The Bozeman Costco tire center always impresses me. Even when backed up with high demand and short staffed, they are very accommodating. Good deals, good warranty.

Fast in & out today to return an unwanted purchase was easy and a couple of essentials. Got some gas too. All under 30 minutes. Too bad the basic essentials are on the other side of the space, requiring you to walk diagonally through the whole place. Still a focused mission can be accomplished when necessary.

Great food, toys, books, appliances and much more. Great value for your dollar.

Who dont love Costco? Everything thats bigger and better than everywhere else. It is also great that no matter what Costco store you visit, you love them all the same.

Everyone there was super helpful! There were always tons of workers there, even despite everyone not wanting to work. Everything is always super clean, put away, and organized. Whenever there is a problem they take care of it properly. I am glad to say that this is one of my favorite stores! 😀

They’re expanding (2021). Liking the improvements so far. Gas is only about 3 cents cheaper here due to a County law. Probably meant to keep local gas stations afloat, but there’s no such thing (hasn’t been for many many years). Bad law for consumers, bad law for Costco. But I digress.

Purchased a computer from Costco w/concierge service. Computer still has remainder of original two year warranty. Anyway, two months ago, repairs were needed (still do). I was promised that a box would be sent to me (with shipping label). To date I havent received the box. I called to find out what is going on. Supposed to get a call back in 30 minutes....still waiting. I spend my hard earned money there and all I get is the run around. Costco it is time to step up and take care of your customers. Not happy at all.

If it is listed as on sale they do not have it. If you like it they will stop having it. Membership benefits included samples... Not for the last year.

My wife and I love the Costco in Bozeman, Montana. The selection of items is great and the staff was so friendly and awesome. After coming to this Costco, I now realize how much the Costco near my house has been skating by.

Friendly staff. Lots of variety, very competitive prices. Lots of space to shop. As ot is standard with Costco, product placing changes periodically but the staff is very helpful. Brian and the cashiers are incredibly sweet and super helpful. They still act like the mask police but I cant fault anyone for doing their job.

Solid Costco experience. Great customer service and a much needed remodel/expansion.

Costco, the heavenly horde of cheap hotdogs and massive quantities of random delicious foods. The half-gallon of chocolate almonds gets me through my university depression, and the 25$ salmon fillet saves my soul at every bbq. Went to Costco today on May 14th. I was EXTREMELY pleased with the customer service I recieved. Marsha at one of the sample tables was a total joy. Sean at the counter loading boxes was amazingly nice and very hardworking. We had almost two carts to fill and he loaded everything up beautifully. Thanks for my fun Costco journey!!

Hard to get in and out of lot at all hours, but if you avoid the weekend rush its not bad. Never been disappointed with grocery quality, and the prices cant be beat. Many things can only be found here in town, as well as great bulk deals on local favorites.

This Costco put all Costcos Ive been to in Colorado to shame! It HUGE! Only thing lacking is the hard liquor that Lakewood and Fort Collins offer.

Wretched customer service. I dont pay a membership fee to be treated like a criminal & accused of stealing when the person checking receipts at the exit cant count properly. Three times. Then told by the manager its my fault it takes so long to check the cart of items I ALREADY PAID FOR. Hey Costco, heres an idea, hire a few more cashiers at self checkout to verify purchases and stop treating HONEST customers like thieves.

Forever great-full for the mask policy in if people have “medical conditions” they have to wear a face shield. Conditions that prevent people from wearing masks don’t exist, and Costco found a great loophole in anti-maskers logic. Masks are mainly for helping other people, and I think Costco does a pretty good job in enforcing the mask rule. They also have good pizza.

Costco is such an amazing and fun place to go to and they always have everything that youre looking for in bulk and always on sale at a good price. I love walking around and binge shopping in Costco. If youre looking to stock up and stay stocked up Costco is definitely the place to go.

Their muffins are amazing. Despite how crowded it was checkout was fast.

