We visited Bozeman one month ago . I love oriental rugs, probably because I grew up in a house that had many of them and they remind me of home . As soon as I saw the window of this store I asked my husband to pull over so I can look inside . The lady there was so RUDE … her greeting was - are you here to buy or just look ? I said probably look first then who knows ? I took my phone out of my purse to look at a txt message and she yelled at me : no photos !She followed me around trough the store like I would want too steal one of the gianormous rugs, if if someone would want too they couldn’t .I would never spend my money there …. Cause she was so rude …however beautiful the rugs are the lady working there ruins is . She might be the owner because she was eating while on the floor …
Beautiful rugs, amazing customer service!
Actually a museum as much as a rug gallery. Jalal and his family know as much about the rugs of the southwest as they do of Central Asia. They will spend as much time as you need to make the right purchase, and in the process you’ll learn a great deal. I’ve been enjoying my Tecoco rug for 3 years now, and wish they were nearby so I could shop more!If you go, be sure to see the back room gallery. It holds the largest and most magnificent rugs!
Very experienced staff and super willing to accommodate the customer. Bought 3 area rugs based on knowledge, professionalism, and friendliness. They brought rugs to the house for two days to assist in color match and decor requirements. Would highly recommend as your area rug specialist. They were great!!!
We just went in to look! But we saw so many beautiful carpets! So we bought two! They shipped them out promptly - the carpets arrived at our house today. A delightful experience throughout!
This store is amazing. The rugs here are incredible to look at. I recommend everyone to check this place out but also treat it with respect like an art gallery since some of these rugs are double your age.
This has nothing to do with the business itself, but with the person who runs the business: Farrah Neishabouri. A friend and I rented a house from her, a house from what I understand she did not own, and she completely rip us off of all our security deposit. Upon moving in she never did a walk through with us. We were great tenants who always paid rent and did our best to take care of the house. We scrubbed that house from top to bottom for more than eight hours before we left. We left that house cleaner than when we moved in. She claimed it was disgusting and walls needed to be repainted. Well she claimed a lot. Whatever it was.. the security deposit is suppose to cover damages. She wanted us to pay for the damages before we could get our security deposit back. That is not legal. Us being college students we could not afford to pay her or a lawyer, so we lost 2,100$.I would advise NO ONE to do business with this woman EVER!
The best place in SW Montana to get rugs and have them serviced. Great people!
Great place, products and people.
Fantastic store.... The rug selection is stupendous!!! Unmatched in the tri-state region........This is really the only place that carries premier quality rugs. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know. And I have ALWAYS found the owner to be honorable and fair.... I serious doubt anything said to the contrary.
Knowledgable staff, largest selection of rugs within thousands of miles. Eclectic collection of unique furnurature pieces, as well as a large assortment of unique home decor. Check it out this place is really cool if you like nice things.
Great place to shop! 5th generation experience with area rugs. I would travel long distances to buy from them.
Jalal and Farah took excellent care of me and the quality and selection of rugs was outstanding! It is so rare one experiences this level of customer care. I bought rugs for my entire home.
The absolute best place to find that special rug for your home. The staff is so helpful and easy to work with.
Amazing rugs and beautiful art for your home.
A great place to buy rugs! But dont let them jew you down if you sell them anything! Hahaha!
Rocky Mountain Rug gallery is an unscrupulous business and will rip you off. Rocky Mountain Rug Gallery sold me a rug several months ago. The owner did not disclose that the rug was damaged merchandise. We discovered the damage after receiving the rug and have made numerous attempts to contact the owner. He denies the damage (We have sent him photographs - it was NOT damaged in transit) and refuses to acknowledge that he knowingly sold damaged merchandise as new. Furthermore, he refuses to refund our purchase price and will no longer correspond with us in any way. I know this business is not representative of Bozeman but you you should stay far away from this ripoff business.
Rocky Mountain Rug Gallery refuses to pay me for work I did over two years ago. They were in a bind and I spent weekends and any extra time I had trying to get them caught up, I didnt even charge them for the full amount of time it took me. It never pays to help some people!
Farah and Jalal are sweet caring people and have a wonderful selection of rugs and fine furniture at their Bozeman store. Truly unique items that i could not find anywhere else.
Jalal was a pleasure to do business. He is a true professional. Extremely knowledgeable about area rugs. I had RMRG produce a custom rug for my new home. Unfortunately it didnt meet our initial specification. As soon as I contacted Jalal he immediately took full responsibility and corrected the issue. The rug fits perfectly!!! I plan to use RMRG in the future and highly recommend them!
Interesting. Lots of beautiful rugs.
Very oriental epic
Rugs rugs and rugs !!!
