My Xbox One X was having display issues due to a faulty HDMI port. CPR Blaine successfully repaired the HDMI port in 3 days for $130, which is half of what it would have cost to send it to Microsoft for repair. Plus, they provide a lifetime warranty on the repair. Overall, I was very satisfied.

Very happy with my repair but the top was pretty grubby when I picked it up so had to ask to have it cleaned - which was done. Then when I got it home I saw that there was damage to the keyboard cover that wasnt there when I turned it in for repair. Seems like someone was hoping I wouldnt notice?

I had a phone that wouldnt turn on. The display screen had died. T-mobile had tried to save my data but couldnt get to my pictures. The CPR employee was very nice. told me to come in and he was able to get to my pictures and save them to my new device. I was so relieved! I thought all my pics were lost.

Explained the fix needed, offered solutions and were quick to get repairs completed.

Tried to get a cracked screen fixed. Was told my phone was too new and didnt have a screen. I was offered a screen protector to help protect against further cracks. Two months passed and there were delays there. Staff offered to credit my card. That even had issues. Staff were professional which is why im not giving one star. Its frustrating to try and get something done only to have six different issues arise.

Went there today after talking to a person who worked there a few weeks earlier, who told me just stop by, no appointment needed. Another lady was there ahead of me and was being helped if you can call it that. He clearly did not want to work on her phone, he haphazardly looked for a battery for her in the back (I could see him), came back and told her he didnt have a battery. She restated for the fourth time she really needed the info on the phone. He finally called another store to see if they had a battery and they did not. She left frustrated. I then asked him to help me with my problem and he told me he could do it but to come back another time because he had lots of work to do. I made a special trip there and got no help at all. I was not impressed. He was a pill.

They ordered the part on Monday, came in Tuesday and was fix 2 hours after I got the call saying the received the part.

Fantastic service from Ben in Blaine. Had a checklist and went through it all. Had my phone ready in 40 min. I will definitely refer and use them again in the future.

The person i dealt with has been FANTASTIC!!! During COVID, i wrecked my work iPad, and this gentleman fixed it to the best of his ability without access to his regular repair tools and told me hed fix it again without hesitation, if it didnt work out.

This place did an amazing job at helping me with my cell phone when I had a broken screen. I had an extremely busy day going on, and when I cracked my cell phone it made matters even worse, however with the great customer service I received from CPR cell phone repair it made my day that much better. Even with my busy day they managed to fix my phone in a very timely matter. This is a great store with hard workers, just trying to help you out with your daily cell phone needs. I would highly recommend anyone to this store when in need of any help!

Got a few iPhones fixed over the years with CPR.They have great service and they are always friendly and quick to repair the phone. If they dont have parts in-stock they can get them super quick! They didnt have an iPhone XR screen in stock anywhere! The manager took time out of his day to search for one and got me one in three days! Not too long to wait for a great repair!They also have Screen protectors for most phones! They have a cool machine called an ISOD? that can cut screen protectors! Got one for my kids Nintendo Switch(they also fixed the screen on that) and my son hasnt broken it yet!

Called on a Thursday originally to have the data backed up off a broken phone. Temp screen should come Friday i was told. show up on a Monday they ordered the wrong screen. prepaid and left the phone and was told should be done Friday. Called Friday told the phone was being worked on and should be done around 6pm Friday. could not make it in till Monday when i came in the employee did not know anything of the phone and would have to call his manager to figure out what needed to be done. called me later that day and come to find out the screen was not even fixed. Came in on Tuesday took quite a long time to transfer and had to come back in an hour.Also when i asked for some kind of compensation for the inconvenience was told i would have to talk to management. In all the communication with in the company seems not to exist and if i need a service like this again i will try and find another place.

My camera literally fell out of my phone. I thought I would have to get a new phone. I brought it in and less than 70.00 my phone is back, camera works great!! The service was wonderful. Such a great option instead of the money for a new phone.

Tablet was dropped off on 07/06. I was told 5-7 business days for the new screen to arrive and 2-3 business days after that to get the tablet repaired.I called on 07/18 to ask for an update. Was told, Your screen has been ordered, but Im not sure whats going on with shipping. Ill call you back this evening with an update. Never received a call back.I called on 07/24 asking for another update. Spoke with Luke this time. Ill leave a note for the person that is handling your account. Theyll give you a call back at by the end of the day. No call back.07/31: Called and spoke with Luke again. He told me they ordered the wrong screen, so they had to send it back and order the correct one. I asked him if that meant it would be September before I get my device back. Was kind of laughed at, and he said hopefully within August.The whole experience was pretty much a joke from the get go. I walked in and was snubbed by the chick who clearly had better things to be doing besides helping customers. She actually helped me get a quote, then disappeared. Then her coworker came out of the backroom and finished my order.I wouldnt recommend your service to anyone. Maybe if youve got a mainstream device (apple, samsung). They struggled to get anything done with my LG.

