Justin was completely transparent, honest, and upfront about everything. He helped us get into the exact model with the features we wanted all for the price of a used model with 30,000 miles on it. Next time I need a car I’m definitely buying from Justin again!

Nelson was my service advisor. He was friendly, polite, professional, and went beyond his call of duty to stay a few minutes late for me when I couldnt get to the dealership until after my job. He was also very helpful in showing me which steering components were bad, how much they would cost, and how long the job would take their tech to get it done well. He will stay my service advisor for as long as he works here, which I hope will be plenty of time!
Performance Toyota in Bountiful was a great place to look for a car. Its a beautiful car lot all the employees had big smiles and all were very friendly, and its a very clean. We got several discounts including one from Costco, so if youre a Costco member check them out. Junior was our salesperson and very customer friendly.You can find great cars at this place, we highly recommend checking them out.We ended up buying a Toyota Avalon, its a very luxurious beautiful car, and cant wait to go on a drive to check it out.Joyce and Tony
I love Toyota Bountiful because they are always quick and thorough. I used the day before drop off option and I loved it! I also love how everyone there is so friendly. They are always willing to answer my questions, not matter how obvious they may seem. They kept me up to speed throughout my whole service with text notifications, as well, so I knew exactly what they were doing.
I have had the best experiences here! I met with Rodney two times, one to test drive a vehicle and another yesterday to discuss Toyotas new vehicle purchase program. Do not, under any circumstances, come to this dealership. I bought my RAV4 back in February and the sales side of things wasnt great, but not terrible. What is terrible is the service side of things. I took my car in a little while back to get the 5,000 mile check done. They came to me with a list of things wrong, one of which was that the alignment was off and that it was going to cost close to $200 to fix. This being a new car, I decided not to get it fixed. I hadnt noticed the alignment being an issue while driving.Flash forward 5,000 more miles I come in to get my 10,000 mile check done. First, nobody came and got me when my car was done. I finally had to go ask about my car and it was parked outside... who knows how much extra time I spent waiting for my car after it was actually done. The guy who worked on my car had left for the day, so who knows.What is more interesting is that nobody ever came to speak with me about the alignment being off. So my alignment can be off at 5,000 miles, but it magically fixes itself by the time I get to my 10,000 mile check? They were definitely trying to scam me on my first visit. They are unprofessional, forgetful, and downright deceitful. Avoid this place at all costs.
I’d give them a zero if I could. Took weeks to get a new key and detailing after my stolen car was recovered. I had to hold their hand during the entire process. Poor communication with my insurance agency caused the repairs to take weeks longer than they should have and to top it off, they forgot to detail the car when it was finally finished.
I had been looking for a car for awhile, been to many dealerships that weren’t bad but just didn’t have what I was looking for but they were a lot closer to me geographically. Some were more pushy, not straight forward. Bountiful was very straight forward. Very accommodating. I worked with Junior, and he was knowledgeable, patient, and honest. He didn’t beat around any bushes, just told us what we were looking at. After we test drive the car, he didn’t pressure us to do anything, I asked for a rundown of numbers and he got with finance quickly, and put a great value on my trade in. The whole company seemed to really care. The other thing that I really appreciated was that the used car I bought needed some attention and they were in the process of replacing the things they had found. When I addressed some concerns with it, they brought me a list of all the things they had found and were currently addressing. When I asked about some cosmetic interior things, they said they would take care of it, to ensure we were comfortable in our purchase, and fully satisfied. They get 5 stars from me. Very impressed with their customer service.
Best experience we’ve had with our MANY vehicle purchases over the years. My husband and I were treated very well from the moment we arrived. Jeremy was great to work with. Very personable and he didn’t make us feel pushed into the sale of our now new 4Runner. He went out of his way to help with questions and things I needed. Jared was great to help us decide on the lift, tint and steps we wanted to add onto the new 4Runner. Then Zak with the service department was very helpful with scheduling to pick up the 4Runner at my home to take it back to the dealership to have the lift, steps and tint added a week after purchase. He was helpful with any and all questions and concerns we had. He then had it dropped back off at my home once everything was complete. This service was so helpful with our work schedules. Just bought my first car and the overall experience was great! Juston helped us out and went the extra mile (quite literally.) I needed a cosigner since it was my first car, and my mom was unable to come down due to a recent surgery. He went up to her house, which is an hour drive, so she could recover and make sure that all the paper work I needed was signed without her having to leave the house. It relieved a lot of stress from the both of us! Everyone is very helpful and very kind and I will continue coming here!
