There’s getting a good deal, and the feeling of a good deal. There’s times I’ve bought a vehicle that wasn’t a good deal, but because the service was outstanding I did it. And there’s been times I’ve walked away from a vehicle I wanted,and the deal was good, but the service/sales was less then impressive.The main reasons we as a whole buy a product is trust. We only buy if we believe in the product and trust the person selling the product. Through the years FORD has done that. Ford has pushed time tested product to build trust with the Consumers. When we went in for an oil change recently, the mechanic noticed we had a coolant leak in our engine. We never had any issues and were not aware of this. The car was still safe to drive. A part needed to be ordered. Once the part arrived, we were contacted to bring our car back in. We were given a loaner while our car was being repaired. The service was handled and we were not charged anything. Always great service at Court Street Ford.

I was very clear when I asked them how much it would be to change my engine air filter they told me $25 I said okay cool please change it!! All they did was change my oil 🤦🏼‍♀️ Took me calling in to set up an appointment to do more work 2 days later for them to tell me the last work I got was just an oil change!!! So they don’t even do what u ask of them! I wasn’t important enough to be remembered of my wishes for my vehicle!!!!

Will reevaluate after next oil change date.CORRECTIONSThis is in regards to the quick lane and not the service department as a whole. Bought 2019 Ford edge. Since buying it we have never been able to schedule a convenient oil change time no matter how far we plan ahead. There is never any walk-in time for oil changes. Went in within 1 HR 5 MIN clock was off by an hour)of opening time and its an 1.5 hour wait as they are filled with appts already until the next day at 130(MISTYPE 1130 WAS APPT TIME) FOR OIL CHANGES. Whats the purpose of having a quick lane oil change service if its never available for quick service. They schedule their techs for maint service leaving the oil change side lacking. Didnt used to be this way here.

Vantuy the QL Tech got me in and out of Quick Lane super fast, give that guy a raise and a day off.

I brought my edge in for two recalls. With six trips for the gas tank recall is ridiculous. On the sixth trip to them because their mechanic did not hook the fill tube to the tank I lost a whole day of pay. Dont take you car their for service the mechanics dont know what they are doing.

I’ve been looking for a vehicle for the past 2 months and I finally found one here! Every other deal ship I’ve been to has been an unpleasant experience. But today Nick Roedl greeted me as I came in and wasn’t pushy at all. Found me some great cars within my budget. He was very patient with me and very kind. I highly recommend him!

Service department is a joke. Had mirror replaced 3 months ago and noticed shortly after a film showing up on plastic part of it. Tried wiping it off and was unsuccessful. Later it started to fade and would not go away. Appears to be leaking something possibly from the clear lens just above the plastic. Again only on the mirror that had just been replaced. Was confident something had to be wrong and they pretty much told me that I must have put some kind of film on it and smeared it. Again only on the one mirror that was just replaced. Never bringing any of my vehicles there for any kind of service nor will I be buying anything from them personally or for my fleet. An absolute terrible experience

Service has very poor customer service in my opinion! They are terrible about updating on vehicles as well as promised me a loaner vehicle that they “accidentally gave” another customer so I never got one! Car has been down for 3 weeks. I Would go somehwhere else but it’s warranty work. Sad.(EDIT) I called Jeff swank who really told me nothing new and could only apologize. Basically his excuses come from lack of accountability for him and his staff! I have called fords main office for more assistance and received some help with my car since Courts Street can’t seem to handle it.

Man, these are the nicest folks I’ve ever met. Gave us great service when our ‘90 Ford Ranger broke down and went out of their way to make sure we were safe, happy and good to go.

Had a 2001 Taurus that was on its way out and I commute 45 miles to school (one way) each day. Definitely needed a replacement car. I did research and found to love the 2010-2012 Fusion Sport, but they were so hard to find as I was very picky. I wanted the SYNC navigation system, key pad, and black exterior with low mileage. I’ve searched for months with no luck.Then I came across a listing for one at Court Street Ford. Listing was just added within minutes upon coming across it. I contacted the dealership and within minutes got a reply. Test drove it and fell in love with it. It had everything I wanted. Before purchasing, they put new tires on, replaced the battery, making it ready for winter! They also changed the oil with Synthetic oil!Jeff made it so easy! He didn’t pressure me and gave me a great deal on it! I’ve always had fears at dealerships on being pressured into something I didn’t want, but that didn’t exist here! Thanks Jeff!I had special ordered Route 66 plates and Illinois Secretary of State was taking ages to where my temp plate expired, but no fear, Karen helped me out! She got ahold of them and had them speed up the process. I got the plates about a week later! She even issued me a second temp plate in the meantime! So helpful and very grateful!Lastly I came back to get the service history on the car a few weeks ago and I was still greeted by Jeff who remembered me! That made me super happy knowing they aren’t just there for the money, but there to make people happy.I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car! They are the best in my opinion!

