt with luxury brand service centers (Audi, BMW, etc.) in the past and their level of customer service doesnt come close. Be sure to ask for Huey when you service your vehicle at Ourisman Jeep!
All staff were incredibly nice and helpful and got me in because of a car emergency. Erika was great to put my mind at ease and the foreman and assistant couldn’t have been better to work with. Easily one of the best car experiences I could have hoped for, especially in a tough situation. Very grateful to all of them for their hard work and professionalism. Erika was my contact throughout. She rocks! This will definitely be my dealership of choice.
I had my car serviced here after it started to have some problems accelerating as well as decelerating at low speeds. I’m not a car person, but I knew something serious was wrong with my Jeep. I had called some other service centers in my area (Silver Spring) but when I went to check out those places, there were too few employees, way too many cars, and I had a bad feeling overall with the quality of customer/vehicle service I was going to receive. They all spoke to me as if they already didn’t have time for me. When I called Ourisman Jeep Service Center, however, I felt so much more at ease even though this service center was a little bit further from my home. From the very first encounter, I knew I had made the right decision in choosing a service center. Erika was great— very professional, and knowledgeable. She was able to explain what was happening with my car and answer all of my questions. My car ended up needing transmission work which made me very nervous, but Erika followed up with me every step of the way and made sure I was informed whether it was by text or voicemail. She also called my warranty company every single day to make sure that everything was completed in a timely manner. The technicians did a great job. They had performed a diagnostic and provided a problem list for my car within 2 days. After the parts arrived, everything was fixed in a timely manner. When my car was ready, they even dropped it off for me—washed and vacuumed! My car is running smoothly and I’ve had no further issues. Will definitely be returning to them even for maintenance and oil changes. I am very happy and it’s not easy to make me happy.
I had my vehicle brought in for some warranty work after having a less than stellar experience at another dealer in the area. I called in to book an appointment and they offered a valet service to pick up my car since I was having scheduling constraints. They picked up my car, were communicative throughout the process and asked if I wanted a detail. Since I had just gotten back from the beach, I jumped on it. The car was super clean and they did it all in the same day! Will be bringing my Grand Cherokee here from here on out even though I would be passing by the dealer I bought the car from.
Dropped my jeep off to for oil change, tire rotation and for a safety recall. I had them check for what I believed a sticking caliper. Fast forward it three weeks and I still have not been contacted to update me on any progress. I have reached out several times on my own and still dont hear back. I was really excited that this service area had opened near my home. But with this experience I will not be taking it back here. I have been three weeks without a vehicle and havent been offered any type of service loaner either. Im very disappointed to say the least

I have come to this service center more than 3 times already. Each time they have been great and professional and the utilize technology to make everything smoother. This time I had a problem with my radio and was schedule to go in to get it repair in 2 days but the radio would not turn off. Fearing that the battery will be drained I went in the morning and was able to be schedule in the same day to get the issue fix. Assistant manager is always great, other staff members are also professional and great customer service. Recommend it if you live in DC. They also wash the car at no extra charge at the end of the visits which is a huge plus and they do an excellent job. Just request it when setting up the appointment. They also provide a shuttle service via Lyft if you need to go somewhere at no extra charge.
This is probably the best service experience I have ever had! My service advisor Erika Pereira was exceptional. She made sure my vehicle was picked up and dropped off to me in a timely manner. I was given updates throughout the day and she knew everything about my vehicle. Could not be more happy with my service and I look forward to having zero worries with me jeeps from now on. Ourisman and Erika are awesome!!!
These guys are great. I needed a new key for my new to me 2010 van so it would start since everything important seems to be in that key fob now. Also some odds and ends of maintenance. First wonderful surprise - they have a valet service for pick up and drop off. Not sure of all the details of that because Im pretty close, but what a huge relief. It needs a few more major things that just arent my budget right now, but John went above and beyond to give me options and help me understand it all. Im confident in the information I was given. Everything was done top notch, great communication, the vehicle comes home clean. It was an all around great auto service experience!
After calling and consulting for an appointment Huey was very accommodating and even offered a complimentary valet service for my Jeep. I was able to set up my appointment and just off first impression I’m already so impressed with how he coordinated my service needs prior to even coming. I will definitely recommend this hidden gem of a service center to my friends and family.

I had a really good experience with both the woman at the front desk and the mechanic that worked on my car (I have forgotten both of their names). Great conversation while I waited and a thorough explanation of what was going on with my car. I left feeling very grateful for their help and kindness.
I returned home from a quick weekend away to find that the car wouldnt start. I called the service department to let them know that I would be calling AAA to have it towed and they told me that I had warranty coverage and that they would take care of everything. I felt like I was being cared for like one of the family. Nothing worse than car stress and with Ourisman Jeep you can be sure you will get only the best treatment. Thanks Team!
I’m extremely impress with the attentiveness these professionals provide. The courtesy, promptness, attention to detail goes above and beyond. I’ve been to other service department but this one is by far the best.
I went in for routine 30k mile service- oil check, rotate tires, check filters, etc. The originally proposed price was fine but I was called and offered additional services that would cost more than $1,300 total. Around 10x the originally agreed upon price. I turned this down. Ultimately, I got my car back, washed and serviced. However, a few days later, one of my tires is low on air (around 28) and the others are around 35 because I filled them in the past few weeks. Overall, I just dont feel like this was a quality experience. I wont be going back.

We’ve only been in the DC area for a few years and this was the first time we had to have work done on my Jeep Patriot... It’s scary finding a new mechanic you can trust but this place delivered! I needed new tires but was way overdue for a tune up and general check up. Let me tell you, Juan took great care of me! I told him I only wanted to do any repairs that were absolutely necessary to save some $$$ and he could not have been more easy to work with. Juan talked me through everything he could in person, shopped online to get me a deal on tires, gave me multiple check up calls, and was overall extremely transparent, friendly, and professional. You can definitely trust this place to do a quality job and make you feel comfortable. Oh, and they washed my car inside and out so I drove away with a sparkly clean ride. Thanks to Juan and the rest of the team! You’ve got my business for sure!

Ourisman Bethesda Jeep was friendly, responsive and reliable - best of all, they followed up more than once to confirm our concerns were addressed. Ourisman Jeep was amazing. Made it easy with pick up and delivery. Took so many extra safety steps made it really comfortable to get the service done - which couldnt wait.
Did the work quickly. Left the car cleaned inside and out. Kept me updated via text so I knew exactly when it was ready.
Salesman for parts treated me poorly with a horrible attitude! Before I came I called and was told that an item was in stock then when I arrived waited 10-15 minutes just to tell me it’s not. When I left I called back to find out why I was told it was there, then I was told it is there and to come back! Never!
