I had a TERRIBLE experience. I waited 6 months for a car that never came, even though I was promised it would be there soon and my name was on file. Come to find out 3 months in after I had first gone to this dealership I called them to check on the status of the vehicle I was looking for, the salesman who I was working with was no longer working there and didn’t put my name on file. I was passed along to a new salesman who even called me and told me my car was in after three more months of waiting, when it wasn’t. He told me we’d fill out paperwork anyway and I waited 3 hours for paperwork that never came and my credit wasn’t even pulled to start the process. I ended up going to a different dealership and getting the car I wanted in two days. They don’t treat their customers well, and they treat their employees worse. Seriously, such a bad experience.

Wow. Just waited in the parts department for over ten minutes just to make a quick purchase. Finally left out of frustration. After reading other reviews, this doesnt seem out of character. Wont bother coming to this dealership again for parts or vehicle purchases.

I recently had a negative experience at Performance Honda. The sales associate I worked with, Kevin Burns, started the conversation with trying to sell me another car rather than the one I’d discussed with him for two days. He was initially responsive, but communication slowed to nonexistent after I told him I did not have a trade-in. We completed all the credit paperwork and he confirmed everything was ready. After 45 minutes of us asking him for the next step, he said he was busy and couldn’t finalize the deal. He would not transfer me to someone who could help and then refused to take a deposit, stating that we would be “good” since we already completed the credit application. Without hearing anything further, we later received a text saying his manager had already received a deposit on the vehicle the night before and the manager didn’t communicate this (when previously he’d said that deal hadn’t gone through). Either due to their incompetence or the dealership finding a better deal, I’ve wasted hours working with them and still don’t have a car. After my experience, I do not recommend Performance Honda or Kevin Burns.

I am appalled at the management from Bradley today. We were in the process of finishing up our application. We had the van for 3 weeks and was in constant communication with our sales and financial team. We received a phone call today from a unknown number that we noticed a couple hours later. When we seen the number as well as listened to the voicemail we were sent text message to return the van or the police would be called. When my husband went to call the Manager who was texting us (Brad-Bradley) he picked up and started yelling at my husband to bring the van back. Or the police would come arrest us and take the van still. My husband didnt argue. He said he would bring the van back, and simply asked why this was happening without any additional information given to us, bradley yelled at him to bring it back now, someone with a cash offer was coming from Moab to buy the van tonight, and that we only had 30 minutes to get there or we were being arrested. Not only did he refuse to call my husband Alex, not Alejandro, even though he clearly had all the paperwork as Alexander or Alex, bradley also straight hung up on my husband. And LIED about ever getting in contact with us this week. Careful going through this dealership. This was the absolute worse place I have been too!

Terrible dealership! None of the cars were ready to drive so we had to wait for all of them. The dealer copied my license and forgot to give it back to me. We worked with 2 different salesmen. Both had minimal knowledge of the cars and couldnt answer basic questions about them. They were very pushy and did not listen to our thoughts and feedback at all. They seemed like the worst of the car salesmen world and instantly I felt I could not trust them and had zero desire to buy a car there. I havent found a car yet but I will never be going back there and would not recommend this to anyone!

Horrible experience shopping for a car at Willey Honda in Bountiful.My dad bought his last two cars here, and he is not one for nonsense. So, he must have had a far different experience than me.Told them we were interested in a trade in. They asked for all sorts of personal information that was not pertinent to a trade in. The man filling out all this information on a form said he would have a trade in offer for us when we returned from a test drive.Instead, when we returned we sat down with another man who asked all the same personal questions the one before asked. Then, he said he would be back with a trade in offer.Another guy (the third one now) came and sat down with some print up of the car we test drove and demanded we sign a contract saying if the terms were agreeable, we would purchase the car we test drove today.We refused. First, they tried to assure us it was no big deal. That it meant nothing. For something that meant nothing, they sure were hell-bent on making us sign it!After they tried the it means nothing route, they started getting angrier and more pushy. When we continued to refuse to sign, the third guy walked away and they sent another guy over (now the fourth guy).He asked a bunch of the same probing questions the others had. He also tried to get us to sign. He also tried the its no big deal route and more.It got so bad that I literally had to utter so help me, if one more person sits down in that chair without a number for a trade in...It took over two hours before they would even give us a number on the trade in amount. The trade in number was of course lower than what we wanted, and they knew it because we told them we received an offer for a much higher trade in elsewhere.This began a whole rigmarole of them trying to convince us any place giving more would be crooked somehow. They even tried to confuse and scare us with math skills. They pulled a super high interest rate out of thin air. Said we wouldnt be able to get anything less. And, they could get us a lower interest rate if we let them combine our loan.IT WAS A NIGHTMARE. Filled with swindling slight-of-hand and aggravating nonsense. If you like being taken advantage of, if you like being pressured, if you like being frustrated, or having your time wasted, or lining pockets of fat cats with your money...by all means go car shopping here.A few hours after we left we ended up purchasing a car for a MUCH better price, from a place that we loved, with no interest increase on our loan, and we received almost 3 times as much as Willey Honda was offering on the trade.My two-cents: I will NEVER look to buy another car from Willey Honda ever again.FYI: the reason they ask for name, telephone number, email address, and other information that has NO RELEVANCE on how much your car is worth is so they can pester you with nonspecific text messages and emails letting you know their manager has decided to give you a special deal. Call back now for details! Bleh.
