Horrible experience. The person changed my reservation last minute and lied to me saying its available at a location 15 minutes away when it wasnt. Then changed my original reservation to that location.

Easy in and out. Same day reservation of the truck I needed and the price was right. No complaints at all.

Even with the reduce time option, it still takes a while to get the truck. But the staff is amazing. They are super nice and down to Earth. The trucks are given to you clean and smelling good.

Never again. Gave us a truck and the battery died. Their customer service was terrible at getting us help when it broke-down. Avoid at all costs.

I didnt like that they charge my credit card the estimate price first and not waiting until I return and charge the difference whether it was a credit or charge more..

Just use the Bridgeport location nearby instead of here. Customer service at this location was so bad, and for no reason! I don’t usually upload reviews, but the way I was treated right from walking into the Black Rock Uhaul store was disconcerting. Also the online return system has troubles, which led to me being overcharged and then being told to come into the uhaul location to fix it, only to learn that the manager was the only one who could make any changes like that, and she wasn’t in. Turns out you can just call uhaul customer service to fix the problem, I wish the black rock uhaul workers told me. No reason for the bad customer service, I’m not usually difficult but this irked me in the worst way.

The service was exceptional, but the milage charge was also exceptional- as in expensive. All the vehicles are clean, and new, but suffer from some small niggles like broken switchgear, missing knobs and a dirty windshield. The staff are very friendly and helpful at this particular location.

Great customer service! The manager is very hands on and informative. Very clean as well.

Been a customer for at least 5 years. The staff is usually courteous (there was a guy there years back who was abrupt and like the soup nazi on Seinfeld). Best priced storage facility in Fairfield county. Thankfully, they switched over to a card entry system.

Prices are reasonable and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Fast & Easy pick up & drop off for the one time I needed a cargo van.

Called this location, when the representative answered the phone she just said Please hold, not do you mind holding - She then proceeded to keep me on hold for over 40 minutes, until i decided to just hang up. Terrible customer service.

Sooooo friendly and helpful. Makes moving much less stressful.

They have a lot of trucks, its best to reserve a truck before the end of the month
