I cannot say enough good things about this place. amazing customer service! i bought customized Swarovski pulls a few years ago for my glam bathroom and they are stunning! i decided to order a few more pulls to use on my dresser. when the handles came in they were offset and not as good as the first ones i purchased. Knobs and Locks replaced the order and those came back the same. They placed another order without me even asking them to and i finally got the perfect handles today. You definitely get what you pay for in a good way! love this place!!

Went to this store trying to find a hinge for a piece of Amish made furniture. They did not have the hinge but went to the internet, found the unusual hinge, and sent the link to my email. Forget the big box stores if you want expertise in finding a unique or unusual product.They have beautiful pulls, knobs and locks that truly give a custom look.