I tried to do ZERO stars, but it wouldnt let me. This place is a joke. You buy a product with a warranty then they partner with another company and the warranty is void and there is nothing they will do. Also repaired my screen and when I got phone back, could only make a call on speakerphone. They later told me they got it wet, but could fix it. Five trips later to the Blaine location to get my phone fixed and it still wasnt right. Their customer service is HORRIBLE!!! Go somewhere else if you want your phone fixed right the first time.

I was told blatant and elaborate lies by uninformed employees. It is better to say “I don’t know” than to tell a costumer false information about a topic that you have not been educated on. I was told by an employee that my phone was in transit and that “you know how shipping is, it could take days” the phone was supposedly being shipped from Hudson to Blaine which is an hour drive. The phone was actually still at the Hudson store and hadn’t even been finished being fixed. I called back later to check on the status of my device and an employee lied and said that since the phone had been there for so long that it was now a “back burner” project and it was highly unlikely that the phone could be repaired. He knew nothing about my case, non of this was true. THEN... here’s the REAL kicker. When my phone was finally finished I was told by the Hudson repairman that he had dropped my PHONE off at the Blaine store. I go into the Blaine store and they tell me that my phone had been broken down into so many pieces during data extraction that it was unsalvagable, that after a data extraction they do not return the device due to legalities, that I could not receive my phone and I could only receive my data. All of this was untrue. Stop making up stories ! I still do not know where my phone is and I am required by my phone insurance company to return the phone within a time frame. If I am charged for not returning the phone I will expect CPR to pay.

This shop forgot to tell me they did not send my tablet out to be fixed. Instead they called me to pick it up. When I explained it didn’t work they apologized and said they would fix it, after 7 calls and 3 times going in, 6 MONTHS later they called to tell me they would send it to me with a charge to down load what it had since it could not be repaired. Three months later and 3 calls later they called to tell me they had it and it no longer had a charge. They also informed me that it was now the property of CPR since they had it for more than 30 days.The concept of customer service is a joke with them.

I had something stuck in my Ipod headphone jack for months. I finally stopped in and they were able to remove it in about 30 seconds. Friendly and fast!

Stopped in today with what I thought was a faulty charge report. A lesser shop would have charged me for a repair - CPR inspected it, found the charge port had lint in it from use, etc.. cleaned it out, tested it and handed it back free of charge. I will definitely be back when I have an actual repair need!

Purchased protective covers for my phone and apple watch a few months ago under the $10 replacement plan if/when they cracked. Stopped in yesterday with both devices but was told they would not honor the plan since they didnt carry the same manufacturer as they did a few months ago. They had another iPhone 8 cover there but would still not honor the plan. I was told I could drive to another store (~20 miles round trip) and see if they possibly still carried that manufacturer. Complete waste of time and money. Would never shop here again.

They were friendly and knowledgeable and did fix the problem but didnt warn me in the beginning that things could happen that would mean extra charges. I would have authorized to go ahead anyway and it saved me the cost of a new phone. I would recommend them totally. 👍

I went to CPR to get my iPad fixed and was told it would take up to one business day. I got a call after an hour and was told that my iPad was ready for pick up. I am very impressed with there customer service and I am for sure going to be back for any future repairs. Thank you CPR!