This was the best car buying experience I have had in a long time. I have never purchased a car all online before and I was very hesitant. Matt was able to find exactly what I wanted for a great price. He was fast to respond to all of my messages or calls. He was able to get more for my trade in than any other dealership offered. Once I was approved and ready, Alex in finance was so great with going over everything and had the docusign documents emailed quickly. After everything was finalized, Matt even delivered the car to me and took away my trade in. All in all, it was an amazing experience
Overall I do like my vehicle. After one car wash there are several small paint chips that became visible on my front bumper and hood. Purchased my vehicle early June. Fairly certain since I got it as is nothing will be done. The customer service towards me has not been great. Considering I purchased a vehicle I would expect better treatment. I spent about $30,000 to not be treated that great by staff seems off. Be better you are taking a significant amount of money from people least you could do is be nice and gracious.The car buying was dragged out for hours. Felt like they tried to break me down over time. If you are female maybe go to a different dealership or buy privately. Not sure what the reasons were. They didnt want to give me paperwork for the canceled warranty documenting it. The finance guy was angry I decided to cancel the warranty after buyers remorse. Wouldnt return a call to me regarding financing. Front desk didnt seem to care about my questions. They said they would give me a call about my license plate. Instead sent me notice by mail after my temporary license expired. I question their professionalism. Once the vehicle was purchased I seem to not matter.Dont get the warranty even if they pressure you. If they treated me as other customers I would give them a higher rating. Also maybe not covered up the small paint chips. I am fairly forgiving. Pretty disappointed in the dealership itself. I should have been excited even the sales person mentioned something. They had stressed me out and dragged out the process for 4 hours. After I got home I cried from stress fully absorbing the warranty was an extra $4000 put the car to $30,000.Its still showing up on my financing as the warranty not being cancelled. I saw about three different contract forms with varying numbers he purposely didnt label to warranty fees and moved them to different places on two different forms so I would be confused by the total amount. Finance guy said I couldnt get approved for a shorter loan but its because the warranty was so expensive. Felt like he lied by including the warranty he calculated that I wouldnt be approved for a shorter term loan when the sales guy said he spoke to financing and it wouldnt be a problem to be approved for 60 month loan. I had $9000 dollar for a deposit.They saw it as an opportunity to get as much from me as possible when I was trying to be responsible. When I repeatedly said I wanted a 60 month loan he wouldnt listen. Only gave me the option of 66+ months with the warranty already added. I had told him I wanted a shorter term loan he told me I couldnt. That I also couldnt go through a credit union through them. The salesmen assured me I could get financed through a credit union.
Leontra and Jeremy in sales and Uriah in finance were great to work with! I came in to Salt Lake from out of town to purchase a vehicle. I found a vehicle online I was interested but due to scheduling issues, my only availability to test drive it was late on a Tuesday evening. All 3 gentlemen worked to get all the details worked out and the car ready to test drive and purchase before I arrived. Best car buying experience Ive had.
Drove 6 hours to Utah from Las Vegas to check out some 4 Runners and came upon This Toyota dealership when I first arrived I was very welcomed by many of the employees who were very friendly! I had a awesome sales man named Leon from start to finish he made sure he knew what I wanted and worked consistently with the financial team to get me situated to my first big purchase ! It made me feel so at ease in knowing I was going to drive away with a runner that had no problems and that I could financially afford ! They also gave us free food which to me was a big plus! Definitely would recommend Leon for all your car needs! AWESOME JOB!
I only knock off a star because I had made an appointment that seemed to get lost somehow, but even though I didn’t have an appointment in their system, they took care of me in like a half hour! And it was a job they said would take an hour and a half! I was very impressed.
Brody was an awesome guide through my service appointment. He was communicative, professional, cheerful, and looks sharp. He went out of his way to make sure I got top-level care. He moved stuff around to get a recall done on my Tacoma that I had initially been told couldn’t fit into their schedule. Brody made it easy to want to go back the next time I need work done.
