We were so very appreciative of the companies expeditious response. We needed a storage unit immediately and they had one for us right away! John, The manager has been very helpful. We are new to the area and do not know how to navigate many things, as yet. He has empathized with our situation and has helped us where he can.

The Manager, John at the SR64E location is AWESOME. He is very in tune with his customers needs. Always polite, respectful. Notifies me when someone leaves furniture out for the trash, so I can come take a look and pick it up.Units are clean, multiple sizes so we were able to get the size we needed and upgrade to a larger one when we needed to. Prices are comparable to other storage locations in the area.Bathroom is always unlocked, well stocked and CLEAN!Gate being open from 6am through 10pm allows me to go on my time and handle what I need to.Overall a great place to store and do business with.

Staff is great. Lots of sizing options. It was painless and easy to change locations to get a larger unit than we had.Inside units are kept clean and a/c is close to perfect. Not too cold nor too hot.

John was a delight to work with through the process of securing a storage unit and then also when we transferred into a larger unit. He was very responsive to all of my questions and very thorough throughout the entire process.

My family is moving out of state and we needed a storage unit for a few months. I called Extra Space Storage and they had what we needed. I looked at their website and rented a unit that way. It was very easy to do. I recieved a call to verify i indeed wanted that size of a unit. I recieved my rental agreement via email. When we went to take our first load of things, John the site manager was there to greet and show us our unit. John was there when we moved our belongings out as well. John was very nice and helpful.

If you live out east, and need, storage space, Extra Space Storage is the one to choose.John has helped me through, many storage dilemmas.Raining hard outside, if he knows you, your car, will open the gate for you.Extra Space, is like extra family space.We recently donated half the stuff in our unit.John will listen to your needs, and help you arrive at a good solution. We went to a smaller unit.They have good rates, Its kept clean and this is the best part, you are allowed to use the dumpster, and you dont have to put in a code to get out of the place.If your reading this, and need a place to store stuff, look no further. We recently sold our house unexpectedly and needed a place to store our items. We had used other places previously but read all the tremendous reviews about this facility (and about John) and decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed! John is every bit as customer-focused and helpful and kind as everyone says he is. First, he is a pleasure to work with...just very kind and caring. Second, he went out of his way to drive around the facility to see if any spaces had opened up to try and get us the exact size we needed. Third, we know that we will need to transition to another unit later on when one opens up. In many cases you leave your information, but inside you highly doubt that anyone is going to actually give you a call when one opens. However, with John, I have complete faith that he is going to actively watch for a unit to open that will meet our future needs and am confident that he will give me a call (versus me have to go out on the website everyday and check myself if one is available). This type of service is rare these days. We feel fortunate that we are lucky enough to deal with a great professional and wonderful person as John is!

Great experience. John was very knowledgeable and personable and helped move into bigger unit very smooth process. Extra space is very fortunate to have him.Prices were okay. 1st month is supposed to be free but you do get hit with admin fees and insurance so it is not truly free, but very happy with cleanliness, safety of unit and John was great.I will definitely use them again in future storage needs.

From my initial interaction to every other one I have had has been awesome. I called and left a message regarding a unit and John called me back quickly. Not only was he knowledgeable but he was funny. I then met Maryanne when I went in to sign my paperwork and get my unit. She was also very knowledgeable and nice to deal with. Although she was a little flustered due to a new computer system going live that morning she was thorough and got everything done is a decent amount of time.The units and property are super clean and well kept. This is a new location which is also nice. John tours the premises frequently to make sure everything is in order. I actually had left a shovel outside the door that goes inside where my unit is and when I returned for it, it was GONE!! I left a note on the door asking to please have it returned. The next morning I received a text from John stating that he had my shovel at the office. He had picked it up on his rounds the night before and researched the gate entrance records and figured it mustve been mine. He also left me a message on my note that he had it!!! Great customer service!!!! Way to go above and beyond John!!!
