Purchase a galaxy s9+ from them at a fair price, the guy made me deal and hook me up goodies 🙏, Different prices ranges, the staff was professional and cool. I would recommend them if your looking to buy a used or temporary high performance phone (iphone or andriod). Yes it was unlocked for any company. Overall phone lasted me 2 years. Obviously if buy a used phone it will not be equivalent to a brand new one. Overall I would purchase another phone if i ever need it.

We bought this phone as New at the store because we message the seller through OfferUp and when we got to the store the phone we were originally going for it was all scratch up so we ended up buying this Note 8, since we were coming from OfferUp he didnt give us a receipt, but he did remember us when we arrived to the store today, but when told about the Chinese letters on the phone and the stylus not working properly he asked who sold the phone to us and Im like so you recognized us when we got to the store because you sold the phone to us but now that we are telling you we have a problem with a phone you sold to us magically do not remember who sold the phone to us? 🤔 PLEASE people be careful who you buy stuff from, I thought because it was a business I was doing a safe buy and trusted it was a new phone but all I got its a phone with Chinese words all over the place and I dont want to say it but its most likely a knock off phone 😔😒 and YES they were NOT responsible and did NOT fixed the phone, instead all the guy said it was do to me not having the phone at medium brightness... like really??? 🤦‍♀️ by the way I will screenshot and I was recording the conversation with the guy since the start in case they want to erase my review.

The lady who sold me the phone was nice and all but I went to return the phone because for some reason the screen would freeze a lot and when I got there was a guy he was really rude and didn’t let me return the phone because it had a crack on the camera knowing the lady sold it to me like that and she lied to him that she didn’t so he tried to make it seem like I did it..I’m never going to buy from here again!! I do not recommend shopping there

This has been my second time shopping with them, the first time I got an iPhone XR and IPhone 11 they both were unlocked and were easy to use with my carrier the staff were very helpful and friendly. This time I purchased an iPhone 7 with a case and salah help me find the best option of phone and cases, again they were both friendly and very helpful

Be wary of buying from this place they were advertising iPhone x’s at $289 and I went in and was told they have used ones that “start as low as $289” and when the guy showed me the phone it was horribly scratched it looked like someone had taken a knife and tried hard to cut open the glass like hard it was like something you lent wanna pay $50 for. Then the next “level up” for $309 wasn’t much better al wore very worn and beat up then he had the creme de la creme one for around $350 and asked “do you care about “facial recognition” aka the front facing camera as if he said “sorry we don’t have that color would like another” type of uh duh why would I spend that much on a phone and not wanna use one of the main functions and they claim to repair phones fix your own phones and charge realistic prices I found a flawless iPhone XR on marketplace just if you see a used phone here beware idk how their “new phones” are

I talked to someone on Facebook about buying 2 phone, they asked me to come to the store I drove one hour and 15 minutes to get there. Once we walked in to the store the lady who was there was so rude to me and my family didn’t answer my questions the only thing she said was don’t have phone.I was wandering how they ask people to come to their store when they don’t have inventory.Based on my experience I don’t recommend this place to anyone. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! This place is a scam> watch out people. He says he’s going to unlock the phone for you and once you factory restore it. The unlock goes away and you now are stuck with a locked phone do not go to this place. They also lie about speaking Spanish. On Facebook they post ads that say HABLAMOS ESPANOl. Walk in there an no one knows any Spanish. It’s built on lies!