Received a phone call from a representative of Performance Toyota. They apologized and cleaned up the front of their store. They said they would make areas for customer parking.. so modifying this review to 3 stars. I am leaving my original review until next visit. I have previously used their services for oil changes and a recall repair on my Corolla. Those experiences were positive as the service was efficient quick.OLD REVIEW: (The front of the store outside the entrance was so dirty. food on the ground, dirty tables, big stinky garbage can, broken tools, grease/oil spots..,🤨. Also, there is no convenient parking for customers. There are so many cars in their parking lots that you have to park really far from the building. When I called ahead to check on a part to avoid the parking hassle, I was on hold for 20 minutes and no one ever picked up the phone. But once INSIDE, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER PARTS COUNTER Thus the one star.)
Upon arrival I sat in my vehicle for about 10min. No welcome or acknowledgement. I understand they were busy. I approached Jennifer who was very friendly & greeted me with a smile. Jennifer was very professional & asked what services I needed. Jennifer listened as I shared my reason/ concern for the visit. Jennifer also offered other options for vehicle maintenance. Jennifer kept me updated throughout my visit. I also received a link thru text that displayed the progress & details of service. (Very Nice Feature) I was able to take a nap in their quiet room upstairs. (Very Comfortable). Got some free ice cream. Overall my experience was a 10/10!! Keep up the Good Work Toyota Bountiful!!
Only place I will take my Sequoia for service, with Andrew as my service advisor. He is the best service advisor I have ever had, and I will only schedule with him. He gets everything taken care of quickly and knows what hes talking about when it comes to the car.
I was very pleased with the service I received at Performance Toyota in Bountiful. Hunter, the service representative that helped me, was friendly, efficient, and professional. I am visiting from out-of-town, but should I need service in the future while visiting, I will definitely return to Performance. As a side note, they have complimentary Fat Boy ice cream sandwiches in a little freezer on their waiting area. Such a fun touch. I was there in the morning and didnt have one, but I am still thinking about them . . . !

This was a very poor experience. We got Scott and he not only gave us a joke price for our trade in, but made us feel like we were wasting his time and that our budget wasnt worth the effort. We went to Orem Auto Outlet where we were taken seriously and spent alittle more money for a better car and the actual trade in value of our car.

I called and found out that this dealership had a used car that I had been looking for and Matt went out of his way to stay late and get us an appointment same day. Leontra ended up helping us out and we left with the perfect car. They were super helpful and kind! We even noticed some scratches on the side of the car that we hadnt noticed because it was dark outside and rainy when we originally bought the car and Leontra arranged to have that fixed for us! Okay…I have had several friends complain about the financial division of this organization. They are not honest. They slide in external cost when they can. It’s shady and does not show integrity. I would assume there are good people in this department but and your only as good as your worst guy or girl. It shows, and word is getting around how bad it is to buy a vehicle from this dealership.
Phenomenal experience purchasing a 2021 Toyota Avalon with Jeremy. My husband and I originally thought we were in the market for a Camry, but after some test drives we decided an Avalon was a better fit for our family. My husband and I were in the market for a highlander and had tried to work with a few other dealerships closer to us, but none of them would call us back or could find the exact colors and specs that I wanted. They told me because of the car shortage I would have a hard time finding that exact car in my price range, so why don’t I settle for something else I didn’t want… for a lower price. No thanks. So we reached out to Emily at Toyota Bountiful and we were SO SURPRISED that she got back to us within MINUTES!! She had contacted another dealership, found the exact car that I was wanting, and had already arranged to trade with them!! She also gave us a significantly better deal than any other dealership we had talked to!! Emily was so kind and considerate, my kids think she’s their BFF now!! She kept us in the loop each day while we were waiting for my car to get here, and she even delivered a rental car to me an hour and a half away!!Working with car sales people can be tricky and a lot of the time it feels like they’re just trying to make a sale. We never felt that way with Emily!! I genuinely felt like she was only trying to help us get exactly what we wanted. She never tried to push anything else on us or try any sales gimmicks. Emily is THE BEST!! I amNot one to write reviews, but just in case someone else is frustrated working with ridiculous car sales people… GO TALK TO EMILY! I just bought a 2018 Platinum Toyota Tundra from them. It was reasonably priced, and I was excited. This truck is really amazing, and Im happy. I loved the salesman, they do a lot of really wonderful things for the community. They had a trunker treat, hamburgers and hotdogs, it was awesome. They have a huge selection of vehicles. Not just toyota, but other brands. Worth looking.

