I try and make it a habit to check and see what the line looks like if Im going to be shopping for any amount of time... The service is Great! The prices Rock! And there is an entrance over on that side and a cash register for check out. Have fun, and thanks for shopping at Walmart

They put a new tire on my spare wheel instead of the actual wheel despite me making 110% sure and asking like 5 times to make sure they would put it on my wheel in the truck. They didn’t then made me wait an extra hour for them to put the tire on the right wheel. Definitely not coming back total waste of time

Arrived at 5:15pm, sat in line (only 1 car ahead of me, none in the bay) for close to 30 mins before being asked what I needed. I said an oil change (kinda obvious if Im in the marked lane) when the associate told me that they didnt have time because they close at 6pm & I needed to be here by 5:30pm... 🤦 I really needed my oil changed then & Im just going to do it myself

Best price for a oil change in town

I went in to get tires for my car. They said it would be a little bit. So we set a appointment. Left the store. Out doing other things that HAD to be done that day.. got a call from them saying that they are ahead of schedule and can take us earlier. Ok.. we make it back to them. Tell them that yes we are here for the tires. Nothing else. I ask for a Total cost of having all the tires replaced. She rattled off a number I got something so I will my car back. Ok we figure an hour. We do our shopping. Make it back. The hood on our car is up, and we wait. 3&1/2 hours to have 4 tires on. Whats going on? Never ever will I go there again. I couldnt finish what had to be done that day. Oh and the price was before taxes. So total costs was not. Dont go there for anything, unless you have lots of time to spend. Even people getting oil changes while we where there where there for over an hour.

First time ever, last time ever. NOT TRUSTWORTHY. I lost 10psi over night on one of my tires. Brought it in to get repaired, and I got a call back saying they tested it and put it in the water tank, and there were no leaks. Thought it was odd, but I dismissed it, and went home, put the tire back on. Next morning, Im down 10psi again... Questioning them, I took my tire to Discount tire. They found the leak(by using a water tank) and plugged the leak, and DIDNT charge me. Im guessing they glanced at my tire, didnt see any nails, and called it good. Little did they know, there was a puncture.... Thanks for making me late to work Walmart. Never to be trusted again.

Fast and efficient, even on a busy day. The longest weve had to wait maybe and hour, with four cars ahead of us on a friday. We always just go for full service.

The Bremerton location is out of sight these guys are amazing they went completely above and beyond what they were supposed to do their customer service skills are the best Ive ever seen in a place like this!!!

Has everything I need

They change oil at a reasonable price. HOWEVER, check your car over. There have been two instances where my Trans-Ams were only filled with 4 quarts of oil and not the 5 courts that is needed.

Terrible! Went in for a tire patch, told it would be 45 minutes. After 40 minutes I was told the tire couldnt be patched and Id have to buy a new tire, after waiting another hour I was told they couldnt change the tire because a lug nut wouldnt come off. It took them almost 3 hours just to be able to tell me they couldnt even do the job!

Do NOT take your car here!! It took them over 2 hours to put the tire onto the wheel and then, because they were just standing around and we were already running late, my husband put the tire on the car by himself! We were the only car there! And they still charged us full price and didnt even say they were sorry or give any explanation why it took a whole crew 2 hours to not finish their job. We are so disappointed. Never going back. I wish I could give this place 0 stars.

Very rude,disrespectful, and that includes management, went in for and oil change and a young lady told me and my wife to go wait in the car for 10min until they came to get info though it doesnt sound rude it was the attitude behind the way it was said then when I went in to talk to management I stood waiting for over 10min and when she arrived I expressed how disappointed I was that management and the employees dont seem to care about the customers and she then became argumentative I will never shop in east Bremerton Walmart again

Extremely knowledgeable and professional service. I was also impressed with the price of my Minis oil change, $44.88. My vehicle requires Synthetic oil and that tends to be on the spendier side. I normally pay anywhere from $69.00 to $88.00 at other dealers and oil changing service companies. This is Walmarts everyday rate. Thank you Walmart for the great autocare service I received today.

Very poor experience: Ive used different Walmarts for several years to change my oil, they have always taken 30-40 minutes for an oil change. I just moved to the Bremerton and brought my vehicle in to get the oil changed at Walmart. There was no one in line and it took just over 2 hours for them to change my oil. They never even told me it would take longer. I just sat here waiting watch them not make progress. This isnt worth anyones time for poor and slow service.... Ill be going to Oil Can Henrys in the future....

It took 2 hours to tell me they couldnt fix it. They were swamped and minus some employees, plus it was sunday. Go there any day but Sunday.
