I had just recently switched to cricket and it is so much better than any other providers that I have had. I have no issues, and when a situation or issue comes up the manager and staff are very helpful and make sure that you are happy with everything before you leave. They get a huge 5 star from me!! Keep up the good work!!

Called them in the morning someone answered so I asked for a manager just to try and figure out what the hours were and as soon as I asked for the manager. they hung up on me so I tried to call back 3 other times and now they arent answering there phones... Is the hours posted on their website arent correct and they have no hours posted in the front of the store cant figure out when theyre open or when theyre closed or if anyone even still works there

I went in to buy a phone for my friend. Raven walked us through all the options and patiently answered every question we had. She even set everything up for us! I have never received better customer service in my life. Raven seriously made our day so much better.

My best friend and I had to make an emergency trip to Bozeman because my friend had her phone stolen. The manger, Raven was beyond helpful and understanding of our situation. Very fast, friendly and efficient, I highly recommend this store.

Raven and Cheyenne really went the extra mile to help us out with our data-only plan and faulty mobile router device (even though it was not a Cricket device). They even stayed a little after hours to make sure we were all set. Great customer service experience.

Steve hooked up a used phone for me saying it would work after he checked the compatability. I left receiving phone service but faulty internet with no wifi hotspot that I was promised and the cost was about $90 for one month service after hook up fees while I supplied the phone.I went in immediately after finding many features that were promised were not active and was then told they would not know if the features would work until activated and Steve nor the associate could do anything except refund me only $10.I feel Steve manipulated the sale or I paid for their on the job training. Either way not a good experience and Cricket should have known or offered me something that works.

At 50 years old and having spent a good portion of that time working as a customer service consultant assessing the customer service of a myriad of different businesses all over the planet this is the absolute worst run business I have ever experienced in my life. For me to relate the incompetence & attitude I have encountered with these people would take WAAAAAY too many pages of writing and Ill spare you that and simply say that I can confirm to you that confronted with their own complete and absolute incompetence (which they acknowledged verbally) I myself was threatened with them calling the police on me because of my respectfully expressed indignation despite them standing there telling me that none of their people are trained or know what theyre doing and the fees generated by their incompetence are going to have to be paid by me or they will not turn my phone back on....THIS IS BY FAR ONE OF THE MOST INCOMPETENTLY AND HORRENDOUSLY OPERATED BUSINESSES I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE ALL OVER THE GLOBE... I only wish that we were in the third world and not the United States because I would have given them damn good reason to need the police, an ambulance and a chaperone to protect them from themselves in the future.

Local store was closed and calling customer service puts me on a 30 min wait. They decided to turn off my auto pay after 3 years and shut all my lines off. When I got connected to someone they told me I had to pay more to turn the phones back on.

Its not really believable what an absolute useless mess the people who work here are and I can confirm that they expect you to pay for their clueless uselessness that causes fees they will then demand you pay while threatening to terminate your service. Cricket is a pretty decent service for the area. Unfortunately, this branch is only about making a sale. I took my mother in law here to try to get her phone connected and set up a year ago. They tried to up sell us nonstop. Then when we finally got them to connect her phone to the account, the punk behind the counter didnt want to talk about activating without charging a (non required) fee. Later it was announced those fees are required, but at the time they were not and I confirmed this with the customer service over the phone.Recently I called this branch by mistake trying to call the customer service center. When I explained what was going on to the manager (if you can even call him that) he started asking me about my phone and kept telling me it was a hardware issue. I had gotten a phone replaced during this problem and the issue had not changed. He asks about my storage being full. My phone has more space remaining than most of the phones they sell here. He asks a couple more questions and then tries to tell me that my phone is the most likely source of my problems. The issue? My voicemail had disappeared from their side so when people call there is no voicemail. That, and the fact that phone calls arent connecting right. Ive been modifying phones for the last several years and know my hardware. Dont walk in and talk to the guys behind the desk unless you want to buy more than you really should, from a crappier maker than you really want to, for higher prices than you could get elsewhere. Every person here will work a hard sale and force you into more than you need. I dont know if they are underperforming their quotas or what, but stay away.

The store manager Greg has terrible customer service and is extremely rude. I’ve been into cricket many times to add lines and he is always super unprofessional. I wanted to add a line to my plan and he told me he wouldn’t sell me a SIM card unless I activated it in the store. I said no problem I’ll just call cricket customer service and have them send me one. He then told me that they’ll charge me an activation fee as well(which was a lie). I called cricket customer service while in the store and the representative told me to go to Walmart and buy a cricket SIM card for $10 or off Amazon for $4 then just call the customer service line back and they will add the new line for NO ACTIVATION FEE. As soon as another company can give comparable prices I will be leaving Cricket ASAP! Worst customer service in Bozeman.

I was paying too much with my old company, my bills kept fluctuating, lousy service and lousy service. Yes, both kinds. I went to Cricket and the guy at the counter, Luis, told me about 4 lines of unlimited data for $100. Other perks for me: atmosphere feels local, convenient location, no secret fees as far as Ive experienced, friendly, affordable and up-to-date. Keep up the great work for the locals and thank you guys.

I have been a Cricket account holder for over 9 years, and my wife I decided to add a line for our daughter who heading off to college. While passing through Bozeman, Montana (West Main) I stopped a the Cricket store were I greeted kindly and asked how He could help I replied Im here just looking but may purchase two phones just give me a minute.I was looking at a particular phone to buy my daughter and wife. Again he came back over to me and stated he needed to ask me few questions in order to help me and I stated Im just looking and Im on the phone with my wife. He stated that if I didnt answer the question so he could help me that I could go to another store, because thats how it works.I looked at him and said Im just looking and I dont need your help right now, the he walked away and said then Im not going to serve at all. Then he said you need to leave the store or Ill call the police. I stated fine call them Ill wait outside, which I did wait until they arrived.I felt that it was all motivated by my color....I am African american and Id never been in Montana before a I can tell by that experience Ill probably never come here again and I will be dropping my service with Cricket as soon as I return home.How could they employ such a person to be the face of their brand.I am an Owner Operator of a small trucking company and before starting this business I taught at Missouri State UniversityI felt as If I were a criminal when the cops showed up, which they were very professional and so nice to me.Bozeman, Montana is marred by this one Cricket store worker, who by the way refuse to give his name and managers name and number when asked.

The manager of this store is a racist. Today I went to buy a phone and activate a line of a friend and the manager since I arrived I treated myself super rude and began to tell me racist words for my race. Then I call the police to get me out of the place because he said he doesnt help Mexicans. I reported it to the Cricket company and sent a letter to the company expressing my bad experience. I have lines with cricket, my family has line and friends but after this bad experience I will give bad publicity to this store and especially to the manager.

I have also heard from a couple of other hispanic customers that he has acted racist with them, eventhough he is hispanic from Puerto Rican origines.
