This Firestone always delivers on quick, and quality service. I have never been disappointed. I had to have a tow service( which was conveniently added to my bill) a new condenser and radiator and an evac and recharge on my A/C. All of it was completed the same day. Great service!

If I could rate 0 stars I would! I had taken my car up for a oil change, they said my oil pan needed to be replaced but my car could run for a few more oil changes if they replace my plug with a temporary one. Long story short. I took my car to Ford service center, because it is Ford made and the mechanic told me my oil pan is no longer holding any oil in it because whoever replaced the original plug (FIRESTONE) replaced it with a OVERSIZED plug. So my car has been leaking oil this whole time. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Also, Ford quoted me something way cheaper to fix my oil pan than Firestone. They just want to rip you off and mess up your car..so you can keep coming back. Im very upset with this place.

Worst Firestone Ive been to. Ive gone to this one many times with 2 of my vehicles out of convenience and I regret it every. Single. Time.Go to any other location in town if you can, this is the only one Ive consistently had issues with.

Dont bother making an appointment on a Saturday to get your oil changed. I took 90 minutes for me, and yes I had made an appointment. Other than that, same great customer service I have come to expect from Firestone over the last two decades.

The repair center itself was great as always, however holding a Firestone credit card on your account, means for a family, that only the cardholder can apply any charges to the account for vehicles that been serviced prior at this very service center.I wouldnt count on Firestone CC support to help either, they dont care!Only been going to Firestone for 20+ years.Guess we need to find another company that cares!

2006 Porsche Cayman SCommunication and customer service was great. The quality of work was not. I have custom wheels that are made specifically to put the counter weights on the backside lip so that they are hidden and the weights were put directly behind the spokes in plain sight, looks terrible. Also one wheel is now damaged like a curb was hit or it was damaged on the mounting equipment.

Took my car in after getting the low tire pressure message. I was going to take care of this myself but came to find out that I couldnt get my tire caps off to save my life!! They were metal caps that I had gotten as a gift... well safe to say I will never use them again! Tire caps are plastic for a reason... they were stuck on so bad pliers didnt even work. So I scheduled an appointment online and got in next day. Took about 30 minutes and got new caps on and air filled back up. Best part was no charge!!!! I came in expecting to pay maybe 100 bucks or so but no! Courtesy service and friendly staff from start to finish! Would definitely bring my car back if I needed other services done. Thank you again!

I give this store a 5 star any day. I was hesitant since I had a bad experience with Firestone in independence on Noland. I had a blow out an had to be towed to it. I called a tow truck while at work I had to b there with car, ok I can be there at 5:30. got a ride there she the tow driver was upset with me cause I wasnt jolly on the spot at 5:30 she had to wait 5 min that was all she had to wait. gave her the keys an she did her job. got it loaded an I went an open her passenger door an she looked startled. I said do u no where its going she told me I said yes. an she flew away thought my car wouldnt make the turn she did. but I went home I called firestone an told them it would be there an what I wanted done had to work nxt day got a ride there an went in it was completed to my wishes. paid them for their work an away I went. very very satisfied with Firestone in blue springs mo. in my book A-1. just because I was a woman they did NOT take advantage of me. job well done people at Firestone in blue springs mo on 7 hwy.

They wanted to charge me $4,760 to replace my catalytic converter, Rose’s Muffler did that & more for $996.

Friendly and efficient--I was close to pulling onto I-70 and noticed the car pulling to the right. The dash confirmed low tire pressure.I drove the 3 blocks to Firestone. They had me repaired and on the road in time to see the Chiefs game. Whats not to like?

Took my car to another shop first, spent over $ 875.00 for a noise in the front end of my 14 dodge charger. When I left the shop that starts with an AA. my front end still made the noise and even worse. So I take it to firestone and John and the tech showed me the exact problem and even showed me the bolts and nuts that the first guys didnt even tighten correctly. Thanks firestone. And it was only 9.99 to show and tell me what was wrong with my car the first time, not having to come back 2-3 times and just throw parts at it until the actual problem was fixed.