It’s always something at this dealership. I bought my car there because they had the specific build I was looking for. I will say the accessories guy was nice and efficient, but otherwise I wanted to be anywhere but there. They left my new hybrid car on for 45 mins or longer while I was finishing paperwork. I bought snow tires, which committed me to going there twice per year to swap them out. I have had this done twice now and it has been a junk show. It takes twice as long as they say and no one wants to talk to you during or after when you have a problem. I seriously wonder if my lug nuts are on tight because everything else was janky. As a final thought, I recommend Mark Miller Toyota over this dealership!BTW, and as a character reference, if you look at all of my Google reviews you will see that the vast majority are five star reviews.
My favorite dealership, has and always will be, KC the manager is one of a kind, unbeatable in the whole Wasatch Front. Have brought and dealt with many many cars here over the course of decades living in the State and have never gotten better service or deals! The staff is friendly and treats you like family on your regular visits after a while and you get to know all of them, they have regular cookouts and celebrations of all sorts of things, very polite kind people, huge lounge with gyms and TVS and everything for every persons needs while waiting on a car, I just cant emphasize how great your experience would be here! This dealership is the sole reason I am motivated to continue buying Toyota for years to come!
Salesman Gerry was great. I’ll recommend him highly. He listened and wasn’t pushy at all-just helpful. Only 4 stars, because we sat around at the dealership for a couple of hours on the day we picked up the car. Seems like once an ordered car arrives at a dealership I should be able to drive off in the car a half hour after I arrive. Why does it seem like this is a bridge too far for dealerships? Overall a very good experience, though.

I’ve worked with this dealership in the passed also and both times were good experiences. I mean going to the dealership always takes so long. But, at least my experience there was a good one. They’re friendly and I believe they give you a good deal and they are able to work around what you need.

I was in the market for a car and let me say, Alex Sturgeon was the man!I had a negative experience at Larry H Miller down in Riverdale, the salesman was rude and could care less about you, but with Alex here at Toyota Bountiful you feel valued and he is upfront and honest. A salesman you can trust which seems like a rare thing but they exist and Alex at Toyota Bountiful was one of them! Would recommend anyone in the market for a vehicle to go on down and visit Alex. He will work for you and try to provide any knowledge or information on the vehicle you are purchasing.
An appt was made within a half hour of calling and we are willing to drive that half hour to receive the service that we have, twice now, using coupons. Weve paid double the price, closer to home, for the oil change. We have not been up sold as of yet and due to that would consider other services or sales here. Hunter kept in contact with us through text and would recommend asking for him to assist you. Thanks Bountiful Toyota for taking one burden off our hands.
My experience wasnt the best in the beginning but I was contacted multiple times to make sure we were happy. Leon is knowledgeable about the cars and I hope to continue a relationship with Performance Toyota. The managers did their best to fix anything that went wrong.A new issue has popped up in regard to my trade in loan. Crystal worked quickly and facilitated getting me all the documentation I needed in order to work it out. Crystal is great!
Ive got to give these guys credit. The general manager KC and his sells team were great. There was a misunderstanding with a vehicle we were looking at purchasing. They went out of their way to make things right and make sure we were happy ( even though they didnt have to). True customer service is hard to find these days and Preformance Toyota still takes customer service seriously.
This is the best experience Ive had at a car dealership. Rodney was pleasant to work with, was able to text me about my budget and miles requirements. When I was able to make it to the dealership he already had options picked out for me to test drive which ended up being the perfect fit.
We found a used Honda Odyssey online and called to schedule a test drive. We were told to head up around noon for the test drive. From walking into the dealership to driving away in my van was under 2 hours. 😳 I have never, in my life, purchased a car in that short amount of time. Everyone was so nice and FAST! Every part of the process was slick. The manager of the dealership is super nice and made sure to come over and say hello. Every interaction was easy, fun. I also liked banging the gong when we made the sale! Would definitely recommend to family/friends and would purchase from them again. Thanks for a great experience!

