So far so good very big building I got a medium locker 7x10 holds a lot of stuff just needed it for 1 mth this storage company is cheaper than the others so I went with the cheapest since i needed it for a short stay..they have trollies at elevators inside so you can haul your stuff..gotta input your code to open doors to get them..the rental access hrs surprised me its from 6a- 10pm and office hours is from I think 8 or 9- 6pm I did everything online never spoke with or needed to see an agent. Info was sent to my email pass code and locker # and when I went to my locker the lock is already inside you open the pack then input lock and use key to lock.. lock stays in door you keep the key...I thought I would have access to my locker whenever I needed but OK no problem I just had to do whatever in the early morning when my husband was avail to help me lug stuff in I couldnt do it after His work hrs becuz they are closed ..very clean inside bathroom on 1st floor... motion lights thru out...it can be creepy when by yourself...but there is Security that check premises every so often...be sure to FOLLOW the letters on the side of wall for your section and signs at top to take you to exit and elevators Cuz that maze is crazy...

I received a call regarding my interest and reservation of a unit prior to my visit, which I thought was very nice and professional. During my visit, both employees were courteous, professional, patient and very helpful. The facility is very nice, clean and i like the opportunity to view a model unit containing an idea of what the various size units are, as a precaution due to the virus, and not risking seeing actual units until I was ready to rent. I really like the storage place, and the location is great as well. You all were wonderful, thank you fir such a positive experience. Im glad I chose Extra Storage!

Only after a few months of moving in the increases of monthly storage started to happen.no recourse, it is unconscionable that self storage specifically Extra Space Storage does this. It is a bait and switch business.

I just got my 2nd unit with them. Very nice and clean location, with Gio being extremely helpful. The only problem, the company raised the price for almost the double from March/2020 to now, witch I think not fair or good for the company reputation. No Pandemic can make anybody raise their prices like that...!!!

Such an awesome quick experience! Got my stuff moved in within an hour. I made a reservation and Julie gave me a call within 5 minutes to go over what I was moving and asked me if I had any questions for her! It is such an awesome experience. Nice and quick and great clean storage spaces as well!Update: 3/14/2021It was an awesome experience to have my stuff safe and secure. I think my only downside was the increasing fee every few months but thats to be expected in storage spaces I believe and honestly super helpful and friendly service still.

This is a peaceful facility with clean & spacious units for extremely great rates. Way better than my last storage experience for sure.I needed to quickly reserve my unit (on Labor Day weekend). And Janet who helped me was so friendly & welcoming under pressure! Glad I switched to this place.

Why is the doors not working and why is the side door unlocked

Gio was a big help.hes an asst manager. He helped me keep a promotion that was saved for me from 2 weeks ago. The whole staff there is really funny and nice. They all helped me out. Brandon was there as well hes also helped when i thought i had an issue with paying seperate for another purchase. Julie the store manager helped me find the right boxes i needed for my move.

You get what you pay for...reasonable prices, but they forget to tell you when you sign up that they will raise them 8-10% every few months. I have been there 4 months and just got notice that they are raising my rent in 2 weeks. Also, very poorly designed. There is only room enough for 2 cars and no big trucks to pull in to unload. Definitely dont come during peak hours after work or on the weekends, or you will just end up waiting in there enormous parking lot that is not located near any entrance doors. Loading and unloading is doubly time consuming since they have only one entrance door, few carts and lots of security codes that have to be inputted every single time you want to go through a door. And no, you cant pick a code that is easy for you to remember. The doors slam quickly on you and your cart, often injuring you or sending the contents of your cart falling on to the floor. You are required to purchase one of their locks for your unit, you can not provide your own. The lock is a key only, so if you share the unit with more than one person you have to make sure that whoever is going has the key and doesnt lose it. While the building is clean (it should be its brand new) there are mouse and ant traps in the hallway, its extremely cold in the units and the lighting in nominal (one overhead light at the front of the largest unit, making the back of the unit very poorly lit). Overall, I am very disappointed with my experience.

My experience moving to this storage space has been the best experience out of all the storage places ive been to, and in from new york where people feel like they dont have the time to sit down and go over things with you. Julie is who helped me get my unit today and her customer service was on point because she made things clear and was very communicative to me.The storage units are also very clean and the facilites look like they are well maintained.

I made a late payment THREE days ago with a $20 late fee which is half my monthly rental price. I just returned from my unit to get something my kids need in the morning to find out my lock had been changed! My account is current this is unacceptable.
