Picked up roll stock. Fast loading but they dont put rubber mats under rolls. So as I had to make a quick stop the rolls all slid to front of my trailer. It could kill someone. As I only made a quick stop. I did not lock up the breaks or anything drastic

Receiving side, very easy docks.Theres really nobody to check in with, just follow signs to know what to do.And not even sure if they go by appts but I had a 2030 appt time and I got there at 1600 and was out by 1745 and that was two trucks in front of me.

Truck parking could be better!

3 trucks infront of me. LITERALLY an hour per truck if not a little more. My turn, unloaded in 35min. I still cant figure that one. Put bills in back of trailer, slide tandems, back in door. Green light your done. Pull out bills are signed taped to the wall of trailer. PEACE!

Very easy unload 1 hour unload. I was even very early with brown paper rolls door 12

Not a bad place to pick up from, only problem was all the trailers in the way, which could make your back difficult. Hope to never be in this part of the country again. Headed back to the West Coast... ✌️

Roll side receiving . Quick unload. Read sign telling you to press button at man door. Put bol in rear of trailer back into dock 12 only. About 20 min?

As a Swift driver it a pleasure to deliver to Kapstone. Jamie Edwards unloaded me promptly and very nice guy. I wish all deliveries went so pleasant. 4 hours early so 5 stars

Slow. Came in 09am, 2 trucks in front of me in line and one on dock. Right now is 10:30am, one truck still in front of me.

Horrible place for unloading never again!! If you value you time avoid this place. They take forever tho unload 6 f...ing paper rolls.

I picked up from this place ALL I CAN SAY IS VERY NICE PEOPLE!! ESPECIALLY the guy that moves the trailers around outside i cant remember his name but he did say he was a driver for 50yrs he was very polite and helpful people like that makes a business that much greater i was loaded pretty quick and this is one place i wouldnt mind coming back to!!!

Delivered big rolls of brown paper. Was in and out in a reasonable time. Rolls of paper weigh 7,000 lbs can haul only 6 rolls, 42,000Lbs

Slower than molasses

I sat in a chair and folded boxes for 8.5 hours. Had multiple blisters on my hands midway thru shift. I absolutely hated it

The worst place to deliver roll paper .big lines of truck .there is no one to talk to at the receiving .not truck friendly esp my experience with night shift .waited from 1700 to 2300 just when i backed in dock a manager came out with a headset on his head .in a bossy way telling me that they will not unload me and that i have to wait for my appointment tomorrow .eventhough they never go by appointmnet .6 hours of wait in vain .they should at least have someone come outside verify paperwork or have a phone outside to talk to a human being .they care less abt truck drivers .
