Awful experience! Thank god i brought my friend pictured i the photo LAYING DOWN ON THE GROUND WHILE THE WORKER STANDS THERE AND TEXT!!!!!!!! If your coming solo here and didnt bring anyone with trailer experience you will be screwed!! The guy pictured in photo barely spoke to us, was on his cell phone (pictured in his hand) the whole time texting instead of helping us hook up the trailer. there was no jack to get the trailer on my ball hitch the worked expected my friend to manually pick it up and put it on. Like absolutely a liability there on this uHauls facility part. Then the lights wernt flashing correctly (nothing to do woth my car or wiring harness) I asked the worker to fix it and he shruged and didnt seem to care to help. Luckily the friend I was with LAYING ON THE GROUND DOING THIS GUYS JOB knew it was a loose wire in the trailer itself. Very poor customer service, felt unsafe if I left.. thank god I had my friend with me!

Had my UBox shipped here and it was the worst thing ever. They dont have anyone to release it, said they will make an appointment with me and never called. Cant get anyone on the phone, they do not help at all. $1800 down the drain.

I would give this place a 0 if i could. Their customer service was terrible. They have no people skills whatever. I had some trouble understanding some of their policies and they asked if I spoke English and told me that I could go somewhere else if I wasnt happy with them. Save your money or go to a different UHaul. This place was utter trash.

Dane at this location is awesome! We were there first thing in the morning and mobile check in was giving us grief so he jumped right in and checked us in without is needing to ask. This is exactly why we trust U-haul.

No one help us! We were on the phone on hold and no one came back to us. So I went to the uhaul store to get a bike rack there were like 5 employees and when I get there they all Walk away which was rude finally someone ask can I help you I said I need a bike rack he said none in stock I said ok I ask if they can check if another uhaul he didn’t even look on the computer and he said no one around us has any. I said ok so I called the uhaul in orange and they had one and had it ready for pick up for me. It’s ashamed how you have to go to another town to get an item and your own town has a store. I’ll go to uhaul In orange from now on. Sorry Bridgeport!

Very busy location- recommend calling first and reserving truck, especially at first/ last weekends of the month. Many services here- Rentals, Propane fill, Storage rentals, Packing supplies and Trailer materials. Lines are inevitable, but go pretty quick with what they offer. I use them all the time, very courteous and especially accommodating staff.

It was a terrible experience OMG!!! A process that should have taken 5 to 10 minutes took almost 2 hours of waiting in line and outside in the cold as the employee attempts to clean the truck. The manager at that location Dean I think his name is scheduled only one person to work on the 1st of the month A MOVING DATE for most. Everybody in the line was frustrated and upset it wasnt the employees fault it was just alot of work to handle. For someone like me who took the time and made a reservation prior to coming in I shouldnt have to wait 2HOURS to pick up a truck just because the manager is saving on payroll. Extremely disappointed of UHaul in Bridgeport Boston ave.

This is the worst U-Haul location in America! Weve used this place for years. Each time regretting it. The service is awful, the wait is ridiculous! Staff doesnt seem to care whatsoever! Ive been standing in line for almost 30mins now and it hasnt moved!

Wait time is yayyyy too long and absolutely no type of customer service except one little slightly older gentlemen he is nice. Everybody else has attitude

Just had to drop off a one way truck rental was in and out in 5mins. Awesome.

Waited in line for an hour because only 1 employee was scheduled to work. And the truck was not clean all of my close got dirty in the process

I do not recommend 24 hour pick up after hours. Uhaul operator gave different incorrect instructions on how process was done at this site. Reservation was done correctly, but raised confusions between me and the general manager on how to retrieve code to receive keyes. He who was still on site when I arrived. It was frustrating, but he helped us through the problem until I retrieved keys.

My Experience was Great used there Pick up truck drove well returned it after hours and they emailed me receipt all the figures were right a good place to do Business with!!!

Came to leave my car for a 7am appointment - told 2 hours to install hitch, the person installing did not show up until 7:20. I am still waiting for my car 2.5 hours later with no update regarding my car