I’ve visited several times for work and have ALWAYS had a great experience and fast work! They are honest and always happy to help! I was concerned before I started visiting that Firestone’s like most chain shops like to up sell services, but this place doesn’t. Anything that they notice is failing or is of concern during an inspection they will physically show you in the bay and give their recommendations for repairs, but no pressure added. 5 Stars!

I show up at 6pm, and they are open until 7pm. Only one person there and she tells me she is just there to schedule appointments.

Couldnt be more pleased with the results. I got 4 new tires and an alignment. Prices were fair and reasonable. The work was completed in a timely manner and the technicians were helpful and kind.

Took my car there, spent almost $2k to get the muffler leak fixed. As soon as I left the check engine light came on. They forgot to replace a part. Took it back. Got charged more to replace the part they forgot. Then, I get it home and the check engine light came back on. What a joke this place is. Will be reporting this place to the vehicle service bureau today.

Normally I give this place 4 or 5 stars. However, today I made an appointment for 10 to have a tire replaced and at 11:30 it is finally done. This was a single tire replacement and they had already confirmed the tire was here before confirming my appointment. Staff is super friendly! Tire replacement didnt cost much because of road hazard coverage. Its just the wait that earned it this rating.

This has easily been the worst experience Ive EVER had in the automotive industry!! Always double check with a 3rd party if you go through this location. I went in for service on my 2010 dodge journey 08/05/20.Upon receiving my keys back and paying the total for the services they SAID they had completed and as well were listed on my receipt, I noticed my car was dead in the parking lot. This led to a rabbit hole of things that were not done properly if done at all. The employee who worked on my car stated they didnt check the battery because it was in a hard to reach spot, yet they didnt call me to notify me with some sort of up charge, they just didnt check and charged me for it regardless. So at this point what else did they say they did but didnt actually do. So at this point I had a 3rd party auto shop go over everything they supposedly did. The wheel alignment was worse when i picked it up from firestone, the brakes were not properly installed, and the vehicle was not inspected. At this point I ask for a full refun, they tell me to come in the next day. This morning 08/06/20 I spoke with Steve Martinez the store manager at this location. This was hands down the most immature conversation to be had with a store manger. Extremely unprofessional and rude. As I was describing the events as they happened he kept interjecting and saying his 2 cents about every little detail instead of allowing me to explain. I asked for a refund he said I cant help you. He said i could bring my vehicle back up there but thats the whole point. I dont want to do business with this company ever again. At this point i asked for the district managers information, which he declined to provide me. I asked multiple times and he said no. I HAD TO CALL ANOTHER STORE TO GIVE ME THAT INFORMATION. By the end of the conversation he said,you do you man and proceeded to hang up on me. IF YOU EVER USE THIS STORE, USE A THIRD PARTY TO DOUBLE CHECK. THESE PEOPLE ARE CONS AND NOW IM GOING THROUGH CORPORATE TO GET THIS PROBLEM ALLEVIATED. WORST AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE PERIOD!

Weve had services performed at 4 Metro locations from Downtown to Blue Springs and always feel treated with respect, charged fairly and doing the best to stretch the lives of our vehicles. Payment options available for bigger jobs have been of benefit as long as you monitor the interest free period of time and get the balance paid b4 it expires. Comfortable waiting area with coffee and TV if you have to wait for a ride or are just having oil change & quick maintenance visit. Nice to see female techs keeping up with male counterparts and being respected as members of the Firestone team and family. The easy working relationship that exists between AAA & Firestone makes for a smooth experience when car problems arise. I appreciate that as well. Keep your car healthy. Stay safe.

Had brake issues, called Early afternoon on a Sunday they got me right in and completed work same day. Customer service was great and kept me informed through out the process. Price was little more then I would have liked but they are competitive with surrounding shops.

Got a alignment check on my 89 Lincoln. No charge since I have a lifetime alignment for this car.

Very courteous staff, I needed to have a tire replaced, they were about to get me in the same day it took about 2 hours. I consider myself pretty handy when it comes to car repairs, breaks, oil changes, and even engine overhauls, but sometimes you need specialized tools and tires is one of those things its very hard if not impossible to do at home. I ended up buying a second tire, once they got me in i was back on the road in 20 minutes, I was amazed how far they were able to assess my tire, put two new tires on, balance them and get me on my way. Highly recommended. This is were Ill be going for all my repairs I cant do myself. Highly recommended, they have won my business.

