Pretty good store, normally has the most recent fairly large releases. Sometimes has stuff thats a bit more obscure even. Sadly the prices are almost higher than buying online, at least they match prices with their online site if you see a difference

One of my favorite stores in the Mall. Awesome toys, figures and games galore. So much fun.

The staff were helpful and the store was clean. Unfortunately, they didnt have what I was looking for, but still ended up buying a couple new controllers for my switch.

The old reviews dont represent the current staff at all. I came in for a pokemon 3DS game. They had one in stock and said they could ordered the other if I wanted it instead. I then proceeded to talk about pokemon with the staff. Friendly, helpful, and the store manager was very nice as well. Nice!

Best place to get your games! Great prices, and an almost flawless staff team! We try our best to get exactly what youre looking for and give it to you with quickness, and good service! Being a smaller town, our inventory can fluctuate on hot button items, but we do a good job at quickly replenishing our inventory

I personally prefer the other location off of 19th. Simple because when I bought my gaming console as a bundle this store wouldnt take the open game. However, the other store gave me credit. My grandson likes to come here and buy toys and stuffed animals.

Whoever manages GameStop in the mall sucks. I went in today to return a controller because it was opened when we bought it and didn’t realize until we got home. First off EVERY employee was on their phone and didn’t acknowledge customers. The guy working the front repeatedly laughed at me and didn’t understand why I didn’t want to pay full price for an opened product and got offended when I told him he was we being unprofessional. He also demanded I purchase a new controller instead of giving my my refund. Very poor customer service.

Normally I am very against Gamestop as a corporation. However, this location is extremely helpful, and doesnt push their optional services (Credit Card, PowerUp Rewards) as much. That gives them a better review than most Gamestops. Keep it up guys.

Its pretty good and convenient. Its a small little organized GameStop plotted in the far end of the mall If youre going through the main entrance. If youre in the mall and want some games or other game related stuff then go right in. HOWEVER, since its small it wont have much games or consoles. If you arent in the mall and want a bigger Gamestop then just go to the other Gamestop thats relatively close.

Absalutly the best gamestop Ive been too. Im huge on customer service, huge. These guys nail it. Like your family. They are more Then professional when at the same time very relaxed and just good people. Always dissolve my issues in minutes and great to opening me to new games. Deffinetly recommend

Talk to Mickey. He is the best thing to happen to this store in the last 15 years. He will never steer you wrong. He even has a reccomends shelf in the store with his name on it.

I would recommend hiring less awkward, creepy, and overall cringey people but lets be honest. Who else is going to apply at this den of textbook corporate corruption and involuntary virginity?
