My experience at Cellular Plus was excellent! Friendly! Helpful! Very pleasant! and the BEST I have received anywhere. Am I obligated to click on 1 star? I purchased a new phone and watch in Feb, both with significant discounts...neither were applied. After 7 months and countless business hour on my part to rectify, they finally fixed the discount issue, then promptly informed me that my frustration (7 months!) is not warranted. Curious irony. I believe that fair-minded people know better. Shop elsewhere.

I am so thankful for this particular Verizon store! I received superb service twice in one week. My phone became inoperable and Greg went out of his way to save me money. He not only looked up my insurance information, he also filed the claim for me! When there was a bit of a hiccup, he coached me how to proceed and I was able to get my phone replaced. On my second visit, he was able to transfer all my old phones apps and info even though it couldnt power up! Then he coached me how to finish up at home with easy to understand instructions. Greg never made me feel I was taking up too much of his time. Not once did I feel inept because I didnt know how to do some of the tasks. He made me feel like a valued customer! I appreciate Verizon anyway, but Greg took customer service to the top level. Ive been a Verizon customer for decades and have mostly had very good service. But this has been hands down the best! I highly recommend this store!

DO NOT GO HERE. I was lied to and charged for things that I never agreed to.I went here to get a new phone and was told that they were running a promotion for a $50 Tab A along with buying a phone. I asked 2X and was ensured by the representative that the only charge I would receive would be $50. After getting my bill, I found out that not only was I charged $200 for the Tab A, They had also added another line for it, at a monthly charge but also $14/month in insurance! I brought all the paperwork back to them and asked to simply return the Tab A and get a refund. They would not accept the return even though the Tab A was never even used and in its original wrapping even though I was able to show them on the paperwork that I had that I had not initialed the boxes authorizing any of the additional payments.

Anastasia at Verizon was very helpful, congenial and a delight to work with! She anticipated many questions and answered any I had. Best Verizon employee I’ve worked with.

They will work until the end, to get you what you deserve.The manager, Anastasia, is always bright and smiling, ready to do what ever needs to be done to get you into a plan, and a device that suits your needs. She listened to what I use my phone for on a daily basis, and reccomended a phone that was affordable and performs perfectly for me. She even answered my questions about accessing and changing certain settings, when I called with questions the next day. The quality service doesnt end after the sale is made, and that is more than I can say about many places (like the verizon at Costco)There is no need to worry about upselling or pressure to buy the latest and the greatest. when youre here its just down to earth friendly people, who are there to help make your cellphone buying experience as smooth and easy as possible.This is the place to go, in Bozeman.

Literally the ABSOLUTE BEST service I could ever ask for!! The representative I had, her name was : Anastasia, and she was the nicest human being by a longshot! and did a phenomenal job helping me. Im here in Bozeman and will be working in Big Sky for the winter and needed some form of Wifi because the place Im staying, it doesnt have the best considering Im in the back of the building. She told me about the Jetpack and although it was her first time setting up my particular one, it was also my first time buying one and even hearing about it so we learned together. She set me up with a good plan and I now have good service for the winter. If anyone comes to this verizon store, I highly recommend her!
