Wonderful location. Wonda was super patient and helpful. The store is always neat and clean. Well stocked. All of the employees are knowledgeable and helpful. Its always a treat to go there.

I love this place and the staff is always AMAZING. I have never had an issue here and I would recommend them over any other place. I specifically love this location in particular. Great staff, great place ! Thanks for everything!!

Poor girl had to run around the store all by herself. Phones ringing like crazy. Computers never working! And the two managers are just in the back office room sitting on their phones. Seen it multiple times. Can never get help without attitude. At least shut the door if your not going to help! I’ll get better service at Cosmoprof

My go to beauty supply, favorite place to do all my shopping for my salon. All the girls are AMAZING with customers, and I’ve seen them handle very annoying people with lots of good incredible patience, never lose their cool.

I always find what i need ans the staff is excellent and informative on any deals. They always make sure i get more for what i am spending.

On Tuesday May 3rd I went into Salon Centric (Bloomingdale Location) @ 5:54pm, when I walked in the women who was working, was stocking product and told me they were closed. I asked what time do you close, she said 6p, I replied it was not 6 yet and I just needed one box of Redkin color. She just looked at me and said We Are Closed. I had to cancel my color client that night. I was just so upset. I go to Salon Centric at least once a week or every other week, however I will not be going back to that one. I have never had an issue Glendale Heights location, the employees are always so nice & helpful
