The only UPS I’ll go to! the co-owner works there & he is the sweetest thing ever. i had an Amazon package that needed to be returned. i had to have them print the label for me & the worker said it would be $1.98 to print it. the co-owner printed it for me & told me to have a nice day. i asked him about my payment & he said it was fine, i didn’t have to pay! it’s something small but it just shows you what type of person he is ❤️

The cheerful and professional Assistant Manager, Raven, instantly noticed that my missionary handouts needed to be double sided copies even though Id totally forgotten to mention that and even though I showed up right before closing, and she let me pay over the phone the next day when I realized Id left my card at the hotel. The copies turned out great, and the price was excellent, and she set a wonderful tone for the whole store, friendly and welcoming and with a sense of humor. This was one of the nicest UPSS stores Ive ever been to! The man who works there was so patient, kind, and helpful that I recommend all who are close to use this location.

Came in with a item my mom needed to return. I have very little experience with Amazon returns, but the guys at the UPS store made things simple and quick.. and I thank them for voluntarily completing the shipping and handling process for my mom.

Didnt have the supplies a ups store should carry. Specifically legal letter envelopes. Drove over an hour to get here as there are a limited number of ups stores around my area. Other wise another young lady tried to find them for me.

They are always very helpful. Today I had to mail an external hard drive back to the manufacture. I asked a few questions and they pointed me in the right direction.

I understand USPS is having a tough time with the current situation. I understand that items may take longer to reach their destination. However, I have been waiting for over a week for a package that is pretty necessary. I’ve called multiple times, got an answer once, and STILL have not retrieved said package. They stated that the package was taking longer due to the size...but delivered my obnoxiously heavy queen size mattress just fine and in a timely manner.

They are closed and have been for five days. No online notice. Nothing except a big piece of card board with spray paint. This is a rural area and the only one open on the weekends. Most drive 10-30 miles. Sad that a major company takes our business for granted. Take notice, Amazon!

Closes several hours early and just post a handwritten note on the door. Strongly recommend the location on Campbell lane as they actually are open their posted hours

Tried to fedex a package after 20 minutes on hold, I called this store. They were helpful and assisted me with Re packaging and answered my questions all before the fedex rep Could even get back to me. Ash was amazing UPS OP fedex a complete waste of time!!!

I went into this store bc I happened to be in the city, (usually go to Owensboro KY store)And they always scan my bar code from the company Im shipping to, but the lil girl in this store wouldnt scan the bar codes, said I cant do that. So I had to stand there and find the emails from 2 different places and forward them to the store, then she acted impatient bc it took me awhile to find them.Then she didnt give me my tracking numbers, said the emails were mine and you can go!!

My box that i bought had a Circle Crater on it almost looked like from the out side someone hit it really hard with something but when I opened it up lucky that the box on the inside that my item was in only got Damaged so nothing got broken but why I gave 4 stars is the fact it came faster than the Original date was and the ups guy was nice. thank you

One of the most organized and professional staffs I have ever dealt with. I dealt with Tracy, who was very helpful, insightful and took a genuine concern in my questions. I travel a lot and ship a lot of items due to online auctions, and I must say, I havent been more impressed than I was with this store. Highly recommended, if you want the best for your shipping needs, I doubt you will find a better staff to handle your shipment.

I am new to town and needed to return some items I had purchased online. It took me a while to find the right return label and email it to that particular UPS store and the Manager at the store was so incredibly patient and friendly, while I scrambled to find the find the return label and email it to her. Definitely the best UPS store I have ever step foot in and I will continue to return to this store. Very genuine and helpful staff.

I encountered a helpful young lady who helped me with an amazon package . she seemed very excited to talk to me and was very explanatory. overall 10/10 experience!

I needed several pieces of valuable antique furniture shipped to different locations in the US. The UPS Stores staff picked the furniture up at my house, crated it safely and securely, and had it delivered to the various locations in perfect condition. I was very grateful to the UPS Stores staff for their professional service. They are highly knowledgeable, conscientious, and dependable. I use them now for all my shipping needs.

Utterly rude employee. Terrible customer service. I asked for a ballpark figure on how much it would be to ship something and rather than just politely saying Im sorry, Im unable to calculate... etc he rudely said theres no way to know without the exact weight, size and postal code its going to.So I gave him an estimate and he quoted and outrageous price, then condescendingly told me that I could use the regular mail but that would be unrealiable, outside our jurisdiction, and theres no guarantee it would even get there.Like? Dont diss another company just to make your own false price and terrible attitude look better. Rude, rude, rude.Dont go here unless you like being treated like trash.

UPS is a jokeShipped a package from ky to va over night they charged me 223.56$to get it there next day by 12 noon package is no where close to delivery. sad part is they told me its beacuse of the route and how many packages he has on the truck.but when i payd them they didnt mention that all they said is it can be there.now i have everything messed up guy didnt get stuff on time they have no clue where the damn package is. staff in support team is dumb dont know anything.cant even speak english.cant understand what they are sayingmanager is a joke all he can do is have it deliverd by the end of the day what a smart guy good job Buddy .worst part is dont even try to ask for your money beacuse you wont get it. they cant help you with that but they can mess up you stuff and not make it on time and lose your stuff that they can do.I WILL NEVER SEND ANYTHING WITH UPS OR HAVE THEM DELIVERY ANYTHIG TO ME WILL USE FEDEX OR DHL.UPS IS A JOKE WISH THEY WOULD GO OUT OF BUSSNIES.

Very friendly service. Had a JPG of a shipping label I needed to ship out. They ended up not being able to print it for some reason (possibly my flash drive being corrupt), but let me go into the back, log in to my Amazon account, and print the label that way.Above and beyond!

Damaged packages. The last two packages I have recieved were damaged, one to the point of essentially being opened.

Fast and Friendly service, and very clean. The directions take you to the back of the building.
