We had a really positive experience with Pierce. Loren met with us several times to show samples and come take measurements at the house. We must have borrowed over 20 different wood samples (which are large) to try out. The installation by Zane was super smooth and the floor looks great! We will definitely go with Pierce again for the next project.

Working with Susie Cunningham was a real pleasure and the shower turned out to be a beautiful tile choice with her input and ideas. The project was delayed a couple of times due to the demands on the contractors at this time, but we were flexible and not on a certain timeline.

I got bids from three different local flooring businesses and decided to go with Pierce. Not just because it was one of the lower prices, but because I heard back from Lynette faster than anyone else and she was always prompt in replying to my phone calls and emails.She also made choosing a carpet very simple, whereas I found it very complicated elsewhere.Installation was also an easy process and Rusty did a fantastic job.

Edit: this situation was handled. All is well.The sub-contractors that this company used did not do a good job. Many seams and the carpet is not pushed under the baseboards in some locations leaving a small gap between the wall and the carpet. Our project manager agreed that the project was not installed well and said that he would call our landlord to resolve the issue but he never did after multiple requests. Not happy with the service or the quality of work we received.

My husband and I are re-doing about 800 sq. ft. of flooring in our home. We had a good idea of what we wanted initially, so I went to Pierce flooring to price shop. My first time there, I interacted with Katie and she was awesome! She showed me the options and explained the product thoroughly.My husband, however, has had a different experience. When he went to pick up the flooring, the man he interacted with was working on a crossword puzzle and didnt want to be inconvenienced. The last time my husband went to Pierce to pick up transition strips for our project, the man he interacted with (a different one from the first time), dismissed him and said they didnt have the product, even though we had called ahead and was told it was in stock. My husband had to push the employee on this before he checked the system and found that it was in stock.Long story short, if we had only interacted with Katie, this would easily be a 5/5.

We were very disappointed to learn our tenant had to assist the one (1) individual carpet layer in moving furniture before and after new carpet was laid, when we paid $200.00 specifically to have furniture moved as needed.No response has been received from Pierce Flooring & Design agent Susie Cunningham to date when copied via e-mail when communicating with our tenant about needing to assist in moving furniture.

I do appreciate this company and thanks goes to the sales person that helped me and helped to make suggestions. That was Loren Van Middendorp. The floor I ordered came in ahead of time it came in perfect shape... I had two complete boxes left and they took the return with no problem... They were cordial at the warehouse as well, friendly smiles,made it a very satisfactory experience.I have used them since this comment and they were just as friendly and helpful as they previously were.. They have a great selection of flooring, cabinets and tile to choose from as well...

I experienced great customer service with Mary, who was knowledgeable and personable. I have thoroughly researched vinyl plank, so I knew exactly what I wanted in terms of product components, but wasn’t sure if I could actually afford what I was seeking. Mary helped me select the perfect flooring for my space and the product was on sale, so I got what l wanted and at a fantastic price too. My order was shipped to the warehouse within 2 days and pickup was easy. Go ahead and buy at the big box stores, but you won’t get much selection, certainly not the same quality product and the savings is negligible. I am very happy with my purchase at Pierce and my floor looks awesome.

I was totally confused, frustrated, misinformed, stressed, dissatisfied, and angry trying to spend my money for cabinetry at your establishment! Not only were there unnecessary delays your sales person tried to intimidate me! Since when is a certified cashiers check, properly endorsed, not considered valid payment? I still dont know if the formica I chose has been ordered and given the way Ive been treated, i.e. ... you can see my desk, Im busy... how would you suggest I proceed Mr. Clark?

I was 100% satisfied with the carpet from Pierce. Lots to choose from, sample home to decide, salesmen drove 90 miles to my house to measure at no additional cost. 3 weeks later it was installed perfectly. This was the second time I bought carpet & had them install it. The first time was 4 years ago and it still looks good.

The carpet is excellent. It was installed a month ago, and the installation was fine. Mary at Pierce was particularly helpful throughout. Having checked thoroughly, this carpet was at the best price I could have gotten anywhere. When the installation crew was short a person come Saturday morning for installation, I called Mary because installation that day was important for me. She found another crew, I believe paying them extra at no charge to me, to get the job done that day. Thank you Mary and Pierce.

We have used Pierce Flooring for the last five or six houses that I have remodeled or built. Lorne VonMittendorf has always taken care to see that I received the best possible products and service for each job. If we saw a problem develop, Lorne took care of the problem so that we were happy with the results. On this last job, we replaced the carpets in our new home. Lorne helped us get the best grade of carpet and pad. Since I am an architect and a contractor, he accepted my measurements instead of driving to Ennis. The carpet came in, we removed the old carpet and pad, then cleaned up the floor so that the installer had the best possible environment to work in. Now we have a much better carpet, properly installed, and a bound scrap for under the dining room table.I always trust Lorne to get my flooring jobs done right and for a reasonable cost.

Pierce Flooring did an AMAZING job! Loren was extremely helpful (and patient!) in helping me pick tile and hw laminate colors. Kevin and his crew were incredibly professional and efficient. They ripped up carpeting and linoleum and tiled a bathroom and entryway and put hw laminate in the living room, dining room, kitchen and bedroom--all in 3 days! And they were incredibly kind to my lab. Cannot recommend Loren and Kevin and Pierce Flooring highly enough!
