If there is less than a 1 star I should do it, we bought a hood for Maserati levant based on a VIN number we provide,and they said its fit the suv however after we paint it and we need to install it to the suv it turns that it’s totally wrong hood we trust that the information provided is the necessary for the correct hood purchase, after that we contact the guys in the company and after maybe like several hours the sales person Mr. Michael he said can’t do nothing about it because its painted I mean really!!! What about we trust you with the part thats it’s correct one based on VIN number. Attached some pictures for your information.Not recommended sorry you could do better.

Just took delivery of my beautiful Giulia!Given the current circumstances, car buying is a bit tricky at the moment. Tanner made the whole process painless and quick. He provided me all the info I needed, answered questions over the phone and via text, and was always quick to respond.Video demonstrations were sent along the day of delivery so that Tanner could still go over the features of the car even though he would not be there in person, and the drop off driver was wearing protective gear as he unloaded the vehicle and handed over the keys which I appreciated.The pricing was more than fair - there wasnt a constant back and forth as you might typically experience with many car dealers.All in all - it says something that I received better, more attentive service from someone whom I never got to meet face to face than I often have while walking the lot.Highly appreciated - and Highly Recommend!

I purchased a Panamera 4S from here just yesterday. This by far was the easiest and smoothest transaction I have ever experienced. The expectations were set and the deal was put together with out the back and forth that you can sometimes experience. I believe to have found the place where I will continue to purchase my high end cars, you cannot beat the service here. Ask for Tanner for sales and Alex for finance. Smooth as can be.

I purchased a 2020 Acura RDX with 18K miles on June 16th from Carlock Motors on Mallory Blvd in Brentwood. We absolutely love the vehicle, but beware of the dealership. We were told the oil had been changed and vehicle had been been through their rigid multi-point inspection. Three days later the change oil soon (10% life remaining) light came on. Two days after that I used the windshield washer (for the first time) and it was bone dry. The salesman (from their Volvo group) assured me the work had been completed. I asked for a copy of the service report and all that had been done was a pre-delivery machine wash. To further complicate matters I had not received our Tennessee plates prior to the first temporary tag expiring. After further questioning it was discovered their accounting misplaced the emission testing certificate and it was going nowhere. I then personally drove the vehicle to the state emission testing center, got a second test and certificate, and hand delivered it to the dealership. Here we are August 18th, on my third temporary tag, and a promise the plates will be delivered to me.

Dealing with Eric G. throughout the purchase was a pleasure. He has been professional in every sense of the word. He followed through with every promise. He truly cares about his customers. He made me feel at ease. I purchased a Maserati sign unseen and had it shipped to me. The process was seamless. I felt comfortable right from the beginning. The car arrives exactly as advertised. I went here a couple of weekends ago looking to purchase a new vehicle and I was blatantly ignored. I am a black male and I feel that was the reason. I am local and I was considering trading in my s65.When I arrived the salesman, whose name I don’t know, was helping other costumers and clearly noticed me. After helping the other customers he disregarded me and took a phone call and after he hung up the phone looked at me once more and went back into the building and walked to the back of the dealership. I took the hint that I didn’t fit the image of someone he would like to sell to or even have the courtesy to greet. I wasn’t asked one time if I needed assistance. I will definitely be purchasing my vehicle from another dealer out of state or I may stick with with Mercedes. They have premium cars and MUCH better service.

We are fortunate to have these people in Nashville. Isaac worked on my Lotus and was meticulous with removing the front clam, replacing the radiator, and performing the oil cooler recall. He also mounted tires without a scratch on my wheel. This place will definitely help me keep my Elise in top shape. Its hard to find someone who knows what theyre doing with these cars but if you need work done on your Lotus, I would highly recommend Carlock.

Tj and Jonathan at Carlock have gone above and beyond for me. I purchased a new Lotus from a dealer in California that came to me with several small issues needing addressing. One of the top guys for Lotus USA strongly recommended I send my car to TJ at Carlock as he was one of, if not the best Lotus tech in the country. His recommendation was spot on. TJ personally emailed me with updated and questions on my car and got it all sorted out for me! Jonathan kept me updated as well and had all outside issues and parts ordered for me. Great motor car dealer that is highly recommended but is unfortunately badly let down by one of their staff, Justin Timmerman, General Manager. This man has no morals and no word. He will tell you he will do something for you and does not. He thinks life is a joke and has a very insulting manner which he thinks is funny. In his opinion reviews are harmless and no one really reads them so lets hope he feels the same way now he is the subject of a truth revealing review. This man is a charlatan and not to be trusted.

Today was my second time visiting the Carlock Motors service department and once again, my service advisor, Jon drastically exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend this dealership! You’ll be hard pressed to find a dealership and service department that can/will provide better customer service.

I have worked with the sales staff for service and buying used vehicles. They are knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. On the other hand the new manager is by far the most inconsiderate man I have ever met. While trying to ask simple questions, he was too focused on a cell phone and personal matters to attend to a customer and his sales staff. Carlock Motors is a let down from the previously known Music City Motor Cars.

This is my favorite dealership to go look around at. The staff always welcome me to just get some pictures of the cars even though they know Im not shopping for it. Theyre all so friendly and unlike many dealerships Ive been to, they actually know their stuff about the cars. So whenever Ive asked a question theyve always given me a good answer. I would definitely recommend this dealership to a friend.

Stopped by with my neighbor to check out a 458 Spider they had for sale. My neighbor has owned an F430 Spider for many years and was looking at maybe adding to his collection. When we arrived the friendly staff had the 458 ready to go and seemed really enthusiastic about checking out my neighbors car as well as showing us around the 458. I really appreciated the fact that the employees appeared passionate about cars and their job instead of being salesmen trying to get us to buy a vehicle. It was an experience that Im sure is duplicated to anyone who is fortunate enough to visit this great dealership. I look forward to giving them my business one day and recommending them to others.

My father owns an antique Rolls Royce Silver Shadow II and we enjoy looking at the newer Rolls at MCMC. Their staff have always been friendly to us and very knowledgeable about all for the cars on the lot. This is the first place I would recommend if anyone asked me where they should purchase their next luxury vehicle.

Came across the worst lowlife in the car industry with a single phone call - Called about a pre-owned Mulsanne and spoke to a slithery rep Eric Griffin - this guy shouldnt be representing a company such as Bentley - I am forwarding my full complaint to Bentley corporate as well - I pity the owner seems from all the complaints about the same guy and he probably knows nothing about itShort version - STAY AWAY!!!!

Music City Motor Cars is a very welcoming and friendly dealership. The staff is very knowledagable of the cars and are very professional. They have some of the best specced cars that I have ever seen. The Italian Car Club events were held at the dealership for some time and provided a great location and service to the guests.

I came in a couple months ago to check out a Maserati Granturismo Sport. The staff was friendly and knowledgable. It was a good experience all around and I will definitely be back soon.

Friendly helpful staff. I looked at the Maserati Ghibli & Levante, beautiful but way over priced compared to the German rivals. However the Alfa Romeos are priced in line with Audi & BMW and are great! The Stelvio SUV and the Giulia sedan where more fun than the Maserati and felt more unique definitely take a look at Alfa if your looking at MB, Lexus, Audi, BMW, & Infiniti
