I’m being even nice for giving them two stars. I have had T-Mobile for years. I soon figure out my phone has been blocked my T-Mobile. I don’t know why when the phone was bought unblocked as a gift. T-Mobile is terrible. I don’t recommend even going here because they will just send you somewhere else to solve the problem. Very bad service!
I called earlier to make an appointment, but they said to just walk in. Therefore, I come in to buy all brand new phones, and they said that the app isnt working to access the account. They cant connect to the internet with their iPads, so I have to come back later. How is it possible that a T-Mobile store cant connect to the internet when they are offering internet for home use now. Either it was the employee not knowing or T-Mobile is a horrible service provider. Something failed, but I dont appreciate having my time wasted. Its not the employees fault as it is the companys for poorly training them.

This was the second T-Mobile we visited once my phone died and refused to turn back on. The first location pushed us because the only option was to pay off the remainder of the phone and buy a new one in full. Fine. The selection was small and it was near close so we found a store open later.I walked in with the same opener, My phone just died, I need to buy a new one! Youd think I went to a different company with the drastic change in service!! Thiss location actually took the time to evaluate the problem and fix it for me!! No money spent!My only regret was I didnt get anyones name but the gentleman who helped was phenomenal!!!! My new favorite location!!!!!

Best T-Mobile store hands down. great service, reps are very knowledgeable and they explain everything. I switched from AT&T 2 months ago and I’m paying the exact rate they promised and every time i go there for any question or support I get welcomed and greeted. Unlike other T-Mobile stores where they pressure you into buying expensive phones for their commission.This location will find you the best deal guaranteed.

This is the best T-Mobile in the area. Martyna was able to help me when 3 other employees at the palos heights location could not. I am so glad I didn’t listen to that store and randomly walked into Martynas store. I don’t know why but nobody could activate my iPhone and I was beyond frustrated. Then Martyna after waiting over 30 minutes with customer service (just to activate a SIM card) Figured everything out on her own. She was able to not only fix my problem but also knew more than customer service. I think she needs to get a promotion and train everyone in the area. If I need anything else I will only go to her.
This location is amazing! The employees here are very professional and always take their time to ensure that I am satisfied with my visit. Joanna helped me and my wife upgrade our devices and she was outstanding! She made sure we upgraded to devices that fit our lifestyles and also put on our cases and screen protectors. I highly recommend this location to all of my friends and family.

I have a screen protector that is under life time warranty. It broke so I went online used the warranty and ordered a new one. I took it to this location for assistance putting it on and the girl that put it on then claimed there was a bubble she couldnt get out. The thing is the glass screen protectors dont get bubbles. If there is one it wasnt put on correctly. The problem was there wasnt just a bubble there was two cracks in the new protector that she made when putting it on. I walked back up to the counter and was told that I put the cracks in it since I walked outwithout looking at it and had to turn around and walk back in. I was also told its a cheap screen protector and thats why it has lifetime warranty which is bs because it costs $49.99 and is one of the best offered. I left and went to the store on 78th and Cicero and they are awesome like they always are. Karina is one of the best put another new protector on perfectly without even using the placement tray that comes with it. I wouldnt recommend this location unless you are just going in to pay your bill. The location on Cicero is far superior if you are purchasing a phone tablet etc. however they are fairly busy so if you are just going to pay a bill then go to this location for a shorter wait time.

I went on Thursday to get my phone basically to transfer everything to my new phone. I also needed to have sim card switched. Kasia was so helpful. I had an issue with my bluetooth so I went back to get help with that. Kasia was there again. I explained what I need. She was trying to get it synced. She was having a difficult time. She went to get her co-worker. I couldnt see her name but she was able to get it working. Thank you both so much. Kasia thank you so much for helping a very frazzled woman get her phone back on.
These people are FRAUDULENT ! They black mailed me into going to their store because they were mad that I took my sale elsewhere! The manager had Shadi, an employee, call me saying there was a red flag on my account and that if I didnt go into the store immediately my account would be closed and they would not give me anymore details. I called customer service to see what the issue was about and they said my account was fine and they were going to have it looked into. I then call the store and the manager asks to speak to the sales rep at the other store I was at and tells the rep that it was a personal problem! How immature and UNPROFESSIONAL! DO NOT waste your time there as I suggest you take your business elsewhere.

I bought a MacBook from this store on Ebay. The description said the item worked perfectly. IT DID NOT!!! This store said to return it and it would it be fixed or replaced, but I could not get a refund. There was not a time limit to return the item. When I told them that it was ready to be returned, they would NOT accept the return!!!!!! This machine is useless, and will cost more to get it repaired than it is worth. And they knew it BEFORE they sold it to me!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. THEY WILL SELL YOU DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE!!

Wish I could give it less than one star. This place is a joke, they lied about everything just to make more sales. I went in to buy a phone and they said they were going to put me under the 24 month plan, but they didnt. Then they turn around and say that some special promotion because I had already paid off the phone was applicable to me and to pick out three accessories for the phone. They ended up being close to $120, because all of the accessories are ridiculously overpriced, and they waited a couple months and threw them onto my bill and charged me for them! They lie and weasel their way around people for money and its pathetic. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Go to a corporate run store, they will actually help you out and get you what you need.
