Switched from Boost to Metro and the guy that helped me was nice . I bought an awesome phone Moto E5. This phone is so much better than boost. I should have switched a lot earlier 👍

They steal ur cash.. make sure u get a receipt. Follow up text never comes. Switch to better service

Metro phone service is good but DO NOT use this location! Reps have NO knowledge to answer questions about phones once purchased or just dont care enough to provide any type of customer service. They are never open on time and often no one shows up at all to open on Sundays even tho the hours are posted. Excuse after excuse...

Twice we have come to this location and though the sign says open (1:30pm on a Thursday), the doors were locked and no one was in. Great way to lose business. 😐 Waste of time.