Due to my negligence, I started hearing metal upon metal when I hit my brakes. Called around and got the best quote from Firestone. Customer service was absolutely amazing; they were able to get me in and out in less than 5 hours completing more repairs that needed fixed. They saved us hundreds of dollars! Highly recommended! Had two small trailer wheels I needed to put a new tires on. It was 4th of July weekend and no one seemed to want my money for an easy job. Would have given a 5 star based on previous experience. However while waiting for an oil change, I watched the mechanic zip thru the parking lot in my car, back up extra fast, zip around the corner into the stall in my car! Total disrespect for customer property.

Took vehicle in for a leak in my drive way-said it was the rack and pinion, power steering pump etc-$1400 repair, still leaked the next day. Took it back and they said it was an oil leak not a power steering leak and my oil on gasket, valve cover gaskets, manifold gasket all needed replaced (a $1311 invoice) Funny enough didn’t mention any of these things when they had it initially and said everything else looked good. Drove the car home-absolutely no oil in car-they drove the car like this, there was oil in it when I dropped it off. Today the power steering locked up while driving. Tomorrow a call to corporate. Stay away from this fraudulent place!

Unfortunately, that was not the problem, and when we figured that out, they only charged me for the time it took them to find out what was actually wrong.Then they referred me to a place that had more experience with transmissions.Very friendly and helpful!

Leaking coolant is never a good thing especially when on a 3000 mile road trip. Thankfully, Lisa and the rest of the staff at this location were absolutely fantastic. They were able to get us in and out, and back on the road in 1.5 hrs. We are so thankful! Highly recommend :)

I should have read the reviews first. Took 2 vehicles for tires & align in 2 days, spent a lot of money! Told them I wanted one pair of tires back from one of the vehicles because they were almost new ( changed tire size). Had to dig through their trash heap myself to get my tires. Wheels felt loose on the way home so checked when I got there...8 out of 32 lug nuts were semi-tight, the rest were barely more than hand tight. Unloaded the old tires only to discover they had ruined both of them!! When I called to tell about it the manager said he was sorry but that happens sometimes. Ive had hundreds of tires changed and NEVER had one ruined. Those were $200 a piece tires! He said he would help me out on a new set if I needed! Really? Did say he would tighten the nuts free!

Initially my first impression of this place was very off-putting. I dropped my car off Saturday evening under the guise that my car could and would be looked at on Sunday. With absolutely no call or update I finally called on Monday morning to ask what the update was and was fairly rudely informed that the ONLY mechanic qualified to read and run the diagnostic machine would not be in until Tuesday. After hearing of another unfortunate incident with this particular Firestone, I then decided by Tuesday morning to just go somewhere else. I called and asked them to just not look at it and I would take it elsewhere. Steve called me back and said that they had gone ahead and looked at it anyway, diagnosed the problem, and could fix it. I told him to go ahead then. Steve also apologized for the misunderstanding and was very courteous and professional both times I spoke with him. I spoke with at least two other gentleman who were not... So IF YOU MUST go here, just ask for Steve. Other than that everything is currently running smoothly and appears to be fixed, they didnt try to up sell me I feel, and the price was as about expected for Firestone.

Pros: Was able to get me next day and fix flat. Cons: improper tire pressure, mismatched valve stem cap vs what it came in with. Scratched wheels in about four places. They just need to pay closer attention to details.

I wouldn’t even give them one star if that was an option . I brought my car in to get the A/C fixed . Told them I had just put. A charge on it and filled it with Freon the day before and it was already all gone . They said they would “run their diagnostic” and call me with a quote . Upon calling me they let me know that they found the leak, planned to fix the leak and re fill it and addmore dye and re-run the tests . I approve the total of 260$ and get a call not but 22 minutes later saying my car is done . Suspicious if you ask me considering vacuuming and cleaning the system alone usually takes about 40 minutes from my understanding. I ask the gal at the front, I believe her name is Alexis, if for 260$ this was a definite fix. She reply’s “I think so” . I tell her to have the technician come in and speak with me.The response I get from that is “he doesn’t really like to talk to people.” Moral of the story I was told my service Port was “a common issue” so that’s what they replace . Makes me wonder if they even looked and ran a test or they just assumed since it’s a common issue ? Not but the next day, the Freon is all gone, air no longer blows cold and guess where it was all leaking from... the service port .

