Rad dudes, rad service, rad bikes. My lady and I have been having some great luck there. She got a killer bike for a sweet deal. They were very accommodating. I had my bike fully tuned for a killer price and learned some things at the same time. Theres a reason every review on here is for 5 stars.

Outstanding customer service. I stopped by a half hour before close with a small break pad/ rotor issue. Sean fixed it within 5 minutes, and helped me load and unload my bike from my car. I’d never been here before but I’ll gladly support this business in the future!

The folks at Rad Bikes in Bozeman are fantastic! I moved from Wisconsin this summer and Rad Bikes was my first choice after researching the plethora of bike shops in town. Their prices I thought were far better for their services compared to other local shops.I got a standard tune for my bike, and it feels great! The turn around time was good, and staff very friendly to answering any of my questions! They were my first bike shop out here I went too, and they will be the only bike shop I go to!

They will get it done right here. I wholeheartedly trust these guys with all things biking and skiing. If youre looking for your shop hangout in Bozeman, this is your place.

Great service, amazing bikes, and ski equipment in the fall/winter season. Top notch mechanics. 1 1/2 days turnaround from when I ordered new brakes to when they were done-Jackson expertly installed them while I was next door having a pint! Also very good at conveying additional information about the brake features, bleeding procedure, and showed me how to properly set up the touchy SRAM derailleur. Yes, a high end bike shop, but a good selection for lower priced options as well. One thing you wont find here is low quality equipment, or anything less than the best service possible.

Great vibe! Sean is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They carry great high-end mountain bike brands like Yeti and Evil. On a Yeti demo, Sean put in the time to setup the bike for me. Ive been to many bike shops in the western US, and that was the best information and service I have ever received. One of Bozemans best bike shops.

Rad Bikes is my go-to shop in Bozeman. Shawn, Jackson and Brad are all great guys, excellent riders and knowledgeable mechanics. There are few people who Id trust to work on my bike, but these guys are legit. Also, I feel like their shop services are fairly priced, especially compared to some other shops in the area. Keep up the good work!

Unfortunately, every time I come to pick up there is some issue that got overlooked or miscommunicated resulting in an extra trip and hassle. At the end of the day, we just want to ride our bikes and that can be difficult if you are running back and forth for your bike.Update: I have since had multiple single point of failure bolts that I noticed were not torqued down properly and thus came loose in the short 3 months since they serviced my bike. These types of bolts should not be coming out this quickly in a service interval and if the rider was not to notice them, it would result in a crash.

I was having hot spots in my ski boot so I went to Shawn to modify one pair of boots and fit a new pair. Hes a real pro with all the latest equipment and years of experience. Im skiing with performance and comfort in either pair. Great work, thanks Shawn!

This is the go-to guy for quality bikes in Bozeman. Sean is high end - but has to be to sell the genre (downhill hill bikes) that seem to be really catching on. He sells all types though - just not the cheap around town type bikes. He is honest, fair and gets the work done quickly - no nonsense or sales talk. The bikes sells themselves - he has Yeti among other other top brands. He sells a boatload of bikes so he will bargain (a little) to get it done. He has a shop in BIg Sky during the summer to assist/repair on the spot - and to drop your dog off while you ride. Its a good riding community - check him out - youll be glad you did.Double thumbs up - love this guy - his son helps also and is knowledgeable - but not as near as knowledgeable as Sean - the owner. I wouldnt buy a bike anywhere else. Having said that, Summit Cycles is pretty tough to beat in terms of fixing anything that rolls - they have the obscure parts you cant find in most stores. Thats the best all around fix it shop for the 300 bike. RAD is the 3k bike store - and worth every penny.

Rad bikes takes bike service to the next level. They always find the time to give each customer the personal attention they need. Dont have what you need? No worries, theyll order it for you before you can find it on your own and get you a better deal. Most bike shops seem kinda stale, not this place. The atmosphere makes you want to hang out and relax like its a club. This is the best all-around bike shop in Bozeman. Period.

Super cool guys, have only been there a couple times for bikes issues and they always been fixed right away. Sick shop and they don’t mind if you chill there while they work on your bike which a big plus!

Went for a Demo ride on the Insurgent! Great time and Shawn was super helpful. Worth checking out!
