Nothing better and more predictable than the 31 flavors store. Great service at this location. Love you ice cream, or sherbet in my case.

Military family. Weve been to this establishment a few times, and the wide assortment of flavors and parking accessibility is a plus. However, on our last visit, the staff had quite the attitude. The four of us (my family) had our orders finished AND paid for in under 2 minutes, and the young ladies (employees) seemed to be in quite a rush to get us out even faster. Well not be returning if this is the type of service we can expect. I suggest looking elsewhere.

Not my go to place. Friendly staff! Cold Stone has better ice cream though. Would only go there for the friendly service though.

We went over New Years and the customer service was absolutely fantastic. There were two young women and a constant flow of business and they rocked it. We have now been multiple times since and every time is delightful. Excellent quality, cheaper than ColdStone and open on Sunday...can’t get better than that!!

Been going here for years growing up and seemed to be fine and we always liked getting ice cream with all the different flavors to choose from.

Im not a big ice cream consumer, but occasionally Ill enjoy a mint-chocolate chip shake from B-R. Its nice to have a B-R in Bountiful for those moments when that craving hits. Usually the service and product are very good.

Pretty terrible customer service. Cold Stone is right down the street and they’re always much friendlier.

I had the chocolate covered waffle cone with nuts with nutty coconut and pralines and cream ice cream. Yum, yum, yum and yum.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY EMPLOYEE AND MANAGEMENT!!! GO TO COLD STONES INSTEAD!!! I ordered an Oreo ice cream pie for $19.99 thru door dash online delivery, the employee with Baskin Robins then called me when the delivery driver was there and said “they didn’t have the pie available in the Oreo flavor I had ordered and said they had an Oreo ice cream Cake but it was $24.99 ($5 more)” but I had already paid online so I would need to cancel my order and re-order thru door dash online and wait another 30 mins for the order to process. I asked them to just understand because they were out of what I ordered to please compensate and just send the cake because it was all they had in Oreo flavor. She then called her manager and explained what I was asking for the manager obviously said no and that when she said to pay the $5 and cancel and order again that I argued with her when I was actually very polite and reasonable. I felt very offended by the fact she would lie to her managers about that and also that the manager didn’t understand the value of the customer and the situation and say ok to the $5 difference that was all profit for him anyways. The only reason this situation happened in the first place is because what I had ordered they couldn’t make. So because of that I had to then sacrifice what my kid wanted for her birthday and couldn’t get her favorite flavor Oreo. WONT EVER ORDER FROM HERE AGIAN MY ADVICE GO TO “COLD STONE” INSTEAD...

The employees are excellent and will make sure you are taken care of. The selection of ice cream is top notch as well

Expensive - but really good ice cream. The workers are fast paced and nice. I love to get shakes from here. Usually very clean but can be messy during busy times, but of course thats totally understandable. Usually theres only two people at a time but they can hold down the place even when its busy.

They have a lot of yummy flavors. My kids have fun picking one. Their ice cream is inexpensive (less than $12 for three kids and one adult). The only drawback is that the Bountiful location does not have a bathroom which is not helpful when kids get sticky.

I dont always come here because its far from where I live. But every time I do come, they serve me what I want, the way I want it.Thank you.

The place was pretty crowded when i went, but the employees handeld the line really well, although when l was browsing the ice cream selection (because they had a wide variety of options) the lady that was working there asked what I wanted by like 15 times in the matter of about a minute. other than that i really enjoyed it!

There is a different between this bountiful location and the salt lake location. Chelsea the manager at bountiful location does a good job staffing great high school helpers. This place looks clean and organized. I love how they greet you as you walk in. Definitely a local favorite for ice cream.

The ice cream is really good, but the scoop size is tiny! For the cost they charge, it would benefit them to give a generous scoop!

Absolutely dislike the Basket Robin app. The gift card system does not work, then you pay with cash and never redeem the gift card through the BR APP. Ice cream is good but not at $3 a scoop quality.

Great variety of flavors and a pretty decent price. Its conveniently located right off of a main road so you cant miss it. They give a great amount of ice cream in each cup and cone which really makes a big difference considering the price it makes it very much worth the money.

I give this place three stars every day of the month except for the 31st on which it deserves five stars. The flavor and quality of the ice cream is great for what it is, but not for the price. There are gourmet, critically acclaimed ice cream parlors with the same priced ice cream as this place. The ice cream here is just not worth what you pay, except on the 31st of the month on which the ice cream is around half price. If you are desperate for ice cream, come to Baskin robbins

I have never come into contact with any employee who has treated me with the opposite of respect and showing me an undignified worker. I have had the pleasure of meeting several different employees, and they have always done their job splendidly and with a cheerful attitude. The service is well established and the ice cream is beyond measure of agreeable taste. I support the Baskin Robbins in Bountiful Utah, with no regrets.

Employees went above and beyond to make us happy for my little boys birthday and were very patient with my kids trying to decide ;). Baskin Robbins has lots of flavors, but is on the spendy side for the amount you get. Small location, so might get crowded at times.

Although crowded they were quick, helpful and the ice cream was tasty.

Is there anything better than Baskin Robbins peanut butter chocolate ice cream? Its a rhetorical question. The answer in no.

I am a big fan of the mint chocolate chip. It has chocolate flakes rather than chunks that makes it more smooth and less crunchy than any other chocolate chip ice cream.
