First time ever coming here to get my hair and make up done. Booked for my cousins and I, I left with only getting my hair done because the make up looked absolutely awful. They left my cousin looking like a ghost, she had to take off the make up and redo it herself once she got home because it looked awful. I took a picture of her in the between process but legit that’s how she looked after the girl finished with her. Maybe they just don’t know how to work on older skin types. On the bright side they have really pretty eyelashes there and I loved my hair style.

I was referred from my makeup and hair artist due to her being booked. But once completed, my makeup was cakey & patchy after I requested a light & simple glam. My hair looked nice and held well throughout the day, but once I showered, my hair smelt BURNT!! I let it air dry to confirm that my hair was burnt and dead, I’ve had healthy hair all my life until now, thank you acrylic box cosmetics, but I would never recommend coming here. Worst experience ever.

I came to acrylic box to hoping to get my makeup done so I wouldn’t have to stress about doing it myself but I should’ve just done it myself. It would’ve come out way better and I would’ve been less stressed. I showed the makeup look I wanted and the girl kept saying she didn’t know how to do it so I settled for a more simple softer look and the colors she selected were total off. My foundation was extremely cakey and my eyeliner wasn’t even even or filled in completely. They were absolutely rushing throughout the whole makeup look and it showed. I had to go home and fix the makeup myself, I had to wash off the foundation because it was completely unacceptable. Total disappointment, save yourself your time and money, don’t come here

Was referred by another makeup studio due to last minute changes & was absolutely glad it happened. My makeup turned out absolutely beautiful. The owner herself who did my makeup was very friendly and easy going. The price is extremely affordable for the work done. She took her time and I received compliments all night on my makeup
