Great selection of merchandise! This was my first visit to this Harbor Freight store. I was helped by Shelby who was wonderful at explaining where I could find the items I needed and recommended some other items as well. She told us about their Inside Track members club that will undoubtedly save us a bunch of money over the next year. She also told us about their tool warranty! Nice clean store that was well organized we will definitely be a frequent shoppers at the Big Rapids location! 👍

Well spent 84 dollars and they had a sale going for 25 percent off everything. I dont get nothing off of my purchase. Not happy. But harbor freight is known for that sort of thing. Shouldnt be surprised at all.

Asked a employee if they had something in stock and lady answered no in a real negative tone and so I looked through the store since it says online its in stock at my location! My ol man asked another worker and he pointed us to right were it is at... at the register she didnt even say nothing. Not that I expected a apology however I expect IF YOU DONT KNOW just simply say you dont know. Not no we dont as it clearly said online you do and the other employee knew where it was.#never hurts to ask the other employee if you dont know !But it was clean well organized and well stocked.

Amazing but doesnt always have what you need

I am glad this store has come to Big rapids. Stopped in regularly last year and this for tools. Great prices. Quality is good enough. I have cleared about an acre with 40 dollar electric chainsaw from here. Good bang for your buck here.

The mt pleasant store helped me when power went out

Looking for a 1/2 to 3/4 socket adapter. Did not have it in single. Would have to buy it in a set ...no thanks

Love this location in Big Rapids. Super friendly staff. I personally bought and use in my garage. The Green Hydraulic Jack and the transmission lift for when vehicle is on ground.

Worst customer service ever!!!! We were in the store midday on Saturday to buy a tool chest. The color we requested was out of stock at this location so the manager sent us to another store that they were supposed to hold for us until close. However the Wyoming michigan store stated that they only agreed to hold the tooldbox for 1 hour. It takes longer than 1 hour to get from the big rapids michigan store to the Wyoming michigan store. So we went back to the big rapids store on Sunday and decided on a different color. However we got to the store just before closing and they refused to sell us the tool box because they would have to go get it out of the back and now they were closed. Not customer oriented at all. Dont buy here unless you absolutely need to, the deals may be good but customer service and work ethic is not.

Never leave the place without buying something. The prices are just so competitive. Had also help from a very knowledgeable associate named John.

Bought a tool and had a warranty and it was easy peasey to exchange it with no issues. In and out in like 15 minutes great service.

Great prices but hard to find what I wanted. Wish they sold individual sockets. TSC had those I needed at the other end of the shopping center.

Always helpful and well stocked. Wish they had electric carts for us handicapped but always can find an associate to hunt things down for me.

Great deals! The store is very clean, organized and almost all of the staff is very friendly. There is one BIG exception; the manager. Im not sure what their pronouns are or which gender they identify as but they are very rude. Not a smile, not a hello, not even a thank you after I made my purchase. Im a loyal customer, have been of Harbor Freight for over a decade. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this location in the near future. I might add I was not rude back. In fact the only thing I asked of them was do you accept Google pay?. The answer, from said manager was I dunno, itll be $32.

I shopped here through the entire pandemic with no mask, and no problem and was just asked to leave today. In april of 2021If youre going to pretend to care dont wait a whole calendar year to start

I love coming to this store, everyone is always so helpful. I was having a hard time choosing the right generator and the Manager Mike was so much help, getting me the one I needed. The store is also so clean.

Super friendly helpful staff. Easy in and out access from Perry st. Big Rapids mi. Photos are from parking lot. Look north from vehicle and there is the store front at 60 feet from where I parked. Look south from same position and there is Perry st. 60 ft. Footage is gustamated of course. You gotta shop there. 😀😀

They need to teach most of the employees how to wear a mask! Other than the mask under his chin, the man waiting on us was very helpful.

I love Harbor Freight. Ive never had any problems with any of the tools Ive brought from them. Today I purchased an air compressor, air hose, coupling connector and a folding utility knife.

Horrible customer service!! Went in yesterday looking for a tool box. They said they didnt have any but the truck had 4 coming today and they would hold one for me just to call at about 10 AM to make sure it was off the truck and set aside. I called today, and they said yes it sitting there. Drive all the way there, and they had sold it by the time I got there!! Will never shop at this store again!!!