I did not end up buying a vehicle from them. They did have one available that I did like, but they do expect you to buy at 110% of market value (at least). The other option is to be a prime buyer and use KBB (IE) banks with higher interest rates. Either way, you will be upside down the minute you sign paperwork. Be tough, protect yourself. Don’t allow this dealer to pressure you to buy over priced vehicles. You will find them at other dealers or on KSL classifieds for appropriate prices. (After explaining why I was not buying the manager told me I was low class). In case that statement might implicate that I am low class. I will clarify I bough almost the exact vehicle at the right price with less miles from the original vehicle owner, the same day.
Went to buy my daughter a car. We were looking at two that day. Toyota in Bountiful was the first stop. Sales people were great and asked what we could do to buy the car today without going to look at the other car. They promised they would fix two things wrong with it. We buy it bring it home never get a call from the service department. My husband called back three time with one being the manager saying he would personally handle it. No call back to schedule appointment. He finally call says we won’t get off the phone until we have an appointment to fix it. Take it in today they called 4 hours after dropping it off and they don’t have the parts and it will be another five days, so frustrating! The sales team and service team really need to communicate better.
Toyota does a multi point inspection and your service advisor sends a video update. I couldn’t expect less when getting my vehicle serviced now. My service advisor Zak had great communication skills, and is an honest guy, he made vehicle pick up easy for me although I picked up after hours. Thank you, Toyota Bountiful.

Six times in my life, I have been to other dealerships (Ford, Honda, and Toyota) where I felt I was overcharged for an average or below-average job that took too long. This has been my best experience with a dealership where the price was fair and reasonable and the service time did not take very long. I was impressed with their efficiency, courtesy, and professionalism. They even had a clean, nice place to wait while the work was being done with courtesy hot beverages, water, ice cream sandwiches, tv, show room, internet, and a play area in case you have kids with you. Having to get your car repaired is never fun or pleasant, but I think Toyota-Bountiful has done everything they can to make the experience as good as possible.

Jeremy Davis in sales is a transformative Rockstar! I’m a busy mom, raising 2 amazing boys, they ski 4-5 days a week, I finished a business degree, we all did a hybrid school model. Our tall loving, chocolate lab, naps on a bench seat best. We are “one tough, customer family! Our current Highlander Hybrid is 12 years old, still runs OK, but UGH! I avoid going to buy a new car, too many choices and decisions to make! BUT Jeremy awoke me from the car buying apathy I had. My hubby Chris said “Lesssssss Go! We need to buy or order, they are flying off the lots”! Jeremy’s customized service and 2 videos of specs was the deal breaker. He motivated me to come shop cars, he knows his features and accessories and is super articulate for even picky customers like me. Once we could test drive similar models of what we wanted; we placed an order on our next Highlander Hybrid that evening. Worst car buying experience of my life. If I would have been able to drive my car off the lot the same day I bought it, I would have given this review a 3 star rating. This was unfortunately not the case. I got a real up close look at how dishonest, immoral, and sleazy this place is. The salesman Craig, sold me on buying the car with the idea that it would take no more than 10 days to fix it up, order seats, and put the leather on. After much headache, failed promises, lies, and a complete lack of communication between departments, I finally received my car a month after I bought it, without the temporary registration tag. As part of the deal because they took so long, they did refund me some money. However I had to call them up 2 weeks after I finally received my car to see where the money was. After Craig talked up how well they would detail and take care of the car, it was a huge disappointment to receive the car missing a key part to secure the trunk, a driver cushion that needed to be replaced and a vacuum job at best as part of the “detailing” that they promised me. It had to be detailed on my own time and when the carpet was shampooed it was done so three times due to how dirty it was. When asked to reimburse for this they did, which was good on their part because it was their mistake they needed to fix, I had also asked them to send the temporary registration tag again, which they failed to send. From start to finish I had to deal with these guys for 2 months. Craig is an incompetent and dishonest salesman. Everybody there played the blame game and at no point did anyone take responsibility for any problems regarding my vehicle. This place is a joke and nobody should ever do business with them again.
Great experience. Everyone we dealt with was so nice and not pushy at all. Ask for Gerry. He was a great salesman and so friendly. He stayed late after a long day to help us. I felt we were treated with great respect and for a great car for a great price. Cory (I think) who helped us with the paperwork at the end was also phenomenal. Thanks!