Exceptional customer service in Service department

I had my vehicle serviced earlier in the week, and I was fairly surprised that this location had such a laissez-faire attitude towards a pandemic thats been going on for over 10 months. Masks for employees and customers were clearly optional (as it states on signage throughout the location), the quick lane waiting room was absolutely packed (keeping a distance from others also not needed apparently), and the shuttle driver had no mask when he was sent to pick me up at my home (he couldnt be bothered to wear basic protection, nor did he care). The lack of concern for the safety of your employees, customers, and their families was disconcerting, to say the least. Had I known about previous outbreaks stemming from this establishment before I scheduled my maintenance, I wouldve gone elsewhere. On top of all that, I received my car back with grease stains on the front seats. Normally, Id ask them to clean up their own mess, but I wasnt going to wait in that lobby while whoever worked on my car cleaned up after themselves. I cannot support a business that cares so little about not just their work, but also the health and safety of everyone that enters the building.

Its not often that business actually respond to Google Reviews and for this I am changing to 5 stars. We didnt purchase anything there but only came for repair from an accident. If Im ever in the market for a Ford this is where I will start.

Recently bought a 2017 Escape Titanium from this place. Excellent off lease car with low miles. John, and his team were able to work out a deal with me over the phone out the door at a fair price so I knew exactly what to expect when I arrived. Once wee started the paperwork processes was driving away with about two hours, and had a trade and financing. definitely keeping in mind for future vehicle purchases. Clean place and approachable transparent sales staff. Honest, fair, and professional.

They r awesome did great job on short notice. They r very friendly and even dog friendly. Had my 2 dogs with me and needed oil change. They even let me bring my dogs in and they gave them treats. Even my dogs love court street ford!!!

I went in for an oil change/tire rotation and checkup (to ensure everything was okay before taking my car on a long trip). Making an appointment was very easy, and I was able to make an appointment for the same day. My car was taken care of right away, I waited only about 45 minutes from the time I pulled my car into the garage to the time my keys were returned to me. All the checks done on my car were explained to me, and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. And the service cost less than I expected! Overall, great experience! I would go to this location for service on my Ford again.

Very slow service for the quick lane, I am not joking when I say I was here for over two hours. I understand that there are other customers that might be ahead of me, I was told there was a 40 minute wait before I get into the shop, now add maybe 20 minutes for an oil change I should have been out within 1 hour..roughly.....But it was well over two hours before I was ready to go. I will say, they did complete the oil change just fine, but when I use Fords Quick lane service I expect it to be a quick lane. I have only used ford quick lanes, and this by far has been the slowest. I think with some changes to how vehicles flow in and out, the structure of mechanic work, this place could speed up a lot. I wont bash this place because they provide good services as far as maintenance, it just takes a very long time to get work performed* * * Ford did take the time to reach out to me after this review posted, Both by response to this review and by a phone call from the manager. I think that is important to note.

I love Court street Ford. They took care of my super duty van. I had an oil change, transmission flush, and new tires put on. They fit me in their schedule, drove me in a shuttle, and got me the best price for tires. They exceeded my expectations in every way.

My vehicle was in for a service re-programming. The staff was friendly, it took the amount of time they promised, the environment was clean, popcorn was a nice touch! I will definitely keep coming back as the people here are as good as they get!

The sales staff is awesome 👍 I would buy another car here, but I would never take my beautiful Ford to this service center. They charge three times as much for service. Theyll tell you that its falling apart and needs hundreds of dollars of service the first time you take it in. I took my car in and they charged me around $80 and botched my oil change. They also didnt care about my opinion of their service, so they didnt try to make it right. Plus they never gave me my back seat headrests, even though they said they would. I hope my son doesnt get tall.

I have had my Ford Explorer and F-150 serviced at Quick Lane since new (over 3 years). I have always found pricing to be expensive, but this was offset by a rewards program that offered a free Works package after five visits. Recently, when I had my Explorer serviced, I was frustrated to find out that not only had the basic Works package increased by $10, but that the rewards program that offered the free service after five visits has been discontinued. And of course, I was on my fifth service (the next one would have been free). I definitely find Quick lane to be exorbitantly expensive and will not be back to be ripped off again.

Been here twice for emergencies and left super happy. Some of the most friendly and amazing people. They are never in a bad mood and they are so helpful. Love this place so much.

