David was super nice and helpful. We had a good couple laughs when setting up my storage unit. This is my first time using a facility like this and so far it’s been nothing but a pleasure!

Great facility! We needed extra climate controlled storage for about a month and the reservation process was easy, its a good location, and the climate control was solid for the hot late summer months.David at the desk was very helpful, noticing within an hour or two when I had emptied out the storage unit and sent a move out confirmation without me having to call or email. Very convenient and appreciated!

Easy to manage and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful, we stored here for almost two years and never had any issues.

Totally unreliable, office is NEVER open. I tried showing up early mornings, but always found sign saying back ~11am. I tried taking an early lunch to be there ~11, and sign said @ lunch back ~1pm. I even tried showing up near end of the day only to get sign saying back ~5:30pm. Today I figured I would show up at 1pm and sign said @ lunch, back 2:15pm. Out of the last 5 times I showed up to pay my bill during normal business hours, they were only actually there once. Major waste of my time, corporate no longer has humans you can speak to because of their lack of professionalism.AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS. You would be better off storing your items in a ditch than giving this company your business. They purposefully make it impossible to pay your bill so they can charge late fees. Dont trust any of these other reviews, they are not actual customers because their level of service, kindness, or professionalism has never been what some of these show.At least when I die I wont ever have to deal with this place again. Helping my mother with her storage units is the single greatest burden in my life thanks to these people

I’ve been a customer here for a few years, they’re always super helpful and friendly. Recently I had an issue where I was robbed and they took my keys, including the key to my storage unit. Such a huge hassle. Today I went to the storage place and had them get me in to the unit, They were extremely helpful and quick. Got me settled in about 15 minutes and now I don’t have to waste a bunch of my day figuring that out. David has helped me a few times in the past and he’s an awesome dude. Highly recommend

Stored here for two years, and all fine with that.Policy to not refund majority of month when checking out on the 6th was irritating. Apparently the policy changed from when we started in 2019.

After renting here twice, we found the units at Life Storage on Odell clean and as advertised. They provided secure access with roomy spaces between buildings so that you can drive your car a reasonable distance to any unit. Renting online was simple and their office was very responsive if you need to talk with someone.

David was a huge help and Life Storage was able to help me on short notice before school started. I would highly recommend their services!

David is super nice, informative, helpful and truly cares about this property. And the facility seems clean, and well maintained. It is conveniently located off the Diagonal Highway. I just rented there myself and look forward to moving in my stuff, knowing itll be issue free.

He was funny, kind, welcoming. He laid out all of the options, and this is the best storage unit Ive ever had. Easy to store, wide enough to access belongings, and they have drive-up access. If youre on the fence about where to store your stuff, Life Storage in Gunbarrel is hands down the best option.David especially will go above and beyond to ensure that youre taken care of. I got myself into a huge pickle by forgetting to lock an empty unit and extend the lease, and when I lost access to it mere days before a major out-of-town move, David SAVED ME. He was on site just past regular office hours and set me up with a new unit for the same price. Because of his kindness and great service, I didnt have to cancel moving trucks & movers or push back my move date.These folks are the best. You will not find better customer service in Boulder!

We were only here for a short time but Brittany and David were more then helpful. They assessed our needs and figured out what would work for us space wise and promptly got is into them. Brittany did the paperwork while David took the locks off the spaces. Great teamwork, these two know their stuff! The move out process was seamless as well! Thank you!!

I was happy with my service at this location until I tried to close my account. I cleaned my storage unit and reached out to the office staff multiple times (leaving a detailed voicemail every time) over the course of a week to complete final paperwork. I never received any response from their team and was forced to reach out to cooperate to get assistance. Cooperate told me the local store would be in contact within 48 hours, but that never happened via email or phone.I consider communication a vital part of customer service, and it was completely lacking in this experience. Next time I need to work with a storage company, I will search for a team that properly values communication with their customers.p.s. If you do choose to work with this team/location, be sure to cover everything you own as the chicken-wire celling on the space led to large amounts of dirt and insulation falling onto & into my things.

I have been using Life Storage for over 2 years, ever since they were so kind as to provide me a unit when I was in a pinch. Since my first encounter with the staff, they have always been kind and helpful, and I always feel my personal items are stored in a safe place. Having used multiple storage facilities in the past, I highly recommend Life Storage because of their friendly staff, good prices, and safety of storage.

Brittany and David were communicative, attentive and professional. They were so helpful and made the rental process smooth and seamless and they did the same at check out. I would highly recommend this storage facility. The facility was secure and clean.

Always stressful moving- but add to that this was a move because of Covid 19, and this was worse. Not allowed to come back after Spring Break because of Corona. Then being summoned back to move my daughter’s things from the sorority house during a small window. Not fun- but Dave was great. Found us a great climate controlled unit. Did everything digitally, so no contact. Simply amazing. Safe.

Wow! Were my expectations exceeded! As you all know, moving can be stressful but life storage, specifically David, made my experience a breeze! I came into town fully expecting to move into a house. The residence that I had chosen unexpectedly fell through at the last possible moment. I was having a terrible day and nothing was going right, until I met David. He assured me that he could help and boy did he. I had a full semi truck and nowhere to put my belongings. Not only did David get me the spaces I needed but they were right next to each other. This allowed the semi truck (which their property is not made for) to pull straight onto the property and the movers were able to off load the truck right into the spaces . David was polite, professional, courteous, humorous and accommodating. He also offered us water and the use of their facilities in the office. I have seen David a few times since my move in and he is always very positive, friendly and super energetic. On top of that, he is willing to listen and help you out if you have an issue. I would highly recommend Life Storage based on my interactions with David alone!!

Life storage is a great place. They have always been very helpful and friendly. When I had a delivery there they did everything to make sure everything went smoothly, and even helped me figure out how to dispose of the leftover pallets. Five stars all around.

The process was so simple that completing it online was easy. Very efficient. We started filling up the unit immediately.