Ive never bought a car before and to be entirely honest, I was terrified. Not only is the market insane right now, but most dealerships dont have the greatest reputations. Jr. worked tirelessly for weeks in an effort to find the car that I was wanting. He kept me in the loop with any progress and was entirely transparent from the very start. In a wild series of events, the car that I had been searching for became available and Jr. went above and beyond (even coming in on his day off) to make sure that I was taken care of. Mike, the used car salesman, and Michael, the finance manager, were both also absolutely incredible to work with. They answered all of my many questions, did the research to get me the best interest rate/monthly payment, and were genuinely just really wonderful humans to interact with. I also worked with DC Customs to get heated seats installed and their team was such a pleasure to meet with as well. I genuinely couldnt have asked for a more wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Performance Toyota Bountiful to anyone in the market!
They were really helpful and thorough. Even though I had an appointment later in the day they got me taken care of. Also really competitive prices, especially for an oil change. Rockwell there helped me out and he was awesome. Thanks y’all!
Check out the Yelp reviews because I don’t know how this place would have such a high rating. Yelp seems more accurate. I have heard too many horror stories and experienced my own to ever recommend buying from this dealership. They are earning a pretty shady reputation. It’ll catch up to them eventually. I have had absolutely wonderful experiences at other dealerships, this place is not it.
This place is awesome! - Ive purchased multiple cars from them... great experience each time. The General Manager, KC, is very friendly and personable. Ive purchased many cars over the years and hes the first GM that stepped out of his office and greeted me.Junior helped my younger sister purchase her first car about a week ago... he had a great attitude the entire time even though my sister spent a couple hours test driving cars before she found the right one.Definitely recommend!!!
Tiff was so great to work with and I could tell she had a great team of support to make this deal work for me. She went above and beyond my expectations to make this happen and my wife couldnt be happier with the car. I will definitely be working with Tiff and her team again. Hopefully soon.
Rockwell was our technician and was excellent. The service tech was also very good - they finished when they said they would, they were honest and listened to everything I was saying. It really was a great experience.
Went in a little while ago just to look at some cars without the intention to buy any that day. Emily, came out to the lot to assist us then led us inside where she provided us with more to fit what we would potentially be buying in the future.After a while I had told her that I wanted to go home and think about a car that we had our eye on. It was a big decision, and we knew the car would probably not be available the next day, so I told her I would contact her if I had anymore questions. She then said to me, We both know thats not going to happen. Essentially calling me a liar.We soon after left feeling pretty frustrated after the experience. She then proceeded to call several times over the next couple of days, and weeks spamming my voicemail with messages as I couldnt ever answer the calls.Now about a month later she called again asking me if I was still looking for a car. I told her I wasnt and she wanted to know what happened in which I frankly told her, It wasnt her concern.For a sales rep that says they arent pushy, this one was the complete opposite. Not sure if Ill be returning to this dealership to look for cars in the future. If I could I wouldnt even give this experience a one star rating.-----------------------------------------------Update: Now after I told them I wasnt looking for a car anymore I received another call from them, wondering why I wrote a bad review. After giving me another call when I clearly dont want anymore business from them the why should be clear. I understand they need to make sales but there is a point where this becomes harassment. To the dealership, do not call me AGAIN!
The only reason I am giving this dealership 2 stars instead of 1 is;1) the Salesman are great for the most part. Jeff Christensen was wonderful during my fathers purchase.2) the cars are usually a good price and of good quality.** Buyer Beware!! ** The finance team here are absolutely terrible, dishonest and unprofessional! If you can avoid working with “Alex” and “Mike” you will save yourself a lot of time and frustration. I accompanied my father during his transaction. I have also purchased a couple vehicles from this dealership. With similar disappointing experiences.First of all, be prepared for the “HARD ADD” of $388 for poly coat that they refuse to remove. A completely unnecessary addition that should be an option and not forced upon you. “READ YOUR SALES AGREEMENT THOROUGHLY” prior to signing. They will sneak in several other unnecessary items that they will not ask you about. They ran my father’s credit after being told he had already been pre-approved with his credit union and was NOT financing in house. Alex and Mike were both very condescending and disrespectful. Neither should be working with the public. Also, be prepared for your transaction to take at least 4 hours. Or more than likely run over to the next day.This dealership has some pros, but the finance team is not one of them. There is a lot of room for improvement in this department. You want to feel good when you walk away from a large purchase and not feel like you have been in a 4 hour boxing match just to make sure you are not being ripped off. They need to be honest and treat their customers with some with respect.
