Great friendly staff. The guys in the office are always upbeat and smiling, and ready with a joke or a story. Kenny in the shop is very knowledgeable and a perfectionist in his craft. I highly recommend him for any custom work that needs to be done and I cant wait to see him expand to the mechanic side of the shop. He will DEFINETLY be getting all of my work.

Olin Motts establishment on Brandon Blvd has extremely friendly and courteous employees. They treat to you with the uttermost respect and speak to you as if youre good friends. I was there bright and early for my oil change and out in no time. They even gave me insight on a definite problem I have and a potential problem. I will definitely be back again not just for my next oil change but for everything under the hood.

They are so friendly and outgoing & they don’t charge you an arm and a leg! They also inform you well and explain anything to you if you don’t understand. I had 2 payments left on my car until it was paid off and the engine blew (Of course!) So, I took my car to get a new engine installed. They were very educated, professional, and caring. My Dad usually took care of my car if I ever had any issues, but he recently passed away. I felt so overwhelmed not only because I didn’t know anything about cars, but I had to do this without him. My Dad never wanted a shop to take advantage of me so if he didn’t know how to fix it, he would always come with me to make sure I was being taken care of. I know my Dad would approve of these guys. 👎👎👎 I brought my Jeep here to have a set of wheels and tires installed that were already mounted and balanced and also to have the tire pressure sensors in those wheels programmed. It took about an hour and a half total but by Jeep was only in the back for 10 minutes max. I was told both were done, but when I got home and took the old wheels out of the car it turns out the tire pressure sensors in the old wheels were still programmed to the car. I brought the car back and was told the sensors in the new wheels couldn’t be programmed which is fine but $60 to only have 4 wheels swapped is excessive. I called multiple places around town to see how much this should have cost and they were all $20 or less. I also called pep boys and several other tire shops and they sad that programming of the TPMS would not be a charge because they program automatically

The team at Olin Mott in Brandon never ceases to AMAZE me. The customer service is off the charts. I have been doing business with Harry, Neil and Doug for years and will never go anywhere else for tires. I was in a bad predicament with the tires on my car. I have been so busy with work that I let them get beyond bald. I called Olin Mott at 8:00am and asked them to be sure they could fit me in and have the tires that I needed because my schedule stays packed. Doug asked me when I would like to bring the car in and I told him that if he had an approximate time that they would have the tires there (special order) that I would come by around that time because I was extremely busy at work. Doug immediately offered to send someone to pick up my car. They were there within 30 minutes! About an hour later, Doug called to let me know what the pricing was going to be to make sure I was good with it. I agreed to the pricing (which was excellent as it included a FREE alignment for purchasing 4 tires) and authorized him to proceed. I told them to take their time and fit it in where they could because I didnt need the car back until 5pm. At 3:30, Neil called to let me know the car was done. I gave him my card number over the phone and paid. 30 minutes later, my car was delivered to me at my office. Customer service is one thing. CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE takes things to a whole different level. Thank you gentlemen for providing me with yet another awesome customer experience. You have a customer for life!

If you have a suspension or steering problem these guys don’t know jack. Charged me 90$ to tell me they don’t know what the problem is. Incompetent shop unless you just need a new tire or an oil change, for a company that charges a hundred + dollars an hour I’m surprised they know the difference between a nut and a bolt. 0 ⭐️’s

Took new wheels and tires for a mount and balance. Paid close to 150.00. Tires were found to be improperly balanced and excessively out of round by 2 other shops. I contacted olin mott and expressed my dissatisfaction by the worked performed and cost. I also inquired about the cost to have the tires dismounted.The cost is the same I paid to have them mounted.150.00. After lame excuses about the work performed by their technician and the impression that if you dont buy tires from them. They wont check for any issues you may have by bringing your own tires and wheels to them.how can their technician miss out of round tires is baffling, since the other shops located the problem I was having with my vehicle shaking at higher speeds.they say customer service is a high priority. However,they fell short this time. I have no intention using olin mott brandon for any automotive needs. Nor will I refer them to anyone.

Dont buy the road hazard . They charged me for everything i already paid for when it comes to using the road hazard . Like charge you for mounting the replacement tire but they dont charge you to patch your tire under road hazard which has to be removed and remounted in order to patch, then charge you for road hazard again along with stem and disposal not to mention this is the second time the tire was repaired and nothing was done even when you did not want to pay for road hazard on the replacement tire or the mounting that you paid for along with the road hazard . There was nothing done when I objected . They enjoy business due to the high traffic and taking advantage of who ever they can. Try sams club or wal mart and for repairs try a shop that is AAA approved I heard an estimate to a customer that was way over made me think they are @$$:$

The Hercules Tires that I purchased were priced very fair...Front end alignment is same price as Tire Kingdom... EDITED: Changed four stars to five stars !! New tires have about 1,000 miles on them with minimal wear..The front end alignment is perfect! At 85 mph my van has no vibration and goes straight down the road... Thanks Olin Mott ! ... Edited 11/8/18 ...Got stuck in New Tampa. Had to buy two new tires. We were totally ripped off by Tire Choice on Bruce B. Downs Blvd, Wesley Chapel...NEVER go there... $350 later my vehicle is being towed to Olon Mott, Brandon

