Ultimate Home and Design was just wonderful. I renovated two of my bathrooms and everything was done very quickly (it took 5 days to accomplish), cleanly and pleasantly. I had considered several places beforehand: not only was Ultimates price the best of all, their products and guidance were also excellent. And although I have yet to meet Cameron in person, he was a pleasure to correspond and speak with — and also helped guide me with choices. I would recommend Ultimate to all of my friends, and plan on using them for many future projects.

A totally unreliable contractor. The reviews for Ultimate Home were good until 2019. The work they did in 2020 was appalling in every way. Anyone who contracts with them will do so at their own risk.

These guys are GREAT. Cameron and Nadir are the best. They make an effort to get to know you and your needs. They are super responsive via email or phone. We had both drywall and carpet installation work done for some water damage in our basement. They fixed the ceiling issues and provided us with some great options for the carpet and really helped us make a decision with our needs and well within our budget. You couldnt ask for a better more hands on company with great quality work. They are our home improvement and home design company from here on out!

We are just finishing a 10 month project of renovating our home in Chevy Chase, MD. It is a full house remodeling of an old stone house. The only thing we are keeping is the outside stone, everything else is being updated. Having the involvement of Ultimate Home Design Center (Nader and Sussan) was a major part of progress. They are a one stop shop for most of your finishing material (all flooring material, tile, cabinets and much more). They are excellent in helping you pick material that fits with your taste and you can not beat their price. They are straight forward and very honest. Our home is finishing to be a breath taking beauty and I believe without the help of Nader and Sussan it would not have been possible. They have also given us many great ideas in regards to general design of our home. It has been a pleasure working with them and we will definitely come back again!!

My wife and I had a great experience hiring the Home Design Center to design our Kitchen and Family Room. Nader and Sussan Momeni are experienced designers and helped us choose the best materials for our project. We had brought in quotes from other shops, and they found for us superior quality Kitchen Cabinets, Floor Tiles and Stone for our Fireplace at a much better price. We had a total gut renovation and addition to our 1907 four-square 3 story and basement Chevy Chase home, doubling the square footage to about 5500 feet. Ultimate Home was absolutely amazing in all respects. Suzanne and Nadr were outstanding and detail oriented in all regards. Great sense of aesthetic taste in design, practical and extremely well engineered with great architectural details. Nadr was also very cognizant about using cost-effective but long-lasting low maintenance material. Overall, Nadr was always true to his word in keeping costs contained and extremely responsible during and especially after the construction when he was always quickly responsive to further queries. Best individualized attention that we have ever had in a building project. The frame itself could stand an earthquake as he engineered it with enormous I-beams to provide a great room without any interior columns. He also had a great foreman, regular team and fantastic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, framing sub-contractors.