Costco is the best. Shopped for our restaurant twice a week for 10 years here and the staff is amazing. Ive seen many of the same faces over that 10 years and they make my shopping trips so much better. Warehouse is always impeccably clean, but you already knew that.

Normal Costco as youd expect. Its always pretty busy, dont stop here if youre in a rush. Product selection is pretty good though

I just want to say something I enjoy the quality of products. But you have one staff member who is very rude. In the mornings it seems you allow seniors to enter an hour early understandable but you may want to consider posting that somewhere outside your doors as many do not know that and see folks entering and assume you are open. UNTIL they get to the entrance and are rudely told no by Sue. But then she actually lets others in who are not seniors right in front of the others who are waiting. She is very rude and unprofessional and really sets a bad taste before you even enter the store. Either be consistent in the 60 rule and post that outside or loose customers as many today we very upset at her behavior and actions and said they were taking their business to WinCo. Its not ok to act out in such a manner she even grabbed one guys arms as he was entering to stop him you can not touch guests like that.Its time to get this under control as I see many on social media every day leaving and cancelling their memberships due to being treated poorly in one form or another. Also its time for Sue to get a new job as he definitely does not like the one she has its very obvious by how she treats and talks to the guests.

Costco 6 volt golf cart batteries are junk.I had 4, 2 pretty new Costco 6V golf cart batteries, two a year older. I stored these inside on a trickle charger over winter, maintained them with a trickle charger in the 5th wheel, staggered the new and old batteries in the trailer and used a battery monitor. And they dropped down to less than 11V after 4 hours running a 120VAC inverter for a refrig which draws 12 amperes at 12V when it is running as measured with my clamp on meter.This SHOULD have been 420 amp hours of which i expected to get half or 210 amp hours. Or around 18 hours of continuous running and multiple days of actual duty cycle. NOT. 4 hours, down to 11.14VDont buy these batteries!I switched everything to AGM for low temp performance and cheaper than lithium. NOT COSTCO though.

Construction: As of April 2021 they have a lot of construction going on. The entrance and exit are still easily accessible, but if you go on a cold day, the open portions of wall make the building even colder than it typically is. If youre sensitive to the cold, or have little ones, bring extra coats/sweaters if youre shopping on a cold day.Foodcourt: The Food Court is also all self order now and you cant order without a credit/debit card, so I thought Id mention that just so people know to expect that. You order at one of the little kiosks on either side of the food court and wait for your order. Due to covid you have to ask for any condiments or Napkins so make sure you ask, or you wont get any. I didnt get a straw or spoon for my sundae either, so just check carefully that you get the necessary utensils as well.Shopping/Membership: As far as the store itself? Overall its an excellent place to shop for bulk items for our family. They have great prices on large items, a pretty good return policy and will adjust prices if you purchased within the past 30 days and an item goes on sale. The store is huge, with lots of items, clean and organized. The membership is pretty reasonable and if you get the highest one you earn cash back on your purchases so i definitely recommend getting or upgrading to the higher membership if you are making large purchases. We bought 3 computers, 3 tablets, one diamond ring, 2 smart watches a big screen TV, a Nintendo Switch and a security system all within the past 6 months and after a lot of big purchases the membership basically pays for itself.Other Services: Costco also has their own Gas stations which save members a lot on gas, a pharmacy, photo center, vision center, tire center and you can shop online where they have furniture, cars and I believe even travel packages.Employees: Almost all the door greeters, cashiers and cashier assistants & managers are incredibly kind, friendly and helpful. The employees around the store are also all almost always really great.Ironically Ive had excellent customer service everywhere except the actual customer service desk. Ive had quite a few negative experiences there, including employees arguing with me, refusing to honor a $10 Gift card with Membership Renewal promo and a older male employee who made me cry when I was pregnant for returning several unopened items, with a receipt. Again, all happening at the Customer SERVICE desk.Self Checkout: Another negative here. Id suggest avoiding self-checkout at Costco. They treated us like were up to no good each time weve tried Self Checkout. I use self Checkout at other stores routinely and understand how to use it. I also understand they are trying to keep shoplifting down and prices low but the way they go about it is really rude, disrespectful and just too much. (Their tone of voice, the manner in which they approach you, hover over you etc) its just really irritating so I suggest avoiding it and just going to the regular checkstands.Overall, I enjoy going to Costco. My family spends quite a bit of money here and the membership has a lot of perks, but like anything Costco has its downsides.