Everyone at Court Street Ford is always so warm and welcoming! My kids love going for an oil change because it means popcorn and the playroom! Great place and great people. I have not purchased a car from them, but I have been to their parts department a few times. The guy at the parts counter was very helpful, going above and beyond to help me find a component that was part of a recall and thus harder to track down. On a family vacation on 22 July 2018 my 2015 F350 had an on-road engine failure. Court Street Ford was the closest dealer for the tow from Ford Roadside Assistance. I researched the tire recommendation Court Street Ford made. The Michillin tire was rated 10 across the board - except for snow...which was an 8. It doesnt get any better on an all purpose tire! Anyway, the installation went great. Thought I thought after 108,000 miles the car might need an alignment, they assured me that it was not necessary. They have always been honest with me about such matters. I paid less than I thought, thanks to their honesty. Thats why I have bought cars from them for the past 38. years.

My wife bought a used Ford Focus from them and they were fantastic for that but this past Saturday I brought my used Ford Edge to the quick lane. I got the premium package, thankfully, and found out that one of the tires wasn’t balancing. Long story short, it was found that there was fix a flat in the tire (nasty stuff) and that is what was causing the problem. I was unaware of this issue and they found 2 nails in the tire. Mind you, I was the last one there at that point and instead of going home to their lives, they worked with me. The manager was very apologetic and even cut me some deals and the staff was all fantastic. I will definitely be going back.

This has to be one of the best service departments Ive ever been in. I had a problem with my truck that I thought was the transmission. I briefly explained the issue to John at the service desk. Without skipping a beat he told me it was most likely a spline issue that Ford had sent out a service bulletin on recently. They pulled my truck in, completed the repair, and I was on my way. Many dealerships that dont stay as informed as Court Street Ford could have spent half a day looking for a problem and possibly mis-diagnosed as a transmission issue ($$$$) which I probably would have gone for. These guys are on top of their business and committed to providing a valuable professional experience to their customers.The whole time I was there everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. One of their salespeople was happy to talk to me about a new truck he knew I was definitely not going to buy and he never once tried to push me around. This was the easiest car buying experience of my life. I had been to 3 other dealerships across the county that day. No one came out to great me until I arrived here. It was a very cold and windy day but Anthony Boudreau came out right away. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he pointed me to a truck that exceeded my expectations for the price. I received a fair price for my trade in as well. I couldnt ask for more.Also, I had a minor problem with wiring going to the actuator to one of my locks. They took care of it quickly the next available business day. The people in the service department are fantastic. The waiting room was the biggest Ive seen around and even had a kids play room. Im just impressed. Overall it was a worry free car buying experience. I wish I had came here sooner.

Took F150 in for a intermittent battery light. Explained the issue to the service manager who assured me they would check all possibilities. Short time later I was informed the battery was the issue, all other parts of the system checked good. Battery replaced. Treated with respect and service was fast.

Horrible service department. Terrible workmanship and quality control after having engine replaced. I have had several problems with the vehicle that were because of their failures and now take my escape to a better dealership with no issues. I wouldnt let them put air in my tires. Stay away if you want quality service!!!

Great service department. They have great answers to my questions and I can trust them! I have no idea what is REALLY needed and whats a suggestion, so the service department is always very up front with me about what the issues are and how urgently they need addressed. All of the staff are EXTRAORDINARILY friendly and helpful.

Outstanding service from the first contact with the service writer, interaction with the service technician, a quick stop at the parts department, a visit by my truck sales representative to ensure all was well with my 2019 F-250 and the always friendly billing department,,, overall a service call that was Outstanding and one FORD should strive to emulate throughout their dealerships.

Just went in for wiper blades but I was treated very well and didnt have to wait long for it to be done. I did even remember this time to ask if they were a discountable product with the Veterans. They were so I was able to save 10% on them. I do wish that there was away to flag a customers account to reflect this. Bet there is if they were problem customers. This way if the customer is a veteran and they forget to ask its already there. Just a thought

Best place to get your oil changed! Only place Ive ever trusted to work on my car they would never do you wrong. They have great customer service and strive for there customers to leave with a smile on there face. Also you get reward for whatever you spend at court street if you are buying parts, getting your oil changed (they also count your oil changed I believe the 7th one is free) or service on your vehicle you will get money back on there reward program to use toward your next visit.

My backup camera is not functioning. I think it is wrong to charge me $89 justTo diagnose the problem. I have bought a lot of fords in my lifetime from there and am getting ready to purchase a new vehicle. I will paying off my vehicle on April 30. I will then start shopping for a new explorer. It will not be at court street Ford. I am a loyal customer and should have been treated as such.Other than that the service was excellent.