Worst experience Ive had with a mechanic. Took my wifes Cadillac Escalade in for brakes. Explained - breaks had front and rear issues - smoke coining from front and rear- licking up . The shop called and said the truck runs like new - put my wife back on - not 15 minutes later - she gets in I see smoke coming from front brakes again. Called back and spike to Neal - be said its probably new pads and calipers - I said has the same issue when we brought it in.... He (Neil) said Ill have it picked up by a towing company the next day- we called the towing company at 9am on a Wednesday morning - wife gets home at 3pm - truck still on the drive way ... Called then back - NO one from Olin Mott called us to let us know... Truck has been in since Monday - Still dont have it.... Dont ever take your car for brakes to Olin Mott - Brandon....

When I needed a tire changed in a hurry, I called Olin Mott Tire Store. They said there is no wait for the tire change. Got to the shop a lot of mechanics are working there but at the time had 2 cars that are being worked on in the bay. We only wanted 1 tire to be changed. 30 mins till they got to the car. It took 45 mins to change one tired and paid 100.00 for a used tired. Took advantage of the fact we are new to Brandon and in a hurry.

I went into this location to day for a basic oil changed called in the morning and NEAL answered the phone he was rude and hung up so I had to drive there just to find out the wait time for a oil change which was adv to come back at 1:00pm once there had to seat in lobby for 1hr before they even got in my car to service it when the guy do he takes off in my car like he was races so I adv NEAL which is the manager/owner of this franchise he stayed he didnt see it so I told him if and thing goes wrong they will have to fix my car he adv they arent fixing anything and I can take my car and leave this is the Worst experience I have ever had at a olin mott location I dont recommend anyone go there to have service at this location you will waste your time and hope you dont leave with a headache if you have a complaint there is no one you can speak with except the rude manager NEAL he is no help, i also feel for the people who drop off there car can only imagine how they treat /drive your vehicle

On 06/21/13 I purchased 4 tires at Olin Mott in Brandon, Florida. Why I decided to make the purchase at this location? They gave me a free (one time) alignment with the 4 tire purchase. I was also told that for the life of the tires, a free rotation and balance (it was explained that every time you rotate the tires they should also be balanced) and I also purchased a road hazard warranty. I was guaranteed at least fifty thousand miles out of my tires if I maintained the correct air pressure, rotation and balance every six thousand miles (but I would have to maintain a record of proof of maintenance). If the tires failed to last beyond the fifty thousand miles, they would be replaced. So I agreed and made the purchase.Immediately after leaving the business and driving home, the tires vibrated awfully. Had to keep going back for rebalancing. They had sold me a bad set of tires and would not consider replacing them. Their solution? I was sent to the Olin Mott in Tampa on Hillsborough Avenue to get a high speed balance. It didnt stop all of the vibration, but it helped in reducing most of it. Since they were able to help with the tire vibration, I chose to continue to go to the Tampa location for the rotation and balance. Well on one of my returns to the store on Hillsborough Avenue, they discovered that one of the wheel bearings on my rear wheel was starting to go bad. The repair price they quoted I felt was extremely unreasonable, I knew the wheel bearing was a very simple fix, so I replaced it myself and saved money on the part and the labor. Well after this episode they must have gotten pissed caused this ended my free tire balancing. They reminded me that I had a bad wheel bearing and I informed them it had been repaired the next day. Now they tell me I have to pay for a tire balance. Never returned to Hillsborough location again.04/30/15 called Olin Mott store in Brandon, Florida to get a tire rotation and balance. Before leaving home (to drive just over sixty miles) I inquired via phone if it was necessary to make an appointment. I was told that it was not necessary and to come on over cause theres not that many cars in. I got there and entered the business holding my receipts in my hand, but was very much surprised...When I told the manager I was there for a balance and rotation, he responded they were full and to come back tomorrow morning. I was speechless, they got me again! I left the property then thought about what happened. I decided to call back for an explanation for such unprofessional discourteous by the manager. I spoke to the manager again and after clearing up that I had called prior to arriving and attempted make an appointment, He suggested that I return and he would work me in within an hour to an hour and a half. Got back to the store to face more bull. This time I was dealing with the same rep who gave me the speech and sold me the tires (who now has amnesia). He informed me that I could get a free tire rotation, but I would have to pay for the balance. I said no more and got away from there just as quick as I could.Im not angry, just highly disappointed about how I was treated as a customer and this experience was a lesson learned about verbal agreements and not having promises in writing. I am done doing business with Olin Mott, my tires still vibrate and it is obvious theyre not going to last fifty thousand miles. My experience and opinion about the tires I was sold...poor quality and not worth the money I spent. Very bad experience dealing with the business also. I would never recommend Olin Mott to anyone.
