We stopped in for a new windshield wiper on a rainy day, and Jeremy helped us put it on our car as soon as we bought it. So grateful for such wonderful customer service!

Candice at this store is more knowledgeable than any of my friend about vehicles. Knew off the top of her head a question I have asked mechanics that have to think about it for a minute. Awesome! I will hire her if she gave me the opportunity. Your lucky to have that chick!

Real nice employee

Candice saved the day!!! I was driving and it started to snow really hard. I turned on my wipers and the passenger wiper got caught on the drivers side wiper and got bent and mangled. I was right by Advanced Auto Parts and pulled in. Candice helped me pick new blades, brought a ladder and tools outside in a flipping blizzard, climbed up on my truck, changed my wipers and tightened my wiper arm bolt! (I’m sure that’s not what it’s actually called... hence needing help desperately)Now that is stellar customer service!! 👏👏👏

Love this place, these folks have a really good attitude toward customer service... They loan out tools and do their very best to keep price points low and are easy to talk to... I am very impressed and have become a steady customer... I really enjoy shopping this establishment!

Josh at the Bountiful location is the BEST! He saved me on the way to bear lake. He was able to diagnose the issue my car was having quickly and efficiently. Josh was so kind and helpful. I would absolutely recommend Advance Auto parts...and ask for Josh!

Im a local shop and have been shopping with them for over a year. Greg, Josh, and Jake are very knowledgeable. I need that when in need of hard to find parts. You cannot go wrong with those guys. The prices are awesome and I especially like the electrical parts i.e alternator, starters. They are of good quality.

Its a new store it looks like so I wasnt sure how the staff would be like but they are pretty knowledgeable. Both times I got what I needed but this last time I got some help from Jake. He was awesome and answered some questions I had. Thanks!

They be werent too helpful with special orders. Apparently a supplier they had was out of stock and had no idea when they would have that item

Extremely unprofessional they knew I was in need of a part and I needed it the same day they priced me $100 more than what their Salt Lake City store sold me the same exact part for the same day. they knew I was in need of the part badly and tried to take advantage of my situation I’ll never do business with this bountiful store again. Oh and if corporate is reading this I have a large commercial account and I’ll now be taking my business els where. Thank you.
