Excellent service. Staff was helpful and friendly, and district manager and staff went out of the way to ensure we could still get the mattress we wanted at the sale price as we had to wait a couple of extra days to purchase it. We cannot wait to get our new bed!

I enjoyed being served by the staff while there, however they made a serious error after we left. We clearly stated that we had a certain amount of money saved and additionally were willing to borrow a particular amount. We signed a credit request checking that it was the amount we were willing to borrow. We were approved for that amount. We went home to sleep on the decision- at that point we were happy and pretty confident we would purchase. About an hour after we left the saleswoman called to say Good news! I got your credit line increased by $(TRIPLE what we requested)!That was NOT good news. Despite carefully explaining our budget and limitations they took it upon themselves to TRIPLE the credit request.We were sick with anxiety. We did not want to spend that much and more importantly we did not want a large credit inquiry on our credit report.We didnt feel they were trustworthy so we purchased elsewhere.

Very friendly staff. They did not seem to mind that we arrived shortly before closing and they showed us several models of the beds and helped us pick out the right one for our needs. I would highly recommend them to my friends.

Great experience all around. Comfortable setting without a lot of upselling. Previous owner of the bed system so it was an easy decision to buy a new one.

The clerk was very helpful and knew her products well. She listed out the differences and patiently waited as we tried several. Unfortunately, she misrepresented the warranty and “the if you are not happy you can return it” promises. We found the bed and frame, all $8000 worth, was terrible for us. It took 4 months of fighting with the national office, to get a refund and to escape this awful company. It took an act of god to speak with anyone and then when you did, that person didn’t have the authority to help we it’s our issue. This company is a scam.

Sarah was outstanding. She helped us find the best fit for our sleep habits. We are looking forward to sleeping in our new bed.

20180514 - Great store!I can to eat at Chipotle, which does not have WiFi available.But when I checked online i found that sleep number provides WiFi and I was able to provide this rating.

Helpful, low-pressure sales staff. Store is well organized. Pricing seems to be intentionally confusing.

Costomer service was great and they talked us through the differences in beds. Staff was knowledgeable enough. Only down side is that the delivery was very unreliable. We had a date of delivery but no time of silvery.

Friendly knowledgeable and an all around positive experience!