The service was great ! They Picked up my car, did the recall, emissions test, & took care of State registration. Then returned my car to me. Doesn’t get much better than that.
If I could give less than 1 star I would.2 hr diagnostic turns into 4 hours……. Still no word.I look it up. TELL THEM THE EXACT PART I NEED.Not only do they not listen…. They don’t have the part.Long and short of it…..Bought the part at LHM and stayed up until midnight the night before our trip fixing it myself
Nearly every time I take my car in for service, it’s Andrew that assists me. Very polite and charismatic. There are also cozy couches/chairs in the quiet lounge to read in while waiting for my car. 10/10 🤘🏻
Im giving 5 stars to Matt; the person we worked with when purchasing our 4Runner... and 5 stars to the finance department who helped us through the process. They both worked extra hard to get us the vehicle we wanted at a good rate and price. I will be honest with my review in the fact that we made the purchase on Monday and did not drive away with it until today (Thursday) because they hadnt done any of their mainenance to it or detail work until after the purchase... However, thats where Matt shined! He communicated with me daily and even pushed to get it done a day early for me so that I could bring it home the night before because I was so excited (thank you so much!)

They sold my information so now I get tons of sales calls, and they kept my car for a week to work on some minor fixes but they didn’t even do what they said they would. Plus my car was missing a brake pad clip 😂 The salesperson Jeff was awesome, super kind, helpful, and friendly though so kudos to him
I bought a used Toyota Highlander hybrid from this dealership. Leontra Hill was my salesperson, and he was so helpful and kind. He helped me find the car I really wanted, and he guided my husband and I through the process of getting it home. Leon also helped me with the new-to-me technology, and I thank him for his endless patience! Everyone else that helped us were so kind, and they all made buying this car easy and fun. I went to the Toyota dealership in order to get a code that could be used with an aftermarket catalytic system installed by my mechanic so that I could pass the emissions test and get my registration renewed. They indicated that the only way I could get the codes is to get a Toyota system. I am 84 years old living on a small pension and there is no way I can buy another catalytic system to replace the new totally functional system just to get the codes. One other thing while they had my car they shuttled me home. When they called to say they were finished I asked them to send the shuttle. After waiting for more than 2 hours and my calling 3 times they never showed up and I walked the 3 miles to get my car.
Went all over town trying to find the right car for Dad. Not only did Toyota Bountiful have it, but it was a first-rate buying experience from start to finish. Jared was excellent to work with and very professional in his salesmanship. Highly recommend this dealership!
Scott and Abraham awesome. The only bad thing was lack of communication between the service department and sales. That would have made it a much better experience. Over all good.
At first, getting an actual live person to talk to in the service department was difficult. However, my experience with Jadin, the service manager restored my faith in Toyota Bountiful. He answered all of my questions and returned calls promptly. I’m so glad I chose to continue my car service needs here, I’ll be sure to ask for Jadin in the future as I and know I’ll be getting great service.
The employees are great there, and the work is always excellent. One little snag: I waited 20 minutes to be picked up; no one showed. I called; no one answered. I finally got a ride with a coworker.

Had a wonderful experience getting our new Toyota Tacoma SR5. Our salesman (JR Dela Cruz) was great, never acted like a salesman but as someone that had our best interest in mind. He gave us time to make decisions and was truly knowledgeable about his products.Limited inventory and manufacturing, he was able to track a vehicle down for us and we were able to get it shipped to us from another state. Truly was one of the best vehicles purchases I have made. We were looking at two other manufacturers and neither had inventory nor did they go out of their way to complete the sale. If you are looking, go to Toyota of Bountiful and work with JR Dela Cruz.
I took my vehicle in to get it checked out because the check engine light came on and it was running rough. They diagnosed where the issue was coming from very quickly. The issue was a misfire on cylinder 6 (the most difficult cylinder to get to). They called and let me know that this particular diagnosis calls for 3 hours just to get to the cylinder. Long story short it ended up just being spark plugs. Considering the situation my service adviser Andrew gave me a pretty significant discount on my service because typically spark plugs dont take that long. Overall it was a great experience start to finish!
