Quick, efficient and very helpful! I had to return some merchandise and printed labels before we came to this FedEx location. Randall helped us with the process and we were out in a few minutes. I’m very impressed and grateful:-) Thank you, Randall!
Very fast and efficient location. Staff worker super knowledgeable as to procedures, costs etc. was there to pick up a package. All Covid precautions were enforced and I received my package much faster than I thought I would. They made me show ID to pick up which I was grateful for!!

Waited in the office with no personel to ship my items for several minutes, when I was finally able to get someones attention I was told to wait 10-15 minutes more. Very unprofessional and frustrating. Manager on duty per sign was Alisha Hudson.

It is impossible to contact this office directly unless you actually go there yourself. And I’m pretty sure, due to complete lack of cooperation and avoidance of communication, that the delivery driver stole our TV and labeled it as signed and delivered at a time that we were home. We also have no neighbors that could’ve lifted it either. Beware if you’re ordering anything fedex and your package will be going through this office.

Tracking said that it had been delivered. Checked with several neighbors. It had not been delivered to the wrong house. It simply had not been delivered at all even though the driver had marked it as such. I will avoid FedEx if at all possible!
A joke. They contract out delivery drivers that can’t find your address and /or don’t take the initiative to look for an address on a mailbox !

They’ve had my package on a truck for delivery since 3am THURSDAY and I have yet to get it! Every time I check the site it says the NEXT day for delivery! This is asinine! I chose the delivery time for a reason! They’re holding my package for DAYS now and no one can answer and explain WHY they won’t deliver it already!
Lady working customer service has chosen the wrong career. She should get a job making happy children cry, seems she would be good at that. Very rude. Won’t be using them again, specifically because of her.

Lazy drivers. Ive been waiting all day for a package to be dropped off. I went to check tracking on the package to see if it was still out for delivery and there was a delivery exception notice saying that the street number was incorrect. I called customer service to verify the address on the package and the address had the correct street number. A FedEx truck never even came down my street today. Ill avoid using Fedex from now on. Its sucks that I have to even give them a one star review. They dont even deserve that.
Very crappy service. My package was supposed to arrive today but tracking said delivery exception - customer not available or business closed. Which is a lie. With 3 barking dogs it would be hard to miss the truck since they start barking before he even puts the truck in park. No one ever showed. Called customer service and he pretty much said tracking said delivery was for tomorrow. Even though I told him different. Glad my fish dont need this item right now. UPS is so much better.

Every single time I’ve had a package coming to me through fedex it didn’t arrive on time. The last two times, my package had to be delivered by the manager personally because they “forgot to put it on the truck.” And she found it and brought it to me herself hours after it was supposed to arrive. How do you “forget” to put a package on your truck? why do I have to wait 5+ hours after my package is supposed to be here to get it? And how does this same situation happen TWICE? Once is understandable, mistakes happen, but twice? Unforgivable. I’ve been waiting all day for my current package to arrive and have yet to see it. They stop delivering in another hour and a half so I’m not holding my breath. This will be the third time this has happened now. Next time I see my package being delivered through them I’m cancelling my order. This is ridiculous. If you can avoid using fedex I would highly recommend doing so.

This is the third time this has happened! On one occasion, a package was on the truck for delivery for 3 consecutive days before delivery was actually made. On another, the package was delivered to an address about 3 miles from my house. Either your drivers are lazy and simply dont want to bother making a delivery or they are stupid and dont understand how addresses work. Further, they must not even know how to use a telephone. I would NEVER use FedEx for anything important. The following is what I have posted on my facebook page. FedEx has got to be the single worst delivery service ever devised by man! I have had 4 FedEx deliveries during the past 4-6 weeks. Three of the four were not delivered properly. One of them was delivered to a house about 3 miles from mine. Another was on the truck for delivery for 3 consecutive days before delivery was actually made. The third was on the truck for delivery and the delivery was not made. Are the!ir drivers lazy and simply dont want to bother making a delivery or are they stupid and dont understand addresses? Do they not know how to use a telephone? Please, if you have a choice, choose UPS or USPS

Apparently fed ex couldnt find my house so they couldnt drop of my very important package. Even though we have had many packages delivered to our house through fedex.
