PCS Metro was always so helpful to me ! I got my first iphone free, upon switching carriers, & keeping my phone number. Their cell-phone data-usage, was not inflated, as is my current carrier. So, i am thinking of switching back to them, for my phone needs.

Came in this morning to switch over from Boost - your associate was very pleasant and patient as she worked through issues for the customers ahead of me, and very efficient while processing my transfer. She even let me know that I qualified for a special transfer rate that I wouldnt have known to ask about! What a great experience during these difficult months! Thanks guys!

Very helpful knowledgeable staff. They were very patient with me while i was very indescisive and were very polite even when i picked out the wrong phone and had to bring it back they reset it and gave me a new phone and were very professional and technical know how. They also seemed like they genuinely want to find the right phone and plan for me not just about making a sale! Thanks you guys again love my plan and my service ive got!

I purchase two phones into phone case from here One phone case was $20 the other phone case was $35 and it had it clip on it. I just tried to clip the clip to my belt and my whole phone fell to the floor and I came to the store trying to see if they could give me half off on the new one or just replace this one because it was $35 and it shouldnt just be able to fall apart they wouldnt do anything but I gave me $5 off a new one so basically I had to purchase a new phone clip for to do the same thing dont buy any cases from Metro PCS just stick to the phones

The way this company operates is an ongoing issue? Every single Metro store I have ever been to (anywhere) has the same thing in common, terrible customer service,no empathy at all, terrible policies. This particular store is no exception, the people that run the store do not know anything about the products nor do they care, furthermore they act as if youre putting them out if youre asking for help. This is the worst wireless company ever. Why should we continue to give them our business just because theyre cheap?

Whoever was working at 1 pm on July 14 was completley unhelpful.

This is a new MetroPCS store with new owners. Its is not associated with the previous owner. Store staff is knowledgeable and ready to help.

These people here took advantage of my wife who is mentally challenged!!! Everyone at this store should be ashamed of themselves!! Racist, and just plain degrading to people with special needs!!! I have never seen anything like this especially when she had an emergency, especially when they saw her upset!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬 horrible people in this store!!! Words cannot explain the level of insensitive treatment here!!!

Transferred my daughters line over. I can only assume they get bonuses for the more services they add to a line as I saw on my bill they had added insurance, caller block, and some other thing I didnt authorize. Got reimbursed and cancelled everything, but really damn shady to add this stuff without my permission.
