Every interaction I have had with the folks at Simply Storage in Brentwood has been amazing. They are thoughtful and know their business. The facilities, including the storage units and main office are very clean and well organized. The security seems well thought out. It is in a good area and well lit. I have interacted with Dana and Serena, both are friendly and welcoming. They answered all of my questions both on the phone and in-person. They let me see the very space I rented from them before signing my contract. I highly recommend this business.

This place is amazing. It is rare you get great service from a place like this. Usually it is someone who sells a unit, they demand dates, times, money, etc. and something is not correct at the start. This was legitimately the best storage experience I had and will use again if needed. The people there are great, flexible, and informative. The day I went to pick up my unit they had a different unit on the 1st floor and offered that instead! It was very convenient and appreciated. Fair prices, easy access, great location, great people!

We recently moved from Georgia to Brentwood, and we have to keep basically all of our belongings in storage until our house is built. We found Simply Self Storage online, and when we went in to check them out, we knew we’d found our place. Joe and Cory were SUPER leading up to the delivery of our items (we have a lot, so we needed two big storage units), as well as the day of delivery, and they continue to be. Always ready to answer our questions and help us out in whatever way we need. We had a 16-wheeler show up with all our items, and they were ready and waiting. Thank you, Joe and Cory, for making our unloading and move less stressful. We’re glad to have found y’all and Simply Self Storage in Brentwood.

We opened an account and rented a unit from Simply Storage. We were quoted a fee and thats what we paid. No nonsense, polite staff, great service. So nice and clean. Highly recommend this storage company.

Nice facility, friendly staff. The access and parking is not the biggest which makes it hard to get in and out if there are multiple people unloading/loading. Price went up for whatever reason after initial months. It was very clean and well kept.

Friendly staff and clean facility, but the price was to high for my liking. I needed a 10x8 but they had no more of them and I don’t blame them for that but the next best was a 10x10 and I feel like it was overpriced and did not fit in my budget. I will keep them in mind if their prices go down.

Was looking for local indoor storage in a climate-controlled facility in the Franklin area. After considering some options, I settled on this location. The staff member Eric was friendly, professional and showed me several options to suit my needs. The facility is new and clean. I’m impressed. UPDATE: I have now used this location for some time. If a storage center can be classy this one is. Joe has been the manager for a long time and I call him the Storage Angel. In the rough and tumble world of storage centers (I have used many in many cities over the years and that is generally the case) he is kind, calm, professional, and so helpful. Ongoing five stars.

Incredibly, we have received two rate increases within these 5 months. How is this possible?We started our rental on May 25, 2018 and sad to say, we received an “immediate rate increase of $10 from the start-up rate” we were quoted while shopping around for storage facilities!Now, five months later we have another increase and this one is for $14. This makes a total of $24 of increases in five months!Over the years we have rented storage facilities with other companies and have never experienced these type of increases.Can you please look into our situation and let us know whether this could possibly be an error or if not, what justifies these frequent increases?Up to now, we have been very happy with your facility, however, the frequent reoccurrence of these increases, makes it very difficult to consider a long term commitment to Simply Storage.

Brand new and very nice. Prices were comparable to another facility around the corner. Simply is climate controlled and the other one was not. First month free was a plus. I’m very pleased!

This facility is STATE OF THE ART. It is gorgeous inside, and very secure. I was in need for a storage unit within hours of finding out I needed one. The manager was very accommodating. I wasnt sure what size unit I would need so he brought me on a tour and showed me the different option. I settled on the size I would need, just to come back later with all my stuff and make a switch for a larger unit. The manager was so nice about it and he immediately took care of the change allowing me to upsize. I also like the fact that this facility is very secure. Every renter gets their own personal code, one that they will remember because it is their own creation. The personal code unlocks the gate as well as the entrance door. A lock with two keys is also provided. The lock stays in your unit and all keys stay in the renters possession. Not even management keeps a copy of the unit key. The facility is well lit and has bathrooms to boot. All future payments are easy to make as well. They can be set up online or as an automatic extraction. I am very pleased with the management, service and facility. For sure a facility I recommend.

I tried to rent a storage facility but no one showed up at the posted hours. I called the corporate number and they told me someone will show up but after waiting 30 minutes still no one did. I had to cancel my reservation after driving all through the night and to make sure that I could drop off my stuff. Had to store stuff in friends house until I came back in town. If this facility is this poorly operated I’m not sure if I should be thankful for not being able to store there.
