Many trucks were available to rent of all sizes..staff is helpful right off the highway ramp of exit 25 so if u need to get back on highway to you are right there
Fairly simple check in and check out. Wish the van had full gas and the AC was cool enough. It was really humid that day multiple times but the van did come in handy for my sudden move.
After paying nearly $600 per month to store all our belongings, we found our units infested with mice. Mice droppings and actual live mice made the trip with us to our new home. We were disgusted and actually had to throw away multiple pieces of furniture. Our movers charged extra as we had to spray everything down with Lysol, which took hours.Tried to call U-Haul to see if they would do anything to cover some of the losses. Got the usual run around and then I was told I would be contacted by a supervisor. Two weeks later and nothing.A clean and sanitary facility should be a given. Simply unacceptable!

She deserve more than 5 star.. I was moving with family from Baltimore to Boston pulling a UHAUL trailer. Got problem in trailer lights, contacted customer support and many uhaul centers but they were not able to fix.. She checked, find the problem but unable to solve it, then she called her colleague who fixed it for me. When I asked to pay she did not accepted anything... Thank you and God bless you
Rodent infested storage facility. Had to take stuff out after seeing rodent droppings everywhere in the unit and holes on most of the storage bags. Rodent infestation was so bad that they got into my suits, only after I opened up the bags after already moving out that a mouse jumped out and ran under the sink. Now I have to spend extra money to get the mouse out of my house. If I knew the situation was going to be this bad, I would’ve used a different storage.
Really good experience. I reserved online for my truck for 29.95, I believe. I added insurance for 14 bucks and a dolly for $7. I estimated about 10 mi, which they charge per mile. All in all about 70 bucks. I arrived and maybe 2 people in front of me. Went quickly. The front desk was friendly. You need a smart phone for a lot of the conveniences, like taking picture of your license .. but I couldnt get it to work. Finally someone else, Im thinking she was a supervisor or manager came and did it in her phone. After that, I got keys, walked across street to get my truck. I has about 6hrs usage. Looked over the truck to make sure mileage, gas and condition were what the contract says they were. Did all that on my phone. Then we were off. Theres a dolly on the truck already. For in case you didnt order one prior or need another. If you release it from its position, they just charge you for it. The truck was very clean, smooth ride. I was impressed. We got done and returned it, they check condition, gas, etc. And youre on your way. I have to say, I had a stressful moving day, but not one issue I had was with the truck! Bravo
I rented a storage unit here yesterday. The woman who checked us in was awesome! She was friendly and very helpful! I showed up today to pick up the rental truck....and the manager, Ashley, was EXACTLY the opposite. She was rude and lacked manners. We were suppose to rent a uhaul truck all day. Apparently they rented it to someone else at 1pm. Instead of calling the other people and letting them know a mistake had been made, we were told to go to a different location that was further away from our storage unit location, meaning we are paying more for mileage. This manager is a joke and needs spoken to.
Who knew I could drive a 17 truck safely!!! This new location is GREAT...the have great customer service, a clean store, great customer service, and great deals! I loved driving that truck!!! Everyone over the phone and in the store was so friendly and helpful...they also entertained my fear of worst case scenarios driving the truck and put me at ease.
This was by far some of the best customer service I have had! Carmen was super helpful very early in the morning! Quick and easy and got me on my way!

This is the first time I have rented a storage space. I did this online and the process was intuitive and easy to accomplish. On the day I arrived to pick up my lock, the staff was friendly and very helpful. Based on my research, the cost of storage is competitive. The terms are reasonable. Into, the experience has been great. The location is right off I-95 south and very close to I-95 north, making it a convenient option for ormy purposes.

Horrible customer service, I’m in the process of ending my services and no one can give me the right information. I’ve been told 3 different amounts and stories about how to cancel the service and the manager is never available to give me answers.

