It was time for a new phone. I have been a CWW customer for over 20 years. I cannot recommend Taylor enough! He went above and beyond to help me choose my phone and get everything set up. He was present and 1:1 with me always professional and patient. He is the model of an excellent, friendly and helpful agent. Annabelle has also helped me in the past and is excellent as well. CWW is lucky to have them both!

More expensive than Verizon! Not enough options for plans. Verizon uses their network. Seems like CW would be cheaper. Just cant justify wasteing $

We have used their services for 8 years now. Went in today to upgrade my wifes phone. Usually we get pushy sales people trying to get us to upgrade this plan or get insurance or... But today was nice. My wife only uses a basic phone for simple things and that is what we were able to walk out with.

Cant wait till my phones are paid off party way to much for phone service had to get on extended plan because they said of the area i live in my bill runs close to 300 for 2 phone ones ai phone 8 the other is a LG not happy praying i can pay phone off asap to go to another company. On the positive most of the people are very nice and try to help with any questions.

The most unfriendly rude customer service ever. So bad that I switched to another company.

Every time I come to this location there are only two employees working and a long wait. I am also getting really sick of Carolina West with their poor service and crazy prices. They offer no discounts to their customers. Verizon at least offers discounts every now and then on their service.

We love the staff. They helped us out when our phones gave us trouble. We will stick with Carolina West where ever we move.

Zach was running the store when I got there. He is on top of his game and knows what he is doing. The store is well stocked, neat, and tidy.On a side note, I bought a fleet tracker for my wifes truck because she travels out of state a lot. I can monitor the engine and I know where she is in case there is a problem. All of our friends call it The Snitch because it gives me every bit of information about her driving which is frightening. Harsh left. Aggressive acceleration. Harsh braking. I get speeding reports. My God!!! MiFleet. The unit that goes into the onboard diagnostics port is around a hundred dollars or so. $20.00/ month. Great for keeping an eye on the kids too. The resolution is so good that you can even tell which parking space the truck is in 2,000 miles away. Its worth every dime. She ignores me when I bring up her driving infractions. She doesnt care.
