I went here with a couple friends with the premise that they had good deals on PS4 controllers. The first controller my friend bought was clearly used and dirty. He went back in and got a different one that looked to be in good condition. As it turned out, the controller does not charge. Now he has to go back and ask for a refund. Wasted time for used products. Shoppers, beware.

Went to buy a ps4 controller and it was not working. Out of curiosity we opened it up to see the battery. It is a fake battery on a fake controller. Don’t buy ps4 controllers from here check them very well first they are all knockoffs.

I confirm some other peoples posts. I bought a Sony headphones from this store. Sealed brand new box. When I opened the box I did not see all the accessories that were supposed to come with the headphones. The box does not have any bar code. Thats the first sign of fake product. On the receipt they did not charge me any tax which means they do not pay taxes either. I returned the item even though on the receipt it says ALL SALES FINAL! They were probably scared that I can get them in trouble reporting to the police. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE if you want the original products.

I Cracked the screen on my iphone. Brought here and had it back within the hour. Phone looks brand new and works like it did before the crack. Fantastic service. Way more affordable than taking it to the apple store. I would recommend this to anyone who needs their phone repaired.

I had a pretty bad experience here. They were selling a brand new box of Bose SoundSport Wireless headphones. They were selling it through an app called OfferUp (similar to craigslist) and I spoke with an employee who said they would sell it for $65.00. I drove 1 hour to store only to have another employee tell me that they werent going to sell at that price. I said I would be willing to pay more and then they gave me a higher price of $100 which I declined. They needed to own up their mistake by selling me the headphones. Instead, they refused to sell them below $100. Very unprofessional. It is no way to run a business and I now understand why they have pretty low reviews.

They did a great job replacing the screen on my iPhone 6. Quick friendly service and everything was finished in a couple hours. Would highly recommend then for any iphone repairs!

I stopped at this place for headphones for my iPhone when the idiot behind the counter said he has the original apple headphone, so I had him show me one - he insisted the were the original iPhone headphones - Im not that tech savvy so I bought them- They didnt even last one day before they broke! So i went back to return them and the owner giving me a bad attitude as to why would I return them!! after arguing for 5 minutes, he agreed to replace them for the same fake brand and didnt want to give my money back! BBye crappy place! Now I go somewhere else and get better service+respect+honest people!

Rip off they charged me $100+ for a new macbook pro 13 inch battery and they gave me a old battery and they are scammers i checked and the lady sweared at us and im not stupid because i know when to check if a battery is old or not and they had to put my old battery back They are scam artists fraud and theft.

My phone had microphone issues so I went there to get it fixed and they fixed it in 2 days. Then, 3 days later, my microphone on my phone just stopped working again. So, I went there again, and it took them 2 weeks to get it fixed and it still doesn’t work. Very disappointed.
