Went there for a tail light bulb. They could sell me a bulb. Said they couldnt install. I told them they had installed it is the past. Told me that guy doesnt work here anymore. I went across the street to Point S and got it handled. NEVER, be back. 74 years in this town.

We went in last night for a car part for our break line and the employee was extremely rude aswell as unhelpful and ended up giving us the wrong part for our break lines i have been to auto zone before and had great service but i dont appreciate the way we where treated i am very disappointed and dissatisfied the workers last name started with a B he was working around 8pm on friday September 17th

Last time I went here, the people were not very helpful and they gave me wrong part. But that is not the norm cuz usually they are great

A month ago I came into this Auto Zone to buy some boot clamps for a cv axle. They had 3 sets in stock, I needed 4. I bought the 3 they had and headed across the street to O Reilly’s and bought 2 more, an extra one just in case.Long story short, they didn’t work.I just tried to return the 3 clamps to Auto Zone without my original receipt. They said I couldn’t return them without the receipt. I informed them that I had given them my phone number when I purchased the items and wouldn’t the receipt be connected to my phone number. I was in formed it was not and there was nothing they could do. The clamps I tried to return were still unopened and in the original packaging.I then went across the street to Oreilly’s to return the 2 additional clamps I had purchased. They asked for my number and refunded my purchase within minutes.Guess where I’ll be shopping for my automotive needs from now on? And Happy St Patrick’s Day!

On May 9 1:30PM I walked into the bountiful store Needing parts for my Subaru, I got the valve cover gaskets no problem but when I asked about the hose I Showing them the picture that the mechanic showed me The guy in the grey shirt told me that doesnt show him anything I explain to him I am not a mechanic thats why I was there then he turned around and told me will I am not a mechanic either, I spent 10 years in the Marine Corps I will not be disrespected like this I got rid of my Autozone ap and I will never go there again

Kim at the Bountiful location trouble shot the problem I was having starting. Battery OK, alternator OK, cables the problem. He did this in 5 minutes and I was on my way. Been going there for years. These guys really mean it when they say - Can I help you!!!

The knowledge and helpfulness of the employees here is sub par. Its not just one employee. I have to repeat myself over and over and they dont seem to know the vehicles or parts very well at all. This is over several years of experiences here. I am finally done and never going here again.

I just dropped in for new wiper blades for my truck. I was helped immediately and the person behind the counter showed me the many choices available and helped me select the right product quickly. His name is Joe and he made sure I was offered a military discount for my service and stepped outside to install them for me. Ive been member and a great customer for a long time, 28+ yrs but the customer service in that store, treated me and my sons with inexperience, lack of character, and made me feel like a thief, by the inconvenience of my proof and warranty, for a high quality batteries witch I own 8 vehicles I love AUTOZONE and the have great service and customer service but.These managers and employees need MORE TRAINING JUST THIS STORE.

My THIRD visit.. Still have not resolved why my new battery does not fit my Nissan Pathfinder.(hold down a too short)

This place is always really good with helping someone get the right tools and letting you use tools we need to fix something in your car at no cost. Its a little bit expensive like any other car place you can find something cheaper on Amazon but there you can see the products and the people are knowledgeable.

I prefer ORiley but theyll do in a pinch.

I have shopped at several different AutoZones and this store was different. I live about 110 miles from this store and I stopped at this store to get a transmission filter and they didnt have one. They offered to get one in the next day but told them wouldnt be there. So they looked at the stores and found me one down the street and told me how to get there. I havent had anyone in AutoZone do that for me beforeI would love to go back to this store when Im back in the area

These guys rock at what they do! Mike, the manager is a freaking rock star at running this place! He takes pride in giving the customer what they actually need vs what they want or what they could sell them! All of his guys follow suit with this business practice! Because of this attitude, this is where I choose to go when my vehicle needs anything!

Worst customer service. The guy helping me was rude. I gave him all the info needed to get the part I wanted and he still came up with excuses not to help me. Even called my husband to speak with this employee and he was rude to my husband. Never going back there..Ill stick to salt lake when I need auto parts.

The staff is pretty great and are good at feeling out experience levels for recommendations. If they dont have a part in shoppe it can usually be sourced and brought in within 24 hours.

Couldnt test my alternator cause a bad battery. Had me replace it myself, but plenty of times they will do it here for you, then didnt test my alternater after. Uh. Ok. Wasnt busy either, but meh. It was an OK experience. Glad I had YouTube to teach me how to do it in 10 min.

Competent staff and decent inventory. The drawback of the helpful staff is that you often can just run in real quick to buy that one thing you need as the staff is frequently tied up helping customers with in depth issues.
