Charles was super helpful with choosing the right flooring options for our kitchen and stairs, and he came out next day to measure and schedule installation. The installer they sent, Duane, is the nicest guy, and it seems he had thought of everything ahead of time. He went above and beyond and made everything look fantastic. Katie Champion was so easy to work with and very helpful. The same day I went in to look at carpets she came to my house to measure and got the quote right back to me quickly. The carpet install was quickly done and even after when there were tack strips poking through in one area, they sent someone about an hour later to fix that. They did an all around great job! We worked with Jason Moreland who guided us through the whole process, assisting withpad/carpet, coming to our home to help with the color selection, measurements estimate and arranging date for carpet replacement. The whole process worked out so smoothly from beginning to end. The young man who did all the work was amazing - professional, hard-working, knowledgeable and very personable. He arrived on time, helped with moving furniture, removed the carpet/pad, sanded the sub-flooring and installed pad/carpet. Then he moved our furniture back into the rooms! We were so excited to get our new carpet yesterday. From beginning to end the whole process went smoothly at Pierce Carpet Mill Outlet. Charles Cunningham was awesome to work with. He showed us all our options. He came and measured the day after we went in to the store. He gave us a quote and stuck to what he said. Our carpet got ordered immediately. No unnecessary delays. He followed through with us to the end. Shannon put us on the installation calendar before our carpet even arrived. Pierce has dedicated installers that work for them. They don’t take your money and then say they have no idea when they can get to your job like another place did to us. They got us on the list and got to us quickly, and their installers showed up on the day they were supposed to. No taking our bedroom apart and then putting it all back when the installers didn’t show up. And it was a great installation job by a good team. It looks so pretty. These folks know floors and know what they are doing. Skill counts for a lot. Personal attention counts for a lot. Just sayin’

Charles worked hard to track our order down and have it reshipped. I was not impressed from whoever they got their tile from. They flat out lied several times.

Our landlord decided to redo our carpets couple days ago and had specifically asked them to send in installers who would wear masks. One showed up to get part of the job required (as was agreed for our convenience) and did a good job on the carpet, but did not wear a mask in the house on top of which he closed all the doors in the house since the sun was getting in. During the times of this pandemic while law requires masks to be worn it was rather inconsiderate of the installer to not wear a mask even when we asked him to wear one! Definitely recommend them once there’s a vaccine for the virus going around, but till then, probably not! Hoping the store would get better on getting their carpet installers to wear masks if residents request it in the future! Certainly dreading them coming back for the larger part of the carpet redo. Will leave another comment in couple weeks to notify if they do indeed make changes to keep with the health and safety of both their customers and installers!

Our Sales Consultant was knowledgeable friendly and helpful. He came out to our house to measure soon after meeting him in the store and we quickly had a quote. After accepting the quote we were scheduled for installation within a week. Our installer was excellent taking great care not to mark up the walls carrying the carpet in and unrolling it in each of the rooms. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that he needed less carpet than estimated and that we would get a credit on our purchase. It’s awesome that they refunded the amount without having to ask for it. All considered it was a great experience.

I think I worked with everyone in this store and their warehouse and EVERYONE was extremely friendly and helpful. They have an amazing selection of remnants and full rolls of carpet to choose from. I had them make a big area rug (11.5 x 11.5) for me. They cut it just enough to square it up, had binding done, and cut to size some amazing padding that absolutely does not slip on flooring. I wasnt able to transport the carpet so, for a nominal fee, they took care of the transport, then helped me move 2 couches, helped me get it lined up perfectly in my living room, then helped me put the couches in place. Im super happy with the quality of work and the amazing service I received.