We brought my son’s cell phone there in mid-January because the backlight was broken. They told us that it would be done in two weeks and then sent back to their store. So we were planning on picking it up then. Three Weeks later, we still had not heard from them to see if it was done or not. So my husband called and they said “no it’s not done yet it will be done in another week. “ OK no problem. another week went by and we waited for them to call us to tell us that the phone was done and had been shipped back from the repair shop in Hudson Wisconsin. No one called us. No one called us to tell us if it was done, to tell us it was not done, nothing. We have called them multiple times and gotten the run around.So now we are about six or seven weeks out and my son still does not have a cell phone. (Not that it kills him to take a break, but we actually don’t have a landline, and we need his phone so that we can be in touch with him when we are gone. And he can call out if there’s an emergency Obviously. )So I called again and this time someone said “oh yeah it’s getting shipped out to you today.” I said “great so it should be there in your store tomorrow or the next day?” He said “absolutely! “ So I said, “You’ll call me when it gets to the store?” He said “yup.” surprise surprise, no one called us. So a week later I called again, and asked where the phone was. The worker there says, “I don’t know why someone would’ve told you it was being shipped here. The technician is still working on it in Hudson! But I just talked to him and he says he’s going to get it done this afternoon and he will put it in the mail either today or tomorrow. It will arrive in our store either Friday or Saturday.Shockingly, the phone did not arrive at their store last Friday or this Saturday. Did anybody call me to tell me that? That they weren’t able to keep a promise to a customer? Of course not. That would mean they were operating with some level of integrity, which they clearly are not. So once again I had to take it upon myself to call them and ask where is my sons phone? The employee I talked to yesterday said “I only work here one day a week. And there are no notes on your ticket about this phone (which is astonishing)So sorry I can’t help you.” I then got the managers name. (His name is TJ for anyone who wants to keep track at home.)I called CPR Again this afternoon. The employee who answered the phone said, “oh! You still haven’t gotten your phone? This should’ve been done a long time ago! Hold on let me check on it.” He gets back on the phone and says, “I don’t know what the deal is. UPS has a tracking number on it and says that it was mailed out last Thursday but we haven’t received it here yet I will call UPS and call you right back. (This was at about 5:00 today.) I asked for his name because I’m trying to keep track of who I’m talking to since I have to call them every single day. Turns out, it’s TJ! The manager! I was planning on calling him anyway to complain about the horrible service! So I said to him “oh you’re the manager OK well we have been calling you for weeks and weeks—“ and you know what? He cut me off! 😡 “Yeah I know. I’ll call them and call you back” and do you think he has called me back yet? To tell me anything about this phone? To apologize for the horrible service? To tell me anything like they’ll give us a discount on the phone since it’s taken them three months to get it done? Nope. Never ever ever send your business to this company. They are awful!Just wanted to warn you all about the horrible experiences I’ve had with them and hopefully you can all throw some good vibes into the universe that we get our phone back.

Went in to get cameras lens replaced due to a crack. the employee rang it up, said the part would be in in a couple days and that they would call me. Then he had me pay for the service right then. A week passes, I call them, still no part. The next comes by, I call again and it was in they just didnt call me. I drop off my phone and an hour passes and I go in to pick up my phone and the employee says, did anyone warn you about the backglass potentially cracking? and I respond, youre the only employee Ive seen everytime Ive called and came in, you tell me. Did you warn me?. He had not. the entire back of my phone is now smashed and cracked. They order in a part to replace it which took another week and a half of them not calling me and me having to waste MORE of my time trying to get a hold of them. I will never go back. I should have been refunded for the camera fix with all the hassle they put me through. It was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

My old phone looked busted beyond repair. Needed it fixed fast for a legal matter. The manager and staff did everything to expedite my parts/labor. They even called me back to confirm it was possible by my deadline. Saved me 2 days. Ill only have my screens fixed here in the future Thanks!

Do not trust this place for phone repairs. Had an apple Iphone and galaxy s8 cracked screen replaced here. The galaxy s8 has never worked correctly since the repair, and the apple iphone i brought back several times for repair (as they have a so called warrenty) and they couldnt resolve the issues they created (powered off by itself, wouldnt turn on - all from a screen replacement). Not to mention their communication with the customer is terrible.

My laptop has been there for quite a while now.(it was a broken screen) Firstly they actually broke the fixed screen then lost my charger and we had paid to ship my computer up to me along with the charger after they supposedly fixed it again, they didnt send either (Still took the money though). They then said they had fixed it and when I finally got it to charge the screen would not turn on at all. We brought it back, so overall its been there for almost two months now. 🤷🏻 still waiting rn.

Very bad customer service! Pre paid for the piece needed to repair. Store called me when it came in. I live farther out so had a hard time making it in. Called a couple weeks later, and the guy who answered said they had no record of me. I told him they had called me when my part came in and he said I must be calling the wrong place. I checked my call log and it was the number I was talking to him on that had called me. He said he would have to have his co worker call me. She called and confirmed they had the part. When I made it to the store 30 minutes from my hours the gentleman told me he wasnt sure he still had the part that he may have used it on another phone. I told him I had prepaid for it. He went and checked and did have my part. The fact he said that though is bad enough. The part they replaced broke within 5 days of the repair. I called to see if they warranty and they do not. I asked if people have been having similar problems with the Note 8 because it seems to be a manufacturing issue and he told me that people who have new phones are more careless and we just need to be more careful with our phones. Very rude!

Pretty disappointed by the last few services done there. I experienced poor customer service and poor communication from them that caused my phone to be in worse condition than before I came in. Find somewhere else to repair your phone.

My phone cracked the next day from being in my pocket. My microphone is trashed up still too. Horrible job.

Price to fix my screen was more than the phone itself only needed a digitizer.

Sold me a used Samsung battery as new. Returned the battery because it would not hold a charge. When I removed the battery from my phone it had a sticky substance on it. Was told the credit would appear on my account in 10 days, credit to my account was still not applied after 25 days.

Replaced screen and was told I had a onLifetime warranty. Well here we are 10 weeks later and the screen is all blue and they won’t stand behind their work. Bogus warranty! Bogus business stay away!