The customer service is a joke at this location. Bought a box and was told I could return it if it didn’t fit what I needed. Brought it back the next day to return it and was told by the person working he didn’t know how to do a return (seriously?). He told me to leave the box and his manager would do the return the following day. Stopped by the following day and was told the manager had left early for the day. Then on the third day of trying to get the return completed, spent thirty minutes on the phone being placed on hold and transferred back and forth until finally spoke with somebody from customer service who emailed the general manager to hopefully resolve the situation. This is only the most recent instance of horrible service at this location.
Don’t rent from this location I recently rented a truck and when I returned it they said I damaged the tire and then continued to say it way my fault that I didn’t verify the pictures when I looked at the pictures one had snow on the windshield of the truck we are in July and has anyone else seen snow lately? There should be pictures from the previous renter after it was returned not leave it up to the customer very unprofessional and lazy do your job and not try to blame something that was done a long time ago and you can clearly see it the tire has cracks in it and in the pictures that I took And the pictures they had sent to me through text when I asked for it to be sent via email but I have screenshots of them and you can’t see the passengers side it’s dark and has some white around the tire which they are trying to say is my fault and the drivers side pictures are very clear you can see everything I don’t recommend this place to anyone

Terribly slow plus unexpected expense. The rep spent so much time highlighting the printed contract that I could not decipher the print that was highlighted. Then, they suggested that I could return the truck after hours without telling me that there was fee. The fee turned out to $20 for a daily truck rental that was $19.95. I paid $14 in insurance. You do the math.
9am Sunday morning, this location opens with 1 employee behind the desk, the computer system “down”, and a line of over 10 guests going out the door. This isn’t so much a reflection on this specific location, but a reflection of how poor Uhaul’s customer service is in general. It’s taken me nearly an hour to pick up my vehicle, unacceptable.
Received help from a knowledgeable worker.
Sunday at 11am, huge line and only one customer service agent.

Picking up the truck was nice and easy Jerry was great until I went to drop off the truck in the White Plains location and it turns out Jerry misinformed me when he told me I could drop off the truck at 3pm and wont get any extra fee. I had to pay an extra day because of misinformation that was given to me. If i would of known I was going to get an extra charge for returning the truck at 3pm I would of dropped it off earlier. Its ridiculous.

The Friends of the Bridgeport Public Library use this Uhaul location at least once a month to rent a truck or a van to pick up books. It is always clean mileage perfect gas on the mark service perfect.
Made an online reservation for a 17’ truck. Came by to pick it up only to be told the truck was no longer available. In addition to that, I had to sit through a new reservation on a 15’ truck in store which took half an hour when I was on a very tight time schedule. The employee who helped me, Ashley, was not knowledgeable and made the process take longer than it needed to be because she kept asking another employee questions about the process. No bueno, I’ll provably never come to this location again.
This was the Worst Experience that Ive had in my Life. My wife and I found Mice Fecal all over our clothes and thru out our Boxes. We addressed this issue with the Manager Jerry, and he said that he would Compensate Us in Anyway Possible for this horrible Situation. He said that we did not have to Pay our Storage Unit and would work it out moving forward. I spoke with Jerry on June 28th, which I Recorded and Documented our conversation. During our conversation, Jerry stated that I had nothing to worry about and that my Storage Unit was Secure. Little did I know, two days prior to this Conversation, on June 26th of 2018, Jerry had Auctioned Off My Entire Storage Unit for $350.00. So he lied to me on the phone, knowing two days ago my Entire Life was Auctioned off. I had over $50,000 in this Storage Unit. All my kids clothes, toys, furniture, wifes clothes, pictures and family alums that can never be replaced, and all the Emotional Stress that comes along with this Tragic Revelation. My family and I are crushed and deeply hurt. Brand new flat screen T.V. s, and our Life.... we just moved out of a House that was 2300 square feet and everything was in this storage unit, now its Scatrered across the city of Bridgeport. We are totally Devastated and Im planning on pursuing this to the highest Level of Corporate. I would not recommend or suggest this Location or Company to anyone.

Check the milage and gas levels of the cars before you leave. Mine had a 9 miles difference not in my favor. They did fix it but I had to wait much too long.

Horrible experience at this uhaul location. ive been using uhaul for years for any type of moving needs. i tryed this new location and it was the worst thing i could have done. they have someone named jerry i think that was his name that works there. very rude and unprofessional person. so i would suggest to not go to this uhaul location
