Delivery and set up was quick the next week.Got a loaner mattress until the one I ordered came in. They let you look and don’t hover, or bombard you at the door. They have always went out of their way to make sure things would be available when I needed them, or helped find something similar that would work. This time I needed a new bed, and it wouldn’t be in for a couple of weeks, so they are sending their delivery guys with a “loaner” until mine comes! Very respectful people to work with on everything. I live about 250 miles away from them but I had a load to take to them and decided to buy a mattress from them and they were a lot of help in picking out the right one for me. I would think about going back there to do more business with them even though I live so far away when it comes to delivering for them day or the best I deliver to all of it the seven stops I had to make on that load

Ordered a mattress in early January, it is not supposed to arrive until mid April. They put the whole blame on the supplier, but at the end of the day it is everyone fault. I called two weeks ago and they said it would be here on time, and yet they did not even bother trying to call me to tell me of the two month delay.It seems like from the other reviews no one else had this problem, weird, did I just buy the wrong thing or did I not spend enough, at this point who knows and I just do not care.It would have given two stars if I was not sleeping on the wooden floor and not mocked for my sleeping situation.

Even though our bed frame came in slightly damaged they compensated me without me asking for any money back and when it was delivered the bolt had a defected piece. The delivery men went out to fix it (even though it was “fine” without the bolt) the ran to the store and bought the bolt for us and had it all put together! They went above and beyond my expectations!

These guys (especially Michael) have been THE BEST as its taken me an embarrassingly long time to find my bed. I sprained my neck really badly in 2016 and its made it damn near impossible to get comfy, but no matter how many times Ive come in the store, vacillated between wanting latex or coils or no coils, tried every model and probably driven them completely nuts, theyve been friendly (and funny). I really appreciate them and recommend them to everyone I can. If you are picky or have any special considerations, start here.

Wow. I walked in looking for a solution to my recent sleep woes. The thing is, I didnt want to spend a bunch of money because my need was temporary. Alonzo surprised me; he asked me a bunch of poignant questions which made me feel like he was genuinely interested in understanding my unique situation. Next thing, he offers to rent me a mattress if I thought that was a suitable option. I had never heard of this before, not that I would know, but it surprised me. After checking out the mattress he came up with a super reasonable price and boom... my temporary need was solved, in a way I wouldnt have guessed was even an option.
