Love tsc! always have what i need the staff always helps and is kind if i have questions, sometimes they have animals for sale, you can bring your pets in to shop with you, lots of choices, run great sales. always clean and calm here

Always has good products and what I need for my animals. And once in a while someone sells rabbits in the parking lot.

Wonderful experience shopping here. I feel that this TSC has a much better selection of livestock feed than the Mt. Pleasant one does.

Store was neat & organized. I was greeted inside the store and asked if I needed assistance by a very pleasant woman. Checkout was quick and smooth. Cashier was also very pleasant. They had what I came in for. Couldnt ask for anything more.

I was checked out by an associate named Jes. I explained to her that I have shopped here many times (not this location, but TSC in general) and that Ive never gotten one coupon.She checked and discovered that I did not have an email address in the system. I have mentioned this issue in previous visits and she is the first to look into it. Others told me to keep watching out or check my spam.I was so thrilled with her. Tractor Supply in Big Rapids is a great store! They have great prices and if you need pellets for your wood stove, they have the best prices in the area. The customer service is one of kind. They even help me load my vehicle.If youre ever in need of anything for your animals, from horse to chihuahua, theyve got you covered. I highly recommend shopping here.

The TSC in Big Rapids has the nicest staff.At all of the TSCs that I go to, they will price match if I find a better price advertised. The item doesnt even need to be the same brand, as long as it has the same specs.Plus, TSC allows me to take my dog inside their stores. This is a really big time saver, during the Summer months. I dont have to think about whether I can drop in or not, because they let my pip come in with me.

I went with a friend to pick up a portable lp. heater for his hunting blind.We got a great price on it and ended up spending a bunch of time window shopping every aisle. We were asked a few times if we needed assistance but told the help we were just browsing. They were friendly, polite, clean, respectful.It was worth the 35 minutes drive to this real store.

They have so much, are friendly, & dont require face masks.

I am very happy with TSC Big Rapids. Whenever making a large or pricey purchase I always check them out. The staff always says hello, asks if I need help. Whenever I need to find something and ask employees the actually walk and find the item, provide recommendations and show you how to use a product. The fact that the staff are local and familiar with the products help. Someone is always there to help load big items. Returns are hassle free. Its my go to for specific items and hard to find items

Always a helpful staff, they do their best to keep you satisfied, Im always helped if I ever have a question or a employee sees me standing somewhere for along period of time. Its well kept, clean, and I have always felt welcomed here.

I cannot tell you how many times in a month I run into Tractor Supply to grab something. Great selection and good prices. Now if they would just do something about how long it takes to check out we would be rocking 5 stars. I’ve commented several times; Why does the cashier have to ask so many questions of each patron, and punch so many buttons? Come on it is 2018, computerize it for crying out loud!

This is the only place lve found that sells 50lb bags of cat little, and only $8.99 a bag! Best deal Ive seen anywhere. Not to mention lots of great hunting gear and love their boots, they actually have stuff for women too.

This is the kind of store place that makes you feel like its a small mom and pop while still being a corporate store. One of the many great experiences I have had here was that I had went in to get a pair of muck Boots I had seen them on sale for $40 less than the selling price. (So I thought) The price that was cheaper and on sale was a different model than the model that I had wanted. The sales associate and manager took the time to look through several ads trying to find the coupon to be able to price match (which they gladly do) but to no avail. So rather than send me to Amazon to get the price I wanted (which was $9 more on Amazon for the model I wanted from the sales price I thought I was going to get) they took $40 off the boots so I could get the price I came in hoping to get and still they still made me feel that they were very welcome and thankful for the purchase while beating the price that was Amazon. I would have been happy to buy the boots for $160 just because they had worked so hard to try to find a coupon for the boots when I dont think there was ever a coupon for the pair I wanted in the first place. All in all it was an absolutely fantastic experience and I highly recommend this location.

Nice place to get most of the items I need. They also stock Pro Pellets fairly often which is also nice.

TSC has dog and cat food, grain free, meat first, at a price that wont hurt my wallet. The store is also set up nicely, no problems finding things. Its a clean store and is staffed by friendly, knowledgeable employees.

The staff are extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about their store and products!

These guys have seen my pup since I got him. I bring my large breed dog in almost every time I go and they love him!!

I dont have a farm, but I do have a dog, and this store has a lot of toys, food, and accessories for dogs. I come here to buy pig ears and bones for my giant German shepherd. The store has some cute western clothing and home decor, as well.

This is a wonderful place if you are looking for the ordinary or unordinary tool or firm piece of equipment very helpful in such a Earl little town you would be surprised on the inventory they keep prices are very competitive customer service is at upmost Superior

The in-store price was a fair amount higher than advertised price on the old interweb. On the plus side the kid running the Hi-Lo was pretty darn good... by the way Im taking about 3 ton of pellets.

Good place for us to get feed for our 2 horses. Sometimes their sweet feed isnt mixed well (one time it seemed like there was no molasses in it, other times its been very old and hard), but the reasonable price keeps us coming back.

Power protection plan is a joke. Bought a $135 drone on sale for $90 and was talked into the power protection plan. Fast forward. Drone breaks. Instead of going to the store to return/exchange i have to wait a week for an E-gift card. Then come to find out the store doesnt carry drones nor can they get the drone i had. So they try to up sale me and to a drone thats $140 and wont honor the price i purchased my previous drone for and want to charge me shipping. Horrible horrible service.

The store is clean and quite big. They have just about everything, but the prices may be a bit higher than other stores.I’ve found almost everything I needed here. Biggest issue is that they’re often short staffed at this location. Not a deal breaker.