This place is horrible. I took my car in for an inspection. The called me and told me my car had a laundry list of things wrong with it. This is a car that drives very quiet and smooth without any sluggishness, play in the wheel, leaking, or any other problems other than it was stiff when turning the wheel (I knew beforehand that the power steering was out). When I got there it was leaking out fluid really bad from a busted seal. They told me the rack & pinion was bad. They told me my brakes were bad, which they were not, and that they wouldnt pass my car because it had a mismatched tire, although the tread and everything was the same as the others. They also gave me a list of many other problems. This is after I had just taken it from another shop that did not find any of this, but could not complete an inspection because their stickers were on back order. I also had other people look at the car & said there were no problems. I told Firestone I did not want them fixing anything and they still charged me $63. I left Firestone and now my car is leaking a large amount of fluid and is making a very loud humming noise and is vibrating. I took it to another shop, and they said I need the rack & pinion replaced due to the loss of fluid & the broken seal and I will now have to have my rear wheel fixed. What should have been a $12 inspection and a $250 power steering fix is now costing me well over $800. If you value your car or your money, please do not take your car here.

Shady warranty practices. Promise life time warranty as long as they are the ones doing the brakes so they can charge you for labor. Take your car ANYWHERE else but here.

I bought my last set of tires from Firestone. I purchased lifetime balancing and road hazard protection. The last two times I brought my vehicle in because there was a slow leak in one of the tires that I had to fill twice per week and it was annoying. I was due for my rotation anyway, so after making an appointment, got the work done after 3 hours waiting to find that they did not repair the tire. When I left, I got half way home and the car started shaking violently because the tech didnt tighten the wheels lug nuts.On my next visit, again with an appointment specifically to fix the tire, I opted to let them perform my oil change. They completed the oil change, but still didnt fix the leak. When I addressed the issue with the counter person, I was told that they didnt have time to pull it in again, and that Id have to make another appointment. I never received an explanation, an apology from management, and I havent been back since.

Starting quote was $1,500 everything was fine took the car home new issue never had before occurs...Called they have me come back cost $1,800 more, take the same day car dies...call upset they had it towed told me needed an alternator and a battery another $450. Back in today there is a loud pop when you turn right asking more money....

Big O sent me here to do a warranty for their battery.... Firestone was fast and friendly about it. Charged me an installation fee, but that made sense. Shouldnt have been their job to fix Big Os issues.

I went up there to get a new tire. While I was there I had them do a free alignment check. Of course them being salesman said I needed one and that I also needed a Cam Bolt for my front passenger tire. Well after doing research turns out I didnt need a alignment I just needed a tire rotation and balance but I still needed the cam bolt. I went back a few weeks later to get the cam bolt and a rotation and the guy says if you get the cam bolt fixed then you will need an alignment. So I get the alignment and they come back and tell me that I already had a cam bolt. So they did an alignment that I didnt need nor did they do my rotation because they said I needed an alignment. The lesson is always get a second opinion. Do not go here!!!!!!

I will never go back. I took my truck there to get 2 new tires and have them switch the back tires out with the front ones that were being replaced. I get a call saying they cant switch the tires. They also had a laundry list of items they would like to fix on my truck, one of them being an oil change because it was low on oil. I had just changed the oil myself 2 weeks before and do not have an oil leak. I did not ask for my truck to be looked over. I simply wanted 2 new tires and that it is.

I love Firestone however... They cracked a hubcap cover and argued with me about it. I had just got two new tires. The next day I was in a wreck and the car is now totaled. Guess it does not matter now.

Wow, paid for an alignment due to the rear tires wearing badly. They admit they didnt even touch the rear because their machine said its in spec. Tech wanted to argue with me that my tires were wearing badly simple to not rotating them. Take your money elsewhere.
