Unfortunately I had a two star experience. Staff to customer communication is always really important... I was waiting in line and the cashier wasnt talking to anyone. She would look at her phone constantly. It took her a moment to realize I was standing there. She had no desire to talk to me at all and just mumbled the price at me as I paid. and then ignored me until I left. I really enjoy talking to cashiers and I understand some cashiers not being to interested in talking but this was a situation where a cashier just wanted to get rid of the customers. I hope I can come back to a better vibe next time 🙂

I was on a mission today. I was told that they carried coffee pods for my Nespresso Pixie. By gosh the do carry them. For 50 pods it was 25$ instead of 35$ This absolutely made my day!

I have found beautiful sheets and towels, kitchen supplies and excellent gifts for my family. Bring your own coupon because they will not give the discount without it. Prices are higher, but I love the selection and quality they offer.

The music is unnecessarily loud, employees have to yell just to answer a customers question.

Wellllll, no stock on the shelves, had to use the ladder to get our own product off the upper shelves because there wasnt anybody on the floor. And the cashiers werent in any hurry at all.

A bit over priced, but they sell oxo, never did find that beyond section.

Took forever to checkout. They had no idea how to ring up my stuff. The prices rang up wrong. Cashier checked price and still didn’t know how to change the price. Called for help and that manager didn’t bother to believe the cashier on price so waited longer for her to verify the price. Not happy

Found some nice stuff for my kitchen.

Horrible service. A bunch of us waiting in line with no teller, as they fumbled around for some unknown package. Wont go here again. Trying to keep it local. But not here.

Very helpful staff, clean store, lots of selection and many clearance items as well. High quality items anywhere from a candle to an $800 robot vacuum. They always have a 20% off one item coupon in the mail or online you can use which is always nice.

Lovely displays, everything is always neat and clean. Employees are helpful and friendly. Wish we could afford to buy more often!

Eh...i dont know. Its been there for years...Ive been in there 3 times.I bought a new diffuser in there tho. Its nice.

I often visit Bed Bath and Beyond throughout the year but I am there more frequently when sending a kid off to college. It is a great one-stop shopping experience when setting up a dorm room with organizational products, towels, bedding, and a Keurig coffee maker. I have bought drapes, lamps, hair towels, shower curtains, jewelry organizers, shoe racks, decorative pillows, diffuser refills, stainless steel pet bowls, pictures, an endless array of kitchen gadgets, and much more over the years. Twenty percent coupons abound in snail mail, magazines, via text and even email, making it almost impossible to arrive in the store without receiving a discount on at least one item.

My girlfriend and I bought curtains there and the staff was very helpful. We also enjoyed the chair massage and leg massage! 🙂😀😁

I like Bed Bath & Beyond. The day that l was looking for an item l asked an associate if they stocked the item l was looking for. They were out of the item. Love this store! Ill be coming back.

Small store with awhole lotta products. Also Great place for decent candles -wood wicks, yankee etc ( I always assumed most candles were equal - completely not true most stores carry garbage products they label candles.)

Please bring back My Pillow and stay out of politics

To me it was a bit overrated they have the basics they have kitchen supplies they have sheets and bedding everything is very high-priced I myself was looking for something for my wife as far as for bath gifts like soap shower that sort of thing and couldnt really find it and everyone there except for the cashiers not very helpful its just my opinion you might need to judge for yourself

Its a great place to browse & find new gadgets that make tasks easier! But if something is on sale, hurry in, today they were out of the holiday item I was shopping for.

Was followed around the store by a staff member and couldnt shop without her being right next me.

We signed up for the registry program for a wedding. And Ive been more than disappointed not only did our registry get loaded with a bunch of items we didnt want, but two weeks before our wedding we found out that other people have been placing items on our registry, and those items had already been purchased. I think this is just a money-making scheme for BBB. I would way rather have an Amazon registry and risk lower quality products than getting stuff we dont need it.

Generally well stocked with quality items. Have got silverware, bath stuff, bed pillows and sheets here. Staff is friendly. Maybe a bit overcrowded for the space and a tad pricey.

I only get there maybe once a year. I cant walk very far and they dont have the electric carts to use so mostly shop on line.

With just a few hard to find things left on our shopping list .. this was the one stop to finish our day .. fast and friendly shopping and checkout..