They are remodeling, so a lot of things were out or in weird places. Im sure itll go back to being the Costco everyone loves once things settle down, but it was not that today.

I also have a health condition, and shouldnt have to wear a face shield, as it does nothing? Costco needs to reimburse all of our membership fees! They gi beyond the Governor s mandate! I feel I need reimbursed for not following the Governor s order!

Whats not to like about Costco? Worker bees here are friendly and efficient. The Optometry folks were great and really helpful picking out my first frames. The exit greeters do their job quickly as does the Customer Service counter. Really the only bad thing is how busy it gets at times, just gotta time it right!

I like Costco so much that I got shares!1.They take care of their staff which means their staff take good care of me( customer)Last week, the cashier didnt think some of the fish I bought smelt ok, so they ran back to get me a fresh smelling batch2.Organic, organic...my brand of choice, is available in great variety and at a good price!Keep up the great job!

If I had to pick one store that I am most grateful for, it would have to be Costco. So why would I give it such a low rating? Because due to health reasons, I cannot wear a mask, so my husband who already works very long hours has to make the trip from Livingston to Bozeman once a month for us to make our thousand dollar investment on food. Ive been driving across the country for the past few days. Hit up 4 or 5 different ones. Mainly for gas, but also supplies. Crazy how many different items are available only regionally. Always a great stop. This one was no exception

This costco is always very clean and inviting. They have a great produce selection and the best meats in town. All of the employees are always very kind and helpful. One of my favorite places to shop in Bozeman. I love that they stock local things like this great coffee. They also stock cool finds like this truly delicious brownie batter hummus, and they offer unbeatable deals like the endless rewards you receive by using your Costco citi card!

Great Costco for shopping, horrid if you are trying to get a membership, prepare for the whole entire speech. They will drag it on and on trying to sell you every thing possible. Thought I was at Costco and not a car dealership. Just sign up online.

Wasnt shopping for myself was hanging out with a friend but it seemed to be a pretty nice layout Im thinking about joining.

Never going to trust Costco tire again. Not only did they receive a truck that was running perfectly and return it completely non running, but they also did everything they could to sabotage our experience with them. They sold us the tires and then after the transaction was completed informed us that they couldnt install them. Then they said they could mount the tires to the rims only to call us back and inform us that they were now incapable of doing this as well. Three or four hours of waiting later... We had no choice but to return the tires. But then we get charged a restocking fee! WTH? $80! No services rendered. Hours of my time. AND A TRUCK THAT NO LONGER RUNS?! might not even use my Costco membership ever again if this is how the corporation does business! I feel like the customer service rep and sales man should have had the training to know what he could and couldnt do before the transaction was completed and hours of my time were wasted. I also feel like so sort of amends should be made on the fact that this truck had all new parts and had never had a problem before being in the custody of Costco tire.

There is a lot of construction, so arriving and parking was a pain. Other than that, your usual Costco.

This Costco is always very clean, and the employees are friendly. I have not had a bad interaction at this store. Always very helpful. This Costco is much smaller than many others that I have been to so they dont carry as wide a variety of options. My only request is eventually they expand to a larger store. Other than that great service great store!

Reading some of the one star reviews about the mask policy is ridiculous. You’re adults! You need a mask to go in. If you have health issues you are offered a face shield and if you refuse to wear one, you’re not allowed in. It’s Costco’s rules. You can refund your membership right then and there if you feel you need to because they won’t let you in without a face shield or mask!

Costco is great for making sure you get a bunch of stuff you didnt know you needed, but will cost you your first born for tires. Should probably stay out of the store and just buy tires.

I can always find what I want and what I need. They are friendly and over-the-top helpful. Thank you
